Absolutely LOVE my nails everytime I go here! They never disappoint! Great friendly people!

I have used this place many times but this trip was very disappointing. Fourth time I have had “Kevin” and before he has done a great job and was very pleasant. This trip he was very quick and my nails do not look nearly as good. Maybe a bad day but expensive for me. I do think I tip well by the way…

I went here with my daughter about 4 months ago we had an appointment but wanted for 2 hours and never got our nails done. I tried to give them another chance. My tech was 15 mins late and didn’t start my nails until 15 mins after arriving. The first photo is what I wanted I was told it would be $125 outrageous even though I could pay that it’s no way that is worth $25. The other photos you see are 2 days after I was charged $65 for something this simple. I got a text asking about my experience. I explained everything then sent photos of the nails that were awful. I was sent a text to come back and they could be redone. I explained to whomever text me for the survey that I worked very long hours and would not be able to come back immediately and wait 2 hour. I was told just show them the messages. They acted like they had no idea who texted me that and said I waited too long. These people are rude, untimely, and way overpriced NEVER EVER going back.

Honestly the best experience Ive had at a nail salon ever. They took their time and had so much attention to detail. I didnt catch the girls name that did my pedicure but she was sweet, made sure I was comfortable and the pedicure turned out great. Jason did my nails, I had a lot of weird requests like making one nail look like an alien head 👽 the nails are perfect! Completely flawless, no rough edges or bumps so much attention to detail! All together everything I got was $110 the opi pedicure and all the designs on the nails.

I had the best pedicure. Friendly staff. The place is super clean. My nail tech was amazing. I seriously didnt want to get put of her chair.

Asked for a design made a appointment...the two people I made appt with was not there never called and told me they wasnt going to be there...they made us wait for 5 hours then proceeded to do our nails and laughed the whole time making fun that they didnt know how to do what was asked after they had made us wait and started then charged us full price....I will not use legacy nail bar ever again...u shouldnt either look else where...

Manicure was well done! Guy that did my pedicure took forever though, like he was confused about what he was doing. Someone else had to take over. Overall my nails look great.

Terrible experience. They rushed through my pedicure and manicure. Heels of my feet were not worked on. Was told I had to come back for a second visit to work on them. They didn’t want to fix my cuticles. Acrylic nails were left too long, crooked and not filled in. I asked Him to fix them or to refund my money and they refused and told me to leave. I have had many mani/pedis and I have never been treated this way. Poor customer service and quality.

The wife got her manicure and pedicure today and she lived it. She said they did an outstanding job. They have Christian music and they are very friendly and take care of your needs.

Love this place! The jelly pedicures are phenomenal and relaxing. My spouse and I do date days here. They have amazing foot massages and provide a variety of services. They also serve drinks with their services. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I wish I could sleep here all day!

Awful awful awful! I got a full set and pedicure. They injured my toe and used the wrong color polish. My finger nail set used the wrong size tips on 8 out of 10 nails and refused to refund my money. Stay away! Horrible service. I am getting my janky nails repaired somewhere else!

I was completely discriminated against at this location. I’ve been coming here consistently for about 9 months. When I come here I always get my nails done with Angel, she’s great! On the other hand while she’s been away I’ve been booking appointments with Jason. When I came in today I asked for a simple marble nail set, Jason then started to do what I asked for. After him doing about 2 nails he turned me over to the owner Anthony. Anthony then started to put a color on my nails that I did not not ask for. After I tell him I do not not like what he is doing he reaches for a color to paint over the design I do not like. I then tell The owner Anthony that I did not book and appointment with him, it was with Jason. Anthony then gets up and walks away. Jason then comes back to do my nails, before Jason starts he said to me “i start with two nails if you don’t like it tell me then”, but in the first place I never said I did not like Jason’s work he just handed me off to someone I did not make an appointment with. After telling him that he and Jason then tells me to leave the nail salon with one hand pained and one hand not painted. I’ve always like this business until today it saddens me that I was treated this way.

Won’t be back. Been a few times and every time there’s been an issue. Some staff there is great, others are awful and have ruined it for the good ones.

Took my granddaughter for the first time since COVID 19 started. Always ask for Ruby and Dave. Dave is no longer there (what a shame). Ruby is a sweetheart. Place nice and clean. Did good job, but not as good as the previous times that we have gone. I will go back again, and I will take some blame because it had been almost a year and my feet were rough. Ruby is the best. So sweet. My granddaughter got a new young lady that was still learning and did a good job. Just needs some more experience and confidence.You will not be disappointed in this place

I normally love this place! But I do not recommend an acrylic removal here.. my nails were left scratched, jagged, and unfiled.

