Took my client to get her nails done. We got ready to leave the nail tech said they were dry. We did not even make it halfway home and her nails were messed up. She was too tired for me to taker her back right away. I called and talked to the manger who told me that it would take an hour for the nails to dry all the way so her messed up nails were her fault. We have been to enough nail salons to know thats not true. They should have made sure that they were dry correctly before she left. All we wanted was for them to fix her nails and the manager was very rude and unhelpful.

Love this nail place!! The quality is great and the options and ambiance is also really nice. I get gel/shellac a lot and they’re awesome. The were recommended to me by someone else who also loves it. They have a 2 week guarantee on dip and gel too in case something happens or chips

My name is LIGIA, I’ve been going to this place for maybe couple years now, but I had Teresa doing my manicure 💅 even before she opened Unique Nails. Teresa and David have been wonderful. All I see when I go there, is a positive environment, professionalism and the whole team are great. I recommend this place to anyone who would like a very good manicure and/or pedicure. It is a place where you can relax and a friendly atmosphere.

So my sister convinced to get a pedicure finally and as my first time... all I can say was this was pretty amazing. I believe my technician was Don. Sorry if I get the name wrong but he was great gave me a good story kept me entertained and did great. I am on my feet a lot and the work he did completely changed how I feel about this stuff. He did amazing and the entire salon is beautifully decorated, clean, and is an overall great environment to be in.

I came here while on vacation in March. The month is relevant because my pedicure is still noticeable today. You get incredible quality and the staff are so friendly!

When the tech realized I only wanted a basic Pedi, she then wanted to charge me $5 to take off old polish. Then she didnt do my cuticles and my toenails arent even even. Sloppy. Then the tech started talking in her native language and it was mean. Never again..Not worth the time or money

Went in as a walk in and was able to get 2 mani/pedis.

My nails are horrible. I will have to go somewhere else and get them fixed. They are all different lengths and different shapes. I specifically asked him not to shorten them.

My granddaughter asked the price for her nails, he replied with $60.00After putting nails on he said ok probably a little more $75.00-80.00. When paying he said 90.00.Why? Because it took more time. Hour is a lot of time? I didnt know we paid for time, if they took longer? Ive never paid extra for manicures or pedicures because of time. Very disappointed this time.My granddaughter was told as stated .Never heard of because it took an hour was even more than he stated!

We had the best time at Unique Nails for my daughters bridal party to get mani’s the day before her wedding. Unique did 16 services in 2 hours, didn’t skimp on quality and everyone enjoyed the visit.

We had a great experience the only down fall was a $10.00 service charge to use the card reader after already spending $100!

Absolutely one of the best places Ive gotten a pedicure. I asked for the Milk and Honey pedicure ($40) and it was worth it all!! Im traveling through for a wedding, and the experience was a pleasant surprise. The staff are great, professional, and caring.

Unique Nails is my favorite nail salon in Hot Springs. I have been here many times and I have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is always incredibly sweet and friendly! They always do an excellent job as well. I recently moved back home to Hot Springs and wondered where I should go to get my nails done. I no longer have to wonder where to go to get a manicure or pedicure because I found the best nail salon ever!

My husband & I both had manicures & pedicures today! This is the most excellent nail salon I’ve ever been to! They are so nice, and take great pride in what they do! You will NOT leave unhappy! Super clean place too! 5 STARS!

No one meets that description at Unique Nails. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a customer (Karen) who asked if I had been here before, and when she found out I was from out of state, she couldn’t say enough nice things about Unique Nails. She was telling the truth! David was professional, polite, and did an excellent job on my Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure. Sadly, I won’t be in town but every few months, but trust me, I will be back when I am!!! Superior job!!!

Salon looks really nice when you first enter. Very Promising with all the Dip Powders displayed beautifully in the middle of the floor on numerous tables. Thinking that since they had such a variety of colors they MUST be experts in the DIP Powders. Not sure the name of the technician that did my nails. He seemed nice but he did not know what he was doing. I hate to say but he was a slender, taller man with horrible yellow teeth that is stationed in the very back of the salon. When I left my nails HURT and they where BLEEDING in some areas near the cuticle where he kept hitting it with the drill bit. I had a grayish dip powder that was to thick and at the base of the cuticle had poor application. You could see what seemed like a hole because the product was not there. Even the cutting, filing and shaping of the nails was HORRIBLE. They where NOT even and at angle. I wanted and rounded almond shape but ended up with a jacked up slanted coffin. Im not one to complain or be picky. BUT THIS WAS AWFUL. Lesson learned at a PRICE. I will NOT be back.

The worst customer service. I walked In expecting to have to wait at 6:17 with no appointment. Was told 15-20 min wait. No big deal till a higher class dressed up lady walked in and they took her right in. She also did not have an appointment. The lady sitting at the first table was very snooty and fake. She rushed the whole service. It’s the 3rd day since I was at the salons and 6 of my nails are lifting and chipping from cuticle. Would NOT recommend. Also heard the employees bashing customers for reviews with other clients. Very unprofessional. Losing sight of what they have built.

My guyfriend & I were visiting hot springs from Memphis as I do annually... We knew he was need of a major pedicure overhaul, so we found Unique nails based on which nail salon in hot springs had the best reviews and let me tell you, this place lives up to its good name.. We were unaware that they preferred walk-ins (next year we will surely call ahead), but David graciously accepted us in, and told us it would be a short wait. Well, surprisingly We got in the pedicure chair even quicker than promised and we received Excellent service! They were attentive, fast (without making us feel rushed), courteous, & most of all my friend got the deluxe pedicure that looks like he has a new set of feet! Great job guys! VERY PLEASED & WILL BE BACK!

After trying many places in Hot Springs, I finally found the best! The place is always spotless clean, including the restroom, the entire staff are friendly and speak to you while performing the service, if you have an appointment your wait is never very long, not to mention, they do amazing work!

Looked very nice in the inside but I came in just for eye brows and the lady did my eye brow so quick it didn’t even look like anything was done to my them I was so upset......you are pose to take your time it’s like she didn’t even care the place was so nice and neat I was thinking my eyebrows was gone be phenomenal but they wasn’t didnt even look like I got them waxed usually when I get mine done everyone notice that I’ve got them waxed but nobody did.....with a nail salon that nice I was expecting my eyebrows to be really nice smh please do better
