New to the area and was looking for a great nail salon as I used the same one for more than 25 years before moving. I read the reviews and called for an appointment and was able to come in immediately for a full set and pedicure. The salon was clean and nice inside. Masks required and a request to sanitize my hands made me feel safe during this peak time. To make the most of my time, two technicians worked together to do my pedicure and full set at the same time. Vivian did an excellent job on my (very short nails) by adding tips, dip powder and a gel polish pedicure. She made the recommendation for the dip and I decided to try it. I love the end result! The pedicure was very nice also. I am very impressed and will be back to Posh Nails!

They were extremely friendly and exceeded our expectations! Everyone was so kind and made sure that we had exactly what we wanted and that it looked 100% before leaving the chair. Worth every penny! Will definitely be back!

I LOVE Posh Nails!! I drive all the way from Little Rock to see Lynn. She is the BEST!! All the places I could go in Little Rock, I make the drive to Hot Springs to go to Posh Nails. The nails were good, the service was not. I came in at 5:30 and asked for dip nails and a full pedicure. 5 others walked in shortly after me with appointments so I understand the wait; however after waiting for an hour to be taken care of it was 7:03 when the lady finished my nails and I was asked to get regular paint without the pedicure because she needed to go home...

I did love this place when I first started going to them they was great. I love my nails for the 3 time I went .but after that my Dip nails started to come off I just let them fall off but as they was .My long beautiful nails that I had .it Rip my long nails off because Posh Nail sanded them down so much until they was so thin .all my long nail broke off to the tips of my fingers and they keep breaking more .so thin now it going to take me forever to get my nails back that long again if I can get them to stop breaking on me.

Staff is wonderful. Very clean and professional. A special thank you to Tammy for making my nails look fabulous. She gives the best leg and foot massage.

The atmosphere is very positive and relaxing. Everyone is polite and you feel welcomed. Chris is my fav nail artist and always does a phenomenal job. He listens to what you want and is willing to try anything.

They took a last minute mani pedi reservation for three people. We tried to go to the bathhouses but the wait was infinite. Im so glad we did! I had a pink to white ombre dip with slight coffin shape and omg theyre beautiful. Usually, because of my crooked nails, my dip ends up crooked but he took the care to make sure they lines up with my finger. They look natural and arent overly bulky and have beautiful shape. Pedicures were really good, relaxing and they made sure your feet are taken care of.

We drove two hours to come here for our pedicures! The salon is very clean and great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and do amazing pedicures!

My second time visiting staff all greet you when you walk in .. they ogfer you a beverage while there. But they rush you and skipped a few steps and my dipped nails are so thin.. never had them this thin

Amazing service, great atmosphere, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean with social distancing comfort, top quality products and tools, and of corse they did an amazing job on my nails. It was very busy when I arrived as a walk-in appointment. I was seating and serviced in less than a hour getting a beautiful, full set of tips with a French manicure. Pricing is also very reasonable. Have found my new home for getting my nails done.

I switched to this salon after seeing their amazing work on a co-workers nails. The building is easy access off Central Avenue and impeccably clean. Chris is a true nail artisan and Ive never been this happy with my nails in the 20 years Ive been getting them done. My pedicures are heavenly. They change the liners per use and open the tools straight out of the autoclave bags. Make an appt, they are busy!!!

My husband and I are from Louisiana and wanted a pedicure. A good pedicure. They exceeded our expectations. They were sweet and the pedicures were the best we have ever had. We both agreed they were the best!

I called before to see how long the wait time was, I was told “no wait” so I walked in, I at down and they started on my nails. About 5 minutes later, 3 girls came in and stated they had appointments at 2:30.It was 2:45. I was told that I needed or get up and move to the waiting area because they had appointments. After waiting 30 minutes in the waiting area they finally started on my nails.Needless to say I will not be retuning.

I moved to Hot Springs a couple of years ago and have tried several nail shops here. I always make an appointment. Every shopexcept for Posh at one time or another has prioritized a walk-in over myself which is very frustrating. Posh is professional, friendly and keeps their commitment to appointments. We have tried several nail shops since we moved here and we finally have found one that runs their business by appointments instead of lying and greed. They do not let walk-in customers dictate their business nor do they overbook. We had to find a place to go while we waited on our passports. We googled and luckily found a great place! Beautiful place and great service! I lost a toenail due to foot surgery and it was RECONSTRUCTED beautifully and painlessly by the nail tech!

This place is absolutely WONDERFUL. I had the citrus pedicure, my hubs had a honey pedi, and my daughter got a shellac mani. I had Ben and he was AMAZING. I had a completely cracked toe nail from being neglected during the shut down and bumping it, well he fixed with acrylic, gave me a BEAUTIFUL set of shellac toe nails, and the BEST nail spa MASSAGE I have EVER received!! Dont go anywhere else! My husband loved his pedicure, my daughters nails looked perfect. This place will be our new go to in Hot Springs! We love Posh Nails!