Work is not good . They make fun of your color choice. They told my wife her nails looked bad .and they act better then you. Very disrespectful

I took my sister and I to this nail bar to get our acrylics taken off. The staff was not very friendly nor communicative. Both of our nails were filed down super thin that they were sore afterwards. The next day, it hurt to grab objects or go about our daily activities without our nails peeling or hurting. I do not recommend coming to this nail bar. A young lady took our acrylics off, but I didn’t get her name.

Anthony and Jason are amazing ! Very professional and do the best nails. I never have any problems . Amy does the best pedicures . I never worry.

Went today and had tips and dip color. No joke Amy did the best work I’ve ever had! She took her time and they look perfect. Did not have to point out anything! Usually there’s something uneven or not smooth or the around the cuticle looks bad. Literally they are perfect! Was my first time there and I will be back! Also I never leave reviews good or bad so it shows how excited I am 😍

I showed what I wanted for my nails and Jason didnt even get close to what I wanted.He forgot to do the black tips so he painted them on at last minute and now after a few days since the black is coming off. I do not suggest going there.

They can do anything from simple elegant looks to the extraordinary looks!! They provide not only Nail and Pedicures but also Eyelash extensions, tinting, body waxing and facials! This place is fabulous! It is super clean. Everything used for services is taken out of sterilized bags. This nail shop has a really good brow girl, Tara. There is also a host that is friendly and attentive. The salon offers complimentary soft drinks, wine, and cocktails complete with frozen margaritas! Legacy has a very large selection of dips, gels, and polishes to choose from. They also have a wide variety of other services to choose from. There is also a point reward system for returning customers that can be redeemed for free products and services. The safe is nice. The salon is big so the wait times are not too bad. Highly recommended

In the past I used a different salon which I loved. It had been a while since I had gone so when I went I was surprised they were doing some remodeling. At this point I needed a new salon because my nails drastically needed it and went to Legacy. I will never go back to the previous salon. I absolutely adore the folks working at legacy, the speed, quality and prices are there that you just cant get other places.

The facility is very clean and goes by covid requirements. My pedi was amazing & my toes look great, my finger nails on the other hand are very bumpy and uneven (I got acrylic with gel color) they even have a few spots where color is missing which I didnt notice until I got home.

Alvira knows what she was doing, handled me with care, treated my body well, and had such a calm, patient, and soothing personality to be with. I highly recommend this establishment and its ambiance. They truly have the art of care mastered and all the accomodations I could possibly care to have. This is my favorite place in town!

I went to this salon for a last minute acrylic set as it was a Sunday and no one else was open. It was a mistake. I was helped by a younger male nail tech and I’m not sure if he was new but I will not be back. He made an absolute mess of my fingers with the acrylic liquid and powder, it was all over my finger tips when I left. He filed the side of my nails so much to the extent they had sores on each side of each of my nails. He nicked me not once but three times in the same place on my skin with the electric nail drill and I still can see where he did that. Not to mention I over paid for the quality at 55.00. I have never left a nail salon in so much pain with my nails in such shape they were in. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience and with my nails. Not to mention the acrylic was very thick and started lifting within days of having them done. I have never experienced anything like it.

I wouldnt dare going anywhere else Legacy is the BEST!! Dont let these other salons get you hyped up and then let you down, Legacy makes sure that your mani/pedi/massage/wax is ON POINT before you leave. Believe me you will leave with a smile on your face and sexy nails to make everyones heads turn!! Im a regular now since they are so amazing and Im a picky one to please when it comes to nail care. My nail polish and toes stay on until they take them off!!! Thats a huge compliment since I work on a farm 7 days a week!!

First time here and the pedicure was lovely and all was well until I got my gel set and I got something completely different from what I showed them and asked for. Over priced for the results I got, this experience was bad I really hope I can some day come back and get a better experience here than the one I got here for my first time.

The salon is beautiful and clean. They have all the current nail fashions. Everyone is always so friendly and my nails are always perfect.

My nails were not done the way I wanted and after a week they started falling off and they are very bulky at the cuticle and look horrible. Plus I specifically said no gel and it was put on anyways. Nice atmosphere though.

My husband and I went to Legacy because our regular nail salon was full, and we didn’t want to wait for an hour for our pedicures. We just happened to see this place on the sign. Legacy will now be our regular place for pedicures. The place is amazing! The decor is beautiful and we were asked when we went in if we would like a complimentary margarita (they have a frozen machine) both lime and strawberry daiquiri. They also have wines, coke or Diet Coke with bourbon or rum. We had the frozen margaritas complete with a salted rim! The pedicure was very good with very sanitary tools and they even have disposable liners for their foot tubs. Their chairs were very nice and comfortable! We are glad that our regular salon was busy today, because we have now found Legacy and will be a regular! 😊

The lady who did my nails was nice and she seemed like she paid attention to alot details. My only complaint is that the color I picked didnt look like the color I got at all.

