Had a great time riding the Triumph Rocket 3 GT today. This bike has the biggest engine of any production bike ever made and has more torque than anything on 2 wheels. The specs say it does 0-60 in 2.63 seconds, but I think it is even quicker than that. This bike is over 600 pounds, but I was surprised how well it handled the curves from Hanauma Bay to Makapu’u Beach. If you want to have an incredibly fun day on a motorcycle, RENT THE ROCKET!

I rented a Honda Rebel 500 from Chase Hawaii rentals today and had a BLAST!! Everybody there is very friendly and I got a couple suggestions on what to do and what to not do when driving in Oahu (the best advice was “follow the blue sky”).Before you rent, just make sure that your age is appropriate to rent the bike that you want and everything will go smoothly.Also, if you want a Triumph, book it a day or two in advance!:)“A car takes you to your destination, a bike IS your destination” -heard at Chase Hawaii Rentals

Most fun ever. This is the best way to see the island. Prices are reasonable and Ill definitely rent again. Navigation can be hard, because you cant really whip out your phone when riding. So be prepared to memorize some maps and street names or rent a bike with navigation built in

Do not go here. They are flat out thieves. The motorcycle I rented got a flat tire. I lost three hours of my last day dealing with these clowns. I had to help load the bike on the trailer after their guy did terrible job doing so and it fell over on the first turn. They charged me $358 to fix a flat. I have a motorcycle and could have bought 2 new tires for that amount. Straight Up Thieves.

I rented a Street Glide today and rode around the entire island. The team gave me a great route and recommended a few stops along the way which turned out great! Will do it again soon. Nice team and well-maintained motorcycles.

I had booked the Harley Davidson 1250 Sportster Custom online, and was excited to ride this cafe racer they had. A gentleman called me twenty minutes later, getting all of my information, and then asked me to confirm what bike I requested. I tell him the name of the bike, to which he said he didnt know of it. I had mentioned it was on the website, and he mentioned he wasnt to familiar with that either.To some, this might have been taken as a sign. But he was so polite and knowledgeable about all the bikes they had, I looked passed it and we went through the website together. He realized that this was a bike they had owned, but it was out of commission and had been for some time (its also been removed from the website now). He apologized for the inconvenience. I was kind of bummed, and figured Id rent a sport bike instead. But, he made a better suggestion (Brother, You dont go from a sick custom Sporty to a Daytona!). They had just received two Triumph Bonneville Bobbers and told me to hop on the Google Machine, dude. Check em out and I was stoked! He gave me the total and I gave him my credit card information, telling me that it would be processed within two business days.Twenty minutes later, I received a phone call saying they had given me the wrong amount and that instead of $190, it was $225, stating that the mix up was because they quoted me 10 hours instead of my requested 24. I was committed and they redid the payment.I show up to Chase Rentals at 8:30AM on a Wednesday morning and Im super excited. The bike is outside waiting.I walk in and a very polite lady helps me out. I give her the credit card for the deposit and she informs me that no payment was processed which contradicts what I was told before. (Unfortunately, I have to wait for the statement to arrive in the mail before I can say I double paid, but I dont believe I did.) Still, Im slightly miffed that it wasnt charged after they said it would be. We process the payment, I sign the agreements, and she gives me some suggestions on where to ride.I grab a helmet off the shelf (I recommend one if youre on the freeways) and walk over to the bike. Its basically brand new, spotless, and filled with gas. And its cool! They go over the bike with me and ask if I have any questions. Im on my way.**If you take only one thing from my review - LET IT BE THIS : **I was on the road by 8:45/9:00. I stopped at some beaches, took tons of pictures, ate some food (Teddys Bakery on the north tip!) and did laps through the tunnels. I rode the entire island except the west cost highway, by 2:00PM. With a passenger, and more stops, you could easily stretch out that 24 hours. But in 10 hours you could see everything I saw and more if youre riding solo and having a blast like me. I could have done the west coast, and gone for a swim in that time frame too!But....My butt was numb. Its been a long winter where Im from, so Id say my body wasnt used to it. But I saw basically everything I wanted to see. My hotel was one of the few that charged to valet motorcycles. I knew as I left my hotel disappointed, I could feel my body saying that it was done. I had five full days in Hawaii left, and I didnt want to be crippled for them, so I decided to bring the bike back and ask to see if theyd charge me for the 10 hours instead. On arrival, they asked me how everything was going, what I saw, ect... But told me the rental had been punched and that reimbursement wouldnt be an option. I wasnt willing to pay an additional $28 USD ($37 Canadian) to park the bike when I had already paid $225 USD ($300 Canadian) after being told it was $190 USD ($255 Canadian). I was pretty bummed, after everything that happened, that they wouldnt do me a solid. I gave the keys back, and he told me that if I wanted to rent something again during my vacation, theyd help me out on the price. Unfortunately, I didnt have a chance to go back but I would in the future.

