Had a mani-pedi. Very clean, fast and the foot massage was extra nice.

Love this place! The staff is super friendly, they are so kind and funny! Everyone is so experienced! The pedicure that I got was amazing. The massage was longer than most places. I noticed right away how clean and sanitary this shop is. I got a gel polish on my hands and feet and it looks great. Its been 2 weeks and my hands and feet still look great! I will deff be back!

Love love love it here I send ally friends and family and anyone that asks me for Mani pedi recommendations. They are better priced for way better quality and if you have an issue or dont like it Mary the owner is right there to fix you up and make sure u leave happy and pampered.

Salon and the people are fairly nice. There was an incident however with payment in which one lady was trying to charge me extra to use my card as a “convenience” fee. When I told another lady, they started arguing and yelling in the salon. Very unprofessional. The lady who did my nails also told me not to tell about the fee she was going to charge me to use my card and said she was just “a business woman trying to make money”. Again, very unprofessional. Other than that, it is a decent salon. However, I will not be going back due to the lack of professionalism.

They were friendly enough. They are very sanitary. However, they are super pushy on upselling, and my dip polish started to lift within 5 days. I was only in town for the weekend, and I will be glad to get back to my regular person in my own town.

Sadly, due to Manager, this is the only way I see to bring this matter to the attention of the ownerPedicure and manicure with dip 8/13 or 8/14 2181. Pedicure was done by female (no name tag). Very nice but did cut my cuticle causing bleeding and hematoma that lasted several days. She did apologize and treated immediately.2. Young man (no name tag) with crew cut and black rimmed glasses did manicure and dip. He did not acknowledge me, or even look at me, except to ask what services I wanted and how short and what shape I wanted my nails3. He cut my cuticles twice causing bleeding and hematoma that lasted more than a week but did not apologize.4. He did not do, or even offer to do, lotion and massage when finished.5. When I spoke with the manager on Sunday 8/26 she quickly became defensive when given the factual account of the inadequate services performed6. I asked for the owners name for point of contact at least six times. She refused to give it to me becoming louder each time. She finally started “you can call Monday at 9:00 and speak to her” then hung up on me.AS A PREVIOUS OWNER of three businesses in the service industry and 30+ years as a professional in the service industry I would like to suggest training in customer relations—retaining your client base.You may either consider these facts and suggestions as learning opportunities or pick them apart and ignore them. The choice is yoursEither way I will not be a repeat customer.

We did a couple pedicure and he had chosen the deluxe... it was so refreshing and the massage wasnt short like most places they really take their time... the wax thats put on in the end soothes and smoothes your feet so silky. the hot towel just seals it the whole pedicure! we loved it and will definitely be returning again soon.. we live in pine bluff ar but after so many people told us about this place, we had to try it out and IT WAS AMAZING😍😍😍😍😍

Im usually very dissapointed with the length of massages for pedicures but they did not dissapointed and even exceeded my expectations. My mom also has sensitive feet and they are very accomodating. Great experience.
