Worst place I’ve been to. Nails didn’t even last a week and came off. Went back to get them redone for free and they came off the second day. Definitely not worth my time or money

Myself and 2 friends went to Vivians last Thursday. I just needed a shellac polish change, and both of my friends bought full acrylic sets with shellac polish. My nail tech, instead of wrapping my nails in foil for them to soak off, just had me stick my nails in a dirty bowl of acetone and left them for 20 minutes, and then when the skin was dried out, told me I didnt drink enough water.. My polish change took longer than both of my friends full acrylic sets. One of my friends white accent nails were bubbled and cracked by the weekend. She went back Monday and had them change the polish on that nail. The nail tech chose to add more polish to the other nails as well. Its now Wednesday and one of her nails has popped off and others have chipped. All of the extra layer of shellac polish has just chipped off. She just tried to go back again and was told there would be an hour wait.. Now that weve been there and left, I can update. Youd think that they would get it right on the 3rd try, but no. My friends nails are poorly shaped and Ill be helping her fix them later today. She asked them to just take them off and they said shed have to pay to remove them, they would only fix them.. Obviously, neither of us will ever be back to Vivians nail spa again. Horrible service.

Vivians Nail Spa is a beautiful place! Henry and his wife made us feel at home. My family and I visit from St. Louis on vacation.

I have been to every nail salon in Hot Springs and havent found anyone who can do dip powder French manicure as good as Jenny. I will not go anywhere else

One of the people messed up and got polish all over the top of my fingers and did a sloppier job than normal. Not what I expected from a place as good as this

Jenny was so busy trying to get through with me to moce on to a regular customer ahe sliced my foot open and still expected me to pay for it. I paid but it Will be the last time I every step foot in that place. As far as she knew I could have been a repeat customer if ahe had done her job right. The looks nice but after a week I still have problema with shoes and walking the cut was so deep. I didnt even get sort feet out it.

My friend and me went to do our nails and the employees didnt have any of the dipping colors and he didnt know how to do a lots of the nail shapes