We wanted to tour more of the island than just Waikiki and boy did Chase make that easy and fun. I wanted to rent one of their Triumph bikes but sadly they didnt have any available. No problem thought, they have a huge selection of Harleys to choose from. Helmets were included for free, and they gave us some maps and ideas for places to visit. We were able to ride around the whole island with a couple stops and even spent some time relaxing on the beach all in the 8 hour rental period. Everything included it was a very cheap way to see the whole island.

Called the day before to rent a cruiser. Fair price and friendly staff. Huge selection of motorcycles as well. Renting a motorcycle while visiting Hawaii should definitely be something on your to do list.

Ultra harley is so good to ride in ohau street.

I wanted to rent my first Harley Davidson when I was in Oahu. The process was quick and simple, and before long, I was cruising along the beautiful coastline on a brand new Harley.I had two helmets included in the rental, and like an idiot, I tied one of them to the rack just above the rear fender. The problem is that I ended up scuffing up the fender right through the clear coat.Upon returning the motorcycle, I dealt with Brent, who was the manager. I couldn’t have dealt with someone better. He was really understanding and cool about the whole thing. He told me that I wouldn’t be charged either.I had such a great experience that I turned around and rented another Harley for the next day and took extra care in not damaging it at all.It was a brand new Fatbob and I may have a new favorite bike.All in all, Chase rentals had an amazing selection of brand new bikes, great prices, and a wonderful staff. I would strongly recommend anyone to rent from them and I will definitely be back to see them again in the future.And Oahu was incredibly beautiful to ride along the coast. 10/10

A buddy and I rented 2 Harley Street Glides to Tour the Island dec 20th. Initially reserved online and a few days later called. Everything was lined up, and good to go. When we got there, we stopped in a few days before to do up the paperwork and talk to the folks here, we’ll worth doing this to save time and questions the day of picking up. The morning of pick up everything was polished up and good to go! Had a fantastic day & night, dropped of the next morning and was simple and painless.Perfect service, friendly staff, highly recommend for experienced riders to do this!

Thought I had a great experience while I was there. They didnt reverse the pending depost charge of 1000.00. Unwilling to help me. Said since it was past 10 days it was my cc problem. Which isnt true either. Now I have to wait 30 days for the pending 1000.00 charge to drop off. Make sure they do their job.

This is THE place to rent a motorcycle in Oahu. Brent provided great advice before I arrived. The reservation process was a breeze. The beautiful Road King as ready to go when we arrived and was in perfect condition (including some awesome pipes). The staff members were each very friendly and helpful. The return process was lighting fast.I’ve never had a better bike rental experience—mostly because Brent and his gang are the best!

I do not normally write reviews but I have to say that Chase Hawaii was an excellent company/group of people to deal with. When I arrived the bike (Harley Street-glide) was just in the final stages of being washed, it worked great and we had a fabulous trip around the island. My only problem was trying to find them again in the dark on return(word to the wise, get a better map than I had and plan your return trip), of course this was no fault of Chase. They were just a super group of people and I will certainly use them again on my next trip, Thank you so Much!!

