Bre ... shes fantastic barber. Very clean, creative ... perfect vision of style and a great atmosphere. Shes very professional, responsive and friendly. Absolutely highly recommended.

Called to see if theyd take a walk in at the Lakeway location. I work out of town during the week so sometimes its hard to make an appointment. Been there before and the haircut was good. Never was it so busy they could ablige a walk in. I guess Lakeway is growing. Certainly never at Findleys...Anyway I asked if they would take me as a walk in. Their response; Yes, if you come right now. I gave them my name and said Id be there in 10 minutes. Jump in my car and drive there, walk in and they immediately ask me if I have an appointment. I said no, I called and you said yes if I came right over. The stylist wasnt who I talked to, different voice. She acted as though she had no idea what was going on. The other stylist wouldnt look up from what she was doing. The stylest talking to me began looking at the computer as though I would be in there or something. She told me, sorry were all booked, would I like to make an appointment for Sunday. Annoyed, I said Id consider it and walked out.Ive considered it and no I wont go back there again. She made no attempt to see if any of the other people working there talked to me.Disappointing and a waste of my time.

Great experience. I was a little disheartened that there is a one beer limit but I understand. Thats more of a personal problem than Diesels. Either way, the staff was friendly to both me and my son and Adrian gave us both a great fade. We enjoyed the theme of the shop and the free arcade games while we waited. Highly recommend!!

I tried to make an appointment ahead of time could not believe they asked me for my credit card to hold the appointment. I have been to the best salons and no one has ever done that- very disappointed. I can understand if I was a no-show once or twice but right off the bat doesnt work for me.

Shout out to the the lady who cut my hair! I dont remember her name but she has short black hair and her favorite bands are Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, and other good ones. Anyways, she did amazing

Moved back to the Austin area a few months back and was searching for a quality barbershop. I landed on Diesel Barbershop and have not been disappointed. Its got awesome staff, great tunes, and sweet atmosphere. Ive had my appts with Bre who not only provides a quality cut but quality convo too. Worth the 30+ min drive every time!

Great service anytime and everytime i go. This time i was greeted by Adrian whom was very nice and welcoming, very gentle and comfortable with what there doing. I got a fade with a lil pizzazz on top and feel like a million bucks. Will be back soon for sure😎

Conscientious and clean spot with excellent barbers. I love Adrian! Theyve been cutting my hair for about 4 months now. No matter if Im doing a half fade or a trim and shape up they nail it every time!

I’ve visited this place once, and I pride places on having excellent customer service. I was greeted pleasantly and also offered a small beverage free. Jesus the barber who cut me was very kind, and kept up amazing professional standards. Despite all that; however, my cut came out a little uneven at the hairline, it wasn’t matched up. I came back a second time for them to fix it, and it still wasn’t perfect. I came from Florida, so my standard expectation of a hair cuts is pretty high. I feel like although I said it was fine before I left, I noticed it afterwards, and it shouldn’t have been that uneven. On top of all that, I spent 45 dollars for the haircut. The prices here are a little steep. If you’re someone who likes it done right, and have high standards like me I’d choose some place else respectfully.

First time to Diesel for a Full Service Haircut and Shave. Never experience such a great place for a haircut. Carmen is great and made you feel comfortable for someone who is not used to such great service. Will absolutely recommend and encourage you to try Diesel out for a haircut!!!

I just got a haircut from Bre, it met my expectations and went above, great client service and very caring person, 10/10 recommendations for this place.

This is what was done to my kids hair by Carmen. I’ve been cutting his hair for months but he likes going with his dad to get it done and this is what came home. It’s the worst cut I’ve ever seen on one of the easiest styles to maintain. It will take some real talent to fix this!

Dont waste your time if you go without an appointment. I was in town for a wedding and wanted to get a haircut. I walked in before multiple people and 1-2 of the barbers were always sitting around waiting for an appointment. Someone arrive 40 minutes before their appointment and was served before me after 45 minutes of wasted time I decided to go next door where I didnt run into any of these issues.
