It was one of my best day being here and renting from Rent Me Waikiki Rentals we meet with the owner and he asked us if we ever went to Round Top Drive with the slingshot that I rent it from them I said no then we went and it was my best day ever. Thank you.

I arrived in Waikiki and did not really have a plan and decided to rent a Slingshot from Rent Me Waikiki Rentals on a whim. I had never driven a Slingshot before and decided to give it a try. Long story short it was a great idea, nothing better than exploring Oahu in an open-air vehicle. I did get into a few light drizzles but within 5 mins everything dried out and I felt quite refreshed. I cannot emphasize how you feel connected with the road in a Slingshot, its like the old style droptop speedsters. You feel and sound like you’re going fast but in fact it’s very controllable. I spoke to the company owner directly and the transaction was spot on and done with zero concern on my part. The attention you get when driving a Slingshot is everywhere from people taking pictures to an old lady telling me she loved it LOL. When I come back to Waikiki this company is at the top of my list for boutique rentals.

Wonderful rental company!!! They do amazing prices for Kama’aina too so if you have friends or family that are local have them come with you. They have a good selection of motorcycles, scooters, cars, dirt bikes and slingshots (batmobiles!!) all at reall good prices compared to most of the rental stands we looked at in Waikiki. They are a tiny bit outside of the main area of Waikiki but are very well worth the short walk. Thank you Max for your assistance!! We will be back

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had.I booked a motorcycle and paid a deposit a month ago, over the phone. The rental, it was agreed, would include two helmets.When I arrived, the rental process started smoothly, I paid the remaining amount, the motorcycle seemed to be in good condition. Then came the helmets: all their helmets were in bad condition and stinking. I complained, and the agent told me to be happy with it, because they were giving me the helmets for free. I pointed out that this was part of our agreement more than a month ago.Then he asked me where I would be parking it overnight. This is where things broke down. When I told him that I was staying at an Airbnb outside of the city, with only street parking available, he flipped out. Are you crazy?, he asked me. Park on the street?.That was just an introduction to the profanity that was to follow. Eventually, I was told: Are you f*ing stupid? and Shut the f* up, repeatedly, without me reciprocating other than raising my voice. In between, he spent a lot of my time repeating the same story about how I shouldnt be parking on the street (crazy), calling his boss, attempting to raise my already-paid security deposit from $500 to $2,500 (the email that they sent me a month ago was clearly mentioning a $500 deposit), agreeing to cancel but refusing to return to me the entire amount paid (as they should, since they changed the conditions). In the end, I had spent an hour to get there and argue with him, only to be cursed upon, and without the motorcycle I had reserved a month ago.Finally, I demanded the boss phone number, and called him as I was leaving, to complain about the profanity and the service. He replied without apologizing, first with innuendo that maybe I was called stupid because I am, but later clarifying that he wasnt calling me stupid but his employee (!), then finally saying that his employee couldnt understand well because hes Japanese, but, he said Im white (!), and I understand what you are saying. I told him that I couldnt take any racist bs on top of what I had already heard, and hang up. Its this kind of people.

You can easily rent a motorcycle such as a Harley.Im happy to rent a Harley sidecar and a Three Wheeler slingshot.They let me practice around one block from the front of the store.Japanese people are required to show their Japanese drivers license.