Good selection of Motorcycles on hand. Prices are consistent with being in Waikiki. I rented a Harley Street Glide, staff was very forward about all scratches or damage to bike prior to rental. Bike was in great mechanical condition including tires. They even let me store the bike there overnight during my rental so I didnt have to pay inflated parking prices at the motel.

The honeymoon in Hawaii is a good memory and Hawaii is very beautiful to see by motorcycle. But the $1,000 deposit is four days old and he doesnt reply to me. Im going home with great anxiety.

I reserved the bike over the phone and the perfect bike was waiting for me.I got a Harley Dyna Low Rider and was quite happy with it.Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.They check you out and back in with very little fuss.Complimentary helmet skid lid even had a go pro attachment which was perfect since I brought it with me.They told me that if its your first time on the islands, 10 hours would be more than sufficient to tour the island. However, if you want to stop and spend several hours at the beach etc. then you might consider more time.Traffic out of town was not bad. But trying to get back to town coming from the North Shore can be pretty challenging. Give yourself plenty of time to get back before they close.I cant wait to come back and do it again.

Great place to rent from. Helpful staff, decent selection of bikes. Circle the island counterclockwise though! Better traffic pattern and less crowded! All other tourists seem to go clockwise making long traffic lines of slow moving cars.

Im giving Chase 5 stars because I began my day at cruising rentals next to Tony Romas. They have junk to be polite. Go to Chase if you want a Harley as nice as your own! There is a 1k deposit on a Harley. I got a military discount! They washed my Road King real quick and I was gone! We went out the west end as far as you can go on 93. Better than up north in my opinion.The return was easy as can be and I suggest reserving your bike.

Rented their Triumph Bonneville T100. Great experience. Bikes are super clean and in terrific condition. The folks there are pleasant, friendly and professional. Solid customer experience. Will rent from them again when back in Honolulu. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to rent a motorcycle from. I enjoyed the service I received, staff was helpful in finding the bike I wanted. Had a great time on the Dyna Lowrider, although the bike was set up for someone shorter then 6 foot 1. My Dyna ran like a top and I was sad to see it go at the end of the day! The bikes all seem to have aftermarket pipes which added to the experience. Will rent again!

Came to Hawaii with my father and had considered renting motorcycles when we planned the trip. My wife found Chase Hawaii Rentals and said it looked good and she had spoke with them and they offered a military and law enforcement discount as well. We had no reservations and went there first thing in the morning. Everyone there was EXTREMELY helpful and we rented two bikes one of which was at their other location. Both bikes were fueled and ready to go before we had finished the rental paperwork (@10 minutes!). Couldnt have been easier or faster I recommend Chase Hawaii to anyone who is considering a mc rental.

We rented a motorcycle for our anniversary and were super excited for our ride around the island. The night before our rental, our son got sick and we had to take him to the hospital in the morning. Thank goodness it wasnt anything severe and his grandparents were still able to take care of him for the rest of the day, but we were really late for our rental. I had called that morning and the staff was great and told us to take our time. When we finally got there, they were so friendly and understanding and flexible. Im pretty sure Brent was the one helping us and he was awesome! It had been a few years since my husband sold his bike, so Brent took some time going over the bike with him. He also had great recommendations for where to ride, when to expect traffic, and how to avoid some. Our crazy night and morning turned in to an amazing celebration of our anniversary! Thanks Chase rentals!!!(I also dealt with Nik over the phone setting everything up and he was great! I know absolutely nothing about motorcycles and was trying to get all of this done as a surprise for my husband. When he asked what style bike... I said um... one that looks cool and I can ride on the back of? He was so helpful and didnt make me feel ridiculous for calling to rent a motorcycle with absolutely no knowledge of bikes. And he did a great job helping me to keep it a surprise!)We will definitely be renting from you guys again and recommending you to our friends!

