Wonderful pedicure done by Inna!! She was so gentle and very thorough! If in Hot Springs, go to the mall and get a deluxe pedi!

The workers was.very kind, the only problem i had is that the nails were very lumpy. not really happy about the lumpy part, but the design is really good. This place has really good pricing, but maybe just work on making the nails not look to lumpy. Like i said, very kind workers, just needs a little work!!

They did a poor job on my nails, the nail came off in three days, and i went back to get it fixed they wanted to charge me, abd since i didnt want to pay, they told me to come bac on Sat, and when i did, they said its my fault the reason my nail came off and they have to charge me the full price to get them all fixed. So i went somewhere else to get my nails done. And when i came back the next month to get my naila done, they didnt want to do my nails at all, they said that i caused problems

The young lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing. The acrylic on my fingers were very large and lumpy. It was literally the absolute WORST manicure I’ve ever had. She needs more training before she touches anyone else’s hands. It’s a NO for me!!

My wife and I came in with our nephew who got fussy once we sat down to get our pedicures but they never blinked. They allowed my wife to get up and walk around with him to calm him down and we still got amazing service. The pedicure and massage was the best weve ever had and weve tried nearly every place in town to find our go to place.

Stopped in here to get my eyebrows waxed. They were a little busy but I didn’t mind to wait a few mins. About 10 minutes later another lady comes in to get her nails done.(walk-in, not appointment) 5 mins later one of the people working told that lady to sit in a chair at her station and then told me it was going to be another 5 mins and someone would wax my eyebrows. I told them to forget it. I had already waited 15 minutes and they just took a woman that got there after me, before me. They didn’t say sorry kiss my butt nothing. I won’t EVER go there again. Poor customer service and poor management. Don’t waste you time going.

Out of 4 women..only one was satisfied with work done. Nails were cut crooked & different lengths. Only one woman seemed to know how to polish..she was scrambling around cleaning up the messes made by other workers. The 2 shops at central & bypass are much better than this place....u also get real foot/leg massage at those.

Don’t sterilize their equipment!!! 😡 NAIL FUNGUS!I went with my daughter because I received a gift card, I got the dipped solar nails while she got a mani pedi. Our nails looked pretty good when it was all done, mine had humps and a shovel look though. I was unimpressed. A week later I noticed an odd tint to a couple of my nails and yep, NAIL FUNGUS! I have NEVER had it before so no it wasn’t there before! I thought back and realized there was NO evidence that they sanitized their equipment! The only package they opened brand new was the block buffer! Everything else was either sitting out or hidden in a drawer. I know better and should have paid better attention so I could have left. I just thought it was safe being it was located in the mall, I thought they would be following the safety rules!One other complaint I have was the arguing between the family (workers) that ensued over one of the techs wanting to overcharge me for my daughters nails! Awkward!!!

This is the only place That I have been going to the past five years I have lived in Arkansas. They do an excellent job with the shellac.I have never had an issue with this shop. I went to Tonys nails in Arkadelphia today too get my shellac redone because I did not have time to go to Hot Springs before work and Tonys jacked my nails up!!so now I am planning a trip to Family Nails so they can fix this disaster!!!

I went in and they only asked what i wanted and i said an acrylic set and i knew what i wanted so i told them white and they didn’t ask what length i wanted or the shape so i was already upset and i’m shy so when i did say something she was rude and when she messed the gel nail polish (which i didn’t ask for) she messed it up and got mad at me.

Horrible nails fell off 2days later. And Polish came off after a day I will never go back. I had to tell the lady my nails was crooked. Only gave one star because I wanted to comment

My mom and I went and got a manicure and pedicure 3 days ago and since I got a design it was $70 which I was in with until 2 days later my nails started chipping I paid $70 for my nails to last 2 days. My mom paid $50 and hers started chipping the day after we are not happy
