I was in Hawaii over the winter and rented 3 motorcycles from Chase. It was very easy, showed them my mc license and insurance and was on the bike within minutes. Rented the red camaro convertible for 2 days. Acceptable prices, extremely clean car, ram great and the staff super friendly. Took her all around the island. You get noticed in this bad boy. Returned my deposit no problem. Will rent again when I am back on the island next year.

They really took thier time hand helped me make a good, safe decision on which bike to rent. They paid attention to the details and were really on top of things. It was a great time, and I cant wait to do it again!

I was very impressed with this rental company. Way easier to deal with then budget, Avis or hertz. We even had an issue with a rock hitting the windshield. I reached out right away and the communication and professionalism was 5 star! For what could have been a really bad experience they were super cool, understanding and worked with us on insurance claim. We wanted to do right by them and they respected that very much and did right by us. The best sign of good service is what a company does when things outside of the norm happen and how they respond. Brent was so nice and cool about the whole experience. They have a customer for life every time our family needs a rental on Waikiki.

Staff was very polite and professional, however the blue jeep we got could’ve been maintained a lot more before letting us drive it. At first a warning for sway bar light would pop up for a little less than a second and then would go away, this would happen at random times during the short drive we had. Backup camera kept on flashing when put into reverse. Drove for 30min, parked to take a photo, tried to start car, but it was completely dead. Asked nice gentlemen for a jump and limped back to chase car rental. Gave me complete refund but cannot give back valuable time spent of our vacation.

We rented a convertible Audi from these guys . Price was fair and the guys did a good job cleaning it for us. We went around the island, I proposed to my girl on a private beach. Car was part of amazing memory. I paid 189.00, where any convertible in the area were from 199-240

Today I had one of the best days ever. My good friend and I rented a Harley Davidson and cruised around the island making multiple stops. We live here and I wanted to do something different. Chase car rental provided us with everything we needed from a great motorcycle to professional courtesy. I hope to do it again soon!!!

The owner is the man and he’s a great small business owner. We were here on a week vacation and he accommodated us with exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a car rental and some super nice cars. You won’t find any other cars like this for rental on the island and definitely not for this price!!!!

From the first phone call to check on renting a vehicle, to dropping off the vehicle, the service and respect for us as customers was very good. Brent fielded the call and set us up on very short notice with a jeep. Ogi did up the paperwork when we arrived and sent us on our way quickly with a freshly washed and vacuumed jeep. I cannot remember the name of the fellow we returned the vehicle to but he was also friendly and efficient at checking the jeep for damage and completing the rental. The rental charges came through correctly and the deposit on the jeep has been returned. I will use Chase Car Rental as a first option and recommend them as a great place to rent a vehicle.Neal Fix

I have rented from these folks several times. There are near all the major hotels, have good pricing, and inventory cool cars and motorcycles. And I find it much easier to take a cab from the airport, then rent a car from these cats the next day. Upon departure, we just drop the car off at their lot and then take a cab back to the airport. Doesnt cost that much more and a hell of a lot easier getting to the airport.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!Overpriced.Terrible serviceCar had warning lights during our whole trip. Had to stop and get this looked at as I was concerned as my 18 month old son was with me. Got back and informed these guys and they told me not to worry, this is just because the boss doesn’t put the correct tyres on his cars. This has to be a safety issue right?We hired a GPS. Weren’t given the GPS and they wouldn’t refund us the GPS even though it was not received.They also tried to stitch us up a 30 dollar cleaning fee due to excess sand. There was hardly any sand in the car, however I did ask if I could borrow their vacuum to clean it. I was told that this was in no way possible and I had to either drive to the service station to get the car cleaned or pay 30 dollars. I was informed that I couldn’t use their vaccuum as it was the girls job.Pathetic all round. Untrustworthy and having hired cars with other providers would recommend starting there first.

While the cars were cheaper than renting via a major chain the cars were also in poor condition. We rented a fun Green jeep for $111 but the engine light, TPS, and airbag lights were all lit up. We informed them about it as well as the cigarette burns in the seat and they said as long as we didnt roll it they dont care. They ask for a $500 credit card deposit and try to sell you an optional insurance coverage but the deductible is $2500 and try to scare you into having to pay the full price of repairing the car if you dont get it. Have to admit they have a cool selection of cars but if we had to do it again I would have spent a few more dollars to get a higher quality vehicle from a more professional place.

Good service. We didn’t pre plan or book a car which seemed like a big issue with all other ‘legit car rental places’. Here it didn’t matter at all. They gave us our options of cars and we were on our way!

The location is very easy to understand! Just off the trolley bus, right before DFS.The reception staff was mostly Japanese, and the response was polite and solid, and allowed me a lot of flexibility. This time we changed the reservation on the day due to the weather, but there was no problem at all.This time I rented Camaro and Triumph.Cleaning is not at the level of a rental car in Japan, but the condition of the institution was perfect, and I was able to enjoy a round trip to the North Shore via the East Coast with a 6.2 liter V8 and a 1.2 liter vertical twin.With two drivers (riders), you can register insurance for up to two drivers per vehicle, so you could have fun while changing drivers (riders).There is a great deal of flexibility, so its okay if you dont make a reservation or just stop by when the weather is nice. There is also a rental helmet.Ill come again someday (^^)

It seems that you can borrow directly from this rental car place. I think that you can borrow more smoothly if you make a reservation and proceed at the office. The staff here is also Japanese 🆗, so its safe 👍

Simple and uncomplicated to rent beautiful cars in the American sauce! I took a 4x4 jeep, even if it was not new it did not have any trouble engine and it is very nice to go around the island!Very good time despite tariffs (all over the island) a bit expensive.

CHASE 2nd store. There is also a parking lot.This is also from 8 oclock and you can borrow a Charinko. Moreover, it is better than the first store. This is the hotel on the east side.Thank you Japanese staff.
