Visiting and my granny took me and my girls for a girls day. My toes looked and felt amazing after the pedicure. My young girls loved their painted nails. The employees were super sweet to.

I was referred here by a coworker and was not disappointed! They were clean and professional from the moment I walked in! I had my claws and paws done and the massage I received was beyond phenomenal!! Ive tried several different nail salons around town and none compare to this one! Will return! 🥰💯

They got me right in even though it was late and a last minute drop in. They seem to know several customers already there, which shows me either repeat business or they are building rapport with customers. They were following social distancing guidelines, requiring masks, requiring hand sanitizer; but were friendly about it, not pushy. Did a great job on my nails and nice and professional. My son came in and we were discussing dinner and they were making suggestions where we could go. I highly recommend.

Honestly spent $55 for my nails to look absolutely awful and they made me bleed on multiple fingers. Got french manicure acrylic. And they are very bubbled and honestly made my day worse, went in to feel good and walked out feeling more awful.

I went in for a pedicure and they had me sitting in a chair for 45 minutes It took them 20 min to turn on the water. Then I sat there til the water was cold and never attended to again. If they couldn’t have gotten to me they should have just told me from the beginning instead of having me sit there for close to an hour.

Jennifer was an excellent tech. She paid attention to detail and I walked out of there very happy. First time customer but not the last!

I went to get a fill in here and the girl was talking to her coworkers while doing my nails and while not paying attention, the motorized file tool cut into my nail bed. It hurt and even bled. While finishing the nails, I was in pain from the polish and chemicals getting into the cut. She just said she was sorry. I wasn’t even given a discount. This wasn’t the first time something like this happened. The same girl cut a deep slice into my cuticle the last time I went there and it was the same story. Also had to pay full price. I’ll never give them another chance after this.

I went here out here from out of town for a wedding. The service was poor and rushed and now I have a weird infection on my toenail. It’s swollen, puffy, very red, irritated, and it’s very painful and uncomfortable I definitely would not go there again!

Stopped in for a quick fix on a broken acrylic nail. The gentleman did a great job and I was and out in no time!

Excellent customer service, everyone is so friendly! I am never turned away, no matter how short the notice to have my nails done. Ive been going to Jack faithfully for several months now, and he does beautiful gel and acrylic nails. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Prom is coming up so I decided to have my nails done a week before. I had gone to Elegant nails several times and always had my manicure done by Jack who was really awesome. So I decided to go back last Wednesday for a girls day with my grandma. We both had pedicures and I got a full set. The ladies that were doing our toes were very pushy about doing shellac and kept pressuring us to go to a higher package. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped and they look nothing like it. She started high above my cuticle im assuming so I would have to come back in for a fill sooner and they are already falling off. Usually a full set lasts me a few weeks before I start having these problems not one. My pedicure was nice but for two pedicures and a full set they charged us $145. Definitely will not be back.

Absolutely lovely. Called 5 mins before and asked if busy. He said come on in. And they were very busy when i came in. He immediatley brought me back and started. And it was absolutely lovely. Best nail experience ever.

Last Monday I went in for s nice relaxing pedicure. While there, three manicurist got into a verbal altercation. What made it worse, is they were speaking in English so all the customers could understand what they were saying and the manager who should have stopped it (and was giving me my pedicure) left and went out the back door. Very bad experience and they made me pay for the pedicure.

First time here.. and my nails are terrible!!!!the customer service was ok, the lady I had was kind of snobby at first then got a LITTLE cool.. but overall I will not be back ✌🏾

I have been going to elegant nails for approximately 6 months. Maybe 9 months. Previously I have used Unique Nails I have used Davinci Nails Hawaii Nails and Fancy Nails. They all offer complimentary beverages they all are friendly at first and they all offer a similar variety of services. Each place is a little unique. I go every Saturday for a pedicure and occasionally for a manicure I am a 37 year old male my father also goes as do other men. Elegant Nails has two TV screens to be viewed from either the pedicure booths or the nail manicure benches. They usually have something to watch for everybody it is a family-run business but not family-owned to my understanding. The family all work well with each other the owner also owns Fancy Nails in Dogwood Plaza. But this family is why you should go to elegant nail salon. Youll get a nice friendly introduction by name every single time from Jack at the very front to his entire family throughout the entire process. If something is wrong all one needs to do is say something and they will fix it. My mother plays the piano and cannot have her nails done specific ways or it interferes with her playing the piano correctly I believe she likes dipping but I could be mistaken that could be the opposite either way she also loves them because they are the only place that does a great job on her nails without her regretting her decision. Their equipment is top-notch the massage chairs for the pedicures or very strong and forceful unlike Unique Nails. And they will go out of their way and stay as late as they need to to make sure that you are taken care of. Of the 20 + salons in a 2 mi radius of the Central Avenue bypass Exchange these guys are by far the best and by far my favorite they are located right in front of Sams between Pandas restaurant and Slim Chickens. There is Wi-Fi available as I like to put on my headphones and watch movies and again they will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. If I could give them 10 Stars they would get 10 Stars and I dont do that very often....................... this is an update on my experience with elegant Nail Spa, the technician burned and scalded my right foot with scalding hot paraffin wax. She tried to continue the pedicure as if my burning foot that was starting to blister was no big deal. I had them clean my foot off enough for me to put them in sandals and left refusing to pay for being burned. Just before walking out the door the head management took photographs of my foot and no one seemed concerned except for Jack Tran. He is the best in the business. He went out of his way to message me multiple days he offered to do a free pedicure in cold wax he offered to come to my house and do coconut oil on my foot. Currently I am using their sister company Fancy Nails as the experience was very very very awful. Jack should be getting a raise because it is not his job and should not be his job to reach out to customers and offer such support. I do believe that the head manager was more concerned with a lawsuit then anything and I never received a phone call or anything even remotely close to a checkup to see how my foot was healing. I had to immediately leave and go straight to the pharmacy to get the proper burn cream. I explain to them explicitly that I have zero interest in lawsuits and do not believe in them I consider it frivolous but all they were concerned about was a lawsuit 4 negligence. I may go back in several months but I will not go back for some time.

Went in here because my usual salon is now closed on Sundays. My nails were all misshapen, not at all rounded square like when I walked in. The nail tech broke the skin under my nail with the dremel while cleaning them. I actually had to pull my hand away from her because it hurt so bad. Bad coverage with the top coat Next the price... $25. It says acrylic fill $17 and up on the wall. I was charged $4 for the most minimal of cut downs (which is where my poorly shaped results began). I was aldo charged $3 for a nail fix $17+$4+$3=$24 not $25. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be returning.

This salon charged me $45 for a thing of lotion and when I googled the lotion it was only $22 dollars for a bigger jar at Walmart for a bigger jar the wage of sin! Money is the rule of all evil! Smh I will not return this place EVER in my life I hope every one else take heed!