These guys are outstanding. Ive rented Harleys on a number of vacations, and this was hands-down the easiest, most efficient, and most professional operation Ive dealt with.I showed up on a Saturday with no reservation. Within 10 minutes they had me a brand new Road King. When I asked for a seat change they had it swapped out in another 5 minutes and I was on my way. At the end of the week, I needed the bike picked up an hour away from their location. They sent someone out to grab it, no questions asked.These guys clearly love what they do and that came through in interacting with them. If youre on the island and looking to rent, skip the dealership and other listings. This is where you want to get your bike.

Very professional straight shooter type staff. The equipment seemed nearly brand new when I rented a Softail Harley ... had no equipment problems. Took an all day ride all over Island, a true dream ride-bucket list item. Rent and have a safe ride !

Rented 3 weeks ago, the security deposit on my credit card was a hard copy, and I was told would never actually be charged. Fast forward to my credit card getting declined because theres an extra thousand dollars on it, which means they would have had to take that hard copy swipe of my credit card and enter it by hand, even though nothing went wrong with my rental. Had to call my card company and have this fraudulent charge removed and get a new card issued.

While it was nice to be able to rent a motorcycle for a day my experience wasnt what everyone else seems to have received.I made sure to ask that they have full faced helmets to rent and they said they did. I usually wear a Shoei XL at home and their XL ran small so I asked for a XXL and they said they didnt have one in a full face, only in a 3/4, I said I wasnt willing to ride without a full faced helmet, they shrugged and said that was all they had. Mind you this is after I had payed so I couldnt get a refund, read the contract 72hr cancellation policy. They didnt know anywhere I could rent a bigger helmet and said there was a place by the airport where I could buy one called Cycle City. They didnt give me directions or a map and sent me on my way. I ended up having to find this place and buy a helmet so I could ride.I was given a 30 second run down on how the bike operates and was sent out. One of the first things I noticed was the brakes, they were clapped out! The front and rear brakes moaned and vibrated at anything more that light braking. Brakes are extremely important on any bike and these seemed way unsafe! I had to consciously ride around the brakes because the whole 24 hours I rented the bike I never had full confidence in them. Ive ridden on squeaky brakes before but these were totally varnished and they must have used the cheapest crappiest pad compound they could find! The other thing I noticed was there was a vibration when leaning the bike either way through a corner. This bikes engine ran fine and the paint looked fine but was very poorly maintained and didnt grant me total confidence which is what I was hoping for when riding a different bike in a place Im visiting.All of this aside my passenger and I had a great time, we rode almost the whole island, couldnt do the last bit because I had to get the bike back. I doubt any of this was malicious just negligent which warrants at best a 3-star review.

We approached them because the gentleman at the desk assured us he would rent to us despite our age. We signed the paperwork and gave him our money, but when we showed up a different man told us it was company policy. He would not issue a refund and now we are out $120.00 and a full day of vacation. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Rented motorcycles from this place my last three visits to Hawaii. First time I visited, I was a walk in and they set me up right away. They give discounts if you schedule ahead, are in the military or a return customer. Never had any issues with the bikes, they are well maintained and ran great!Message for the owner: Rent your wifes grom! That bike was a tease just sitting out in the front haha.

Reserved the Daytona 675R a few days ago. They asked me how old I was over the phone and I told them 23. They told me I was good. Today, I drive 40 minutes to Waikiki and they tell me I need to be 25. Waste of my time. At least put on your website how old you have to be to rent certain bikes.

Largest selection of motorcycles to rent in honolulu including euro bikes which are harder to come about in harley island :). Insurance is included and is lower deductible than the other rental shops in town. $1k lower. Super chilled, friendly staff. We had no problems renting and I even had my son on the bike with us. And he lent us his son’s helmet and glasses. So very sweet. Highly recommend them if you’re wanting to rip around the island. I’ve been to the others in town, by far Chase offered the best in everything. I’ll be back 👊✊🤘

Great experience! Prices and selection were very reasonable. My Triumph Thruxton Ace broke down on me but the crew brought me an upgraded Thruxton 1200R which was incredible. Dont hesitate to rent a motorcycle while you are in Hawaii. The ONLY to see the island in all its beauty.

