Went in an asked for a perm and a trim! I was told all size rollers do the same size curl and she also said she didnt know how to do a spiral perm! She actually told me to go to the salon in Wal-Mart!!! So if you dont understand how to do a perm maybe you need to go back to school!! Jcpenny you all can do better! Customer service???? Nope didnt see any of that!