Would have given them 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service. My shellac manicure cracked. I went back and asked for my money back so I could go get them fixed at another salon as this was the first time I had been to this salon and did not want to sit there for an hour and have them possibly crack again. I was told they dont do refunds and when I questioned them on this policy I was told if I didnt want them to fix my nails I needed to leave. I told them that was poor customer service and that I was going to contact the BBB and the same employee yelled at me we dont care. There are a lot of nail salons to choose from and I will be going somewhere else for sure. They really showed their true colors today. They are not about customer service at all.

I am extremely picky about my nails but travel a lot and cant always get in to see my tech at home. This place rocks! Did a fantastic job on my nails and the pedicures are phenomenal!! I will come here anytime I am in town. AND they have almost a full bar.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. We were just visiting town on our way east, and I decided to stop in during some free time. They have a beautiful, clean interior, and all of the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They were also perfectionists on my nails, which I tend to prefer. You can tell that they care that they do a good job and that you are satisfied with the work done. I had both a manicure (powder) and their $45 pedicure with the lavender mask treatment. The staff went above and beyond in their service, and if I lived here, I would make them my go-to.

I used to go to Da Vinci, until some unfortunate transactions occured.Every time I walk in this salon, its so soothing.The artistry and attention to details of the technicians is amazing.So many people ask me about my nails, and I tell them where to go.

Shop is clean and beautifully decorated. Services are reasonable. They sterilize everything in an autoclave and remove it from a sterile package everytime. They also use bowl liners for the pedicure chairs. All a major plus.

I absolutely hated how long my nails lasted. They began to peel off the 2nd day after getting them done. I went back for them to redo them and they did. But here I am 2 more days later and they are already cracking and lifting. Will not ever go back!

The dude was nice but it’s obvious none of my nails are the same length and he doesn’t know how to shape nails. I wish I could post a pic because it’s nothing like the pictures they have up.

I waited inside for 20 minutes an no one greeted me or asked what I wanted done. I left without anyone ever saying a word to me.

I hate leaving bad reviews. but this was a total disappointment. Its true. You get what you paid for. I went in with a friend and we both wanted to cry because it was so bad 😭 They left my nails uneven and to wide and the polish was trash. We had to go into chic nails to get themFixed and they only charged us 10Dollars to fix our nails! Way more satisfied now. But do not recommend at ALLLL.

I have been twice the first time in April I got a full set and pedicure then I came back for a fill and a pedicure about 2 weeks ago. its time for a fill again, but Im not sure if Im going back last time I had to get two replaced because they just fell of and earlier today one if the same ones just fell off I havent had this happen before I have accidentally broke a nail off before but never had any just fall off.

Very pricey for the work they do. I paid $50 for a pedicure and came home with dry feet. $30 for a mani/pedicure for my daughter who is 11 and the same day they were chipping. I waited 3 hours to get dipping powder on my nails and finally had to give up and leave.

Within the Martin Luther King Highway 270 interchange there are more than 20 nail salons. Legacy is a newly-opened nail salon that was under a different name until they were shut down. New Management has made this a nice facility. I go for a pedicure at least once a week so I feel like I can give a reasonable assessment. Their staff does not speak very good English but that is the case with most nail salons a lot of Vietnamese. There is always one person who speaks reasonably good English and can translate. I have had over eight separate service at this newly opened salon and all have been pleasurable. No ingrown toenails. And all the comforts you would expect from a reasonable high quality nail salon. I cannot speak to the manicure section as I have never had a manicure at this facility. I am very careful in giving out Stars but based on everything that I have experienced four stars is adequate for this establishment I will change it if circumstances change. One final note I am now using this salon as my primary due to the fact that another nail salon burned and scalded my foot with burning wax and that facility is next to Panda. It was the only time they have burned me but I consider that a grave error that should never happen and as such I will never be going back to that salon. The only reason I bring this up is both salons are owned by the same owner. There are a very fun family that owns the other facility that burned me and so I will be going to this facility and keeping my review up to date.

Did a great job attention to detail

This place is a sham. I called last night to purchase a mani/pedi for my friend who was recently hospitalized and is dear to me. She did not have the ability to do this on her own at this time. So I paid $75 with the specific stipulation that an ample tip would be included. They said the mani was $18 and their pedis range from $30-75! Wow. In Florida they start at $20 or $25, but still... $40 + 18 + tip should have worked just fine. No. They charged $50 for the pedi and left the girl with $7! Crazy. They wont deduct the $5 and give the girl a reasonable tip. Sorry, but this is wrong and unreasonable. Steer clear!

I called ahead shortly before closing time and they stayed longer to finish up my nails and still did a great job!!

I would give less but everyone deserves a bad day. They did not honor their sale and they tried to pull my friends into the argument which was totally unprofessional. When you say yes you are right, customer is right but then overcharge anyways you look bad. Either way youve lost my business.