These guys were great. With no reservation we were on a bike and on our way in ten minutes. Brought it back with a half tank because we couldnt find the gas station and they were cool about it, only a minimal charge. Will go with them again next time for sure.

The only negative, having to return the ‘day’ rentals at 5:30 means leaving North Shore at about 2pm or risk traffic. The only issue I had, I hope they will extend the ‘day rental beyond ‘business hours’ so we can enjoy the whole day. 8am to 8pm seems reasonable at the current prices.Other than that I rented a Harley Heritage, a Maserati and a Harley Sportster. Awesome sounding after market pipes, turns heads, keeps the drivers around you awake and sets off the pansy rental car alarms ; )My only advice, be sure to ask all your questions if you cannot visit to see the bikes first. Their website was out of date as of this writing so the cycle I wanted was no longer available there, they updated to all 2018 models.Awesome freakin’ rides, book asap!

Poor bike inspection on bikes (qty - 4). No light functioning. Brake lights remaining on. Loose handle grip. Returnrd bike early from our 24 hour rental of Harleys..Not impressed all. Will be informing Harlry USA which gives Harley product a bad image for the bikes..

The bike I reserved was not available because it was apparently in the shop. However nobody called me to inform me that the bike I reserved would not be available. I ended up going out on a triumph thruxton and still had a good ride. It was a much different bike than the Ducati scrambler I had reserved though.

I reserved a street glide 107 but they rented it out before i got there. They gave me a 103 without the built in navigation. I was given a stick on gps that rattled off 3 miles down the road.(they didnt try to charge me for it) and was given free gas. The bike was the roughest ride on a harley Ive ever ridden. Not sure if the shocks were bad or setup wrong, but it felt like a hardtail. The people working were really friendly tho. Id probably do it again because its still way better than a car.

I rented twice from Chase while on a trip to Hawaii. Both times I walk up off the street instead of reserved beforehand. Very friendly and helpful staff; they gave me a map and suggested some routes and areas based on what I said I was interested in. They have a 2nd lot a few blocks away where they store more of their bikes which contained the one I wanted. They had it at the storefront within 5 mins, ready to go with a full tank. Great selection of cruisers and standards to choose from at good prices and where more that willing to show me the models they had on sight before I selected. I was ten mins late returning the one bike and they did not raise a fuss or try to charge me extra, just asked if I enjoyed the bike. I would highly recommend!

I rented it and went around Oaf.Both the woman at the reception who took care of me and the man who checked the motorcycle were Japanese. (There was also an American staff member)The scenery along the sea was very beautiful and I enjoyed it! In addition, although it rained on the way, it was raining as it is peculiar to Hawaii, and even if it got wet, it dried immediately if I ran.The return time was just around the corner, but Im glad that you did not look unpleasant.

I rented Harley and Shadow respectively.The vehicle is in good condition and has been around Oahu halfway.We asked Mr. N, a Japanese man from the staff, for various traffic information and recommendations for stopping by, and he was very helpful.A motorbike ID is required to reach Ford Island in Pearl Harbor, and only a shuttle bus can be reached from the Arizona Memorial.

Its more expensive than Japan, but its probably Hawaii!was fun~I hope I can go again soon!

It was great to be able to tour HAWAII in Harley. It made me feel good. I encountered rain on the way, but after running for a while, the weather improved and my clothes dried quickly.I would like to use it again.

In October 2011 I borrowed Super Glide and tandem touring with my daughter up to Haleiwa.The bike was well maintained and able to run comfortably.I ran away with a feeling of liberation with no helpless, but it is still safe for people who wore them.
