Alister and Alex were awesome! We had such a great time. They were funny yet professional and experienced. We were able to have a lot of free time riding the jet skis which is what my husband really wanted to do for his birthday. Thank you guys! We had a great time on our private sunset dolphin tour. Our captain was super. He was knowledgeable and knows the area. We had a super cruise and saw a beautiful sunset, and plenty of dolphins. I wanted to make this trip a memorable one for the family and IT was!

First, I would like to thank the jet ski guides at One HHI for doing everything to ensure the safety of their customers; especially, young kids. However, One HHI needs to pay more attention to the on-going maintenance of their equipments and customer services. Tourists from out of town driving many hours on the road to visit South Carolina and spending a lot of money here deserve better services because we are the people who bring business to your local economy every year. On Monday 8/9/2021, We rented a jet ski $152 per 90-minute trip for our girls (an 18 and a 13 years old). I witnessed two mechanical failures on two different jet skis in the same time lot. More specifically, my daughters’ jet ski engine broke down in the middle of the bay and they had to be pulled back to the dock. My wife and I waited anxiously on the dock for almost an hour after everyone in their group returned to the dock. When we brought this up to the lady at the front desk, she ignored the issues and did not acknowledge the facts that it was her company problem. Worse than that, we did not hear a single word of apology. If this company only focus on the profits and not on providing good customer services, your company is heading toward a wrong direction. I am sure other businesses will be happy to take our business the next time we come to them.

We left our boat tour in awe, it was one of the funnest experiences we’ve had in a long time! Sarah our guide took us all around and had such fun facts the whole time! We saw so many dolphins and it was magical! Our 2 year old came with us and was pointing and excited the whole time! We highly recommend this tour! Especially with our amazing guide Sarah!

LOVED our dolphin tour. Captain Sarah and first mate Katie Lynn were fantastic. Katie Lynn had SO many cool facts and was very entertaining. We saw many dolphins and even got to see a momma and baby dolphin! Can’t recommend enough!

It started out a bit rough as there was confusion as to what tour we were taking but once that was resolved, ( and they did a great job), it was all fabulous. We had Captain Kack with us to lead the way and he was a wealth of information when asked. It was a great evening, at the perfect time. Sarah was our tour guide for the private dolphin tour. It was so fun! We saw at least 50+ dolphins including a couple of babies. Sarah also took us to Dafuski island which is only accessible by boat. It was a very fun, relaxing and enjoyable time. I am definitely going to bring the rest of my family another time.

My kids and I booked a private kayaking trip with One HHI and I am so glad we did. This was our second kayaking trip ever and the first time in singles, so we were hoping we would learn how to do it and have fun, and our expectations were totally met.Our guide, Alistair, was super nice. I especially appreciated that for the first half of the trip, he kayaked backwards to keep an eye on us. We never felt rushed or judged. He told us lots of stories and we even got to see dolphins! And the personalized coffee drinks were a really nice touch!Weve already decided that we definitely will do that again.

I took my two kiddos 7 and 5 on this excursion. They had such a good time. The tour guide taught us about the ecosystems and “fun facts” about the island on the way to the sound. They played appropriate music to dance to while we rode out and a huge pod of dolphins came so close to the boat! We got great videos and memories on this trip and it was worth the price. The tour guide and “captain” were knowledgeable and very friendly and engaging the whole trip. Would recommend for anyone!

The creek tour was fun. Next time will try paddleboards! Even got to see dolphins!!

The Jet Ski experience was AMAZING!!! Wonderful first time!! Kam and Kyle was awesome they were so patient and fun. Definitely made us return guests, cant wait to return to the island!!

My friends and I went out on the mini boats with Jack and had a blast! Jack was an amazing guide, took us all over the Calibogue Sound as well as parts of the Cooper and May River. He was so much fun, incredibly knowledgeable about the ecology, marine life, as well and history of the area.I highly recommend One HHI for all water sports activities. Elizabeth is incredibly helpful in assisting with bookings and goes beyond to assure you the best possible experience! I already have future activities with OneHHI planned for future adventures!

We had fun. My husband and I shared one jet ski, since it was our first time. The guides were great and very nice. We even saw a dolphin and got to see the sun beginning to set on the water.My only suggestion is that there could be a little more structure or instruction. I, personally, felt a little unclear on some things (meeting location, etc.) that could have made things a little more pleasant. However, this could have been my error.Id love to go again, next time with our own jet ski, now that we are comfortable.

We had a great mini boat experience! We had originally been scheduled for a morning tour and after getting out on the water the weather did not cooperate. Our guide Ryan was so nice and suggested rescheduling for a 6:30 sunset tour. He was right, we had stunning views, dolphins, beautiful weather, and were able to drive super fast on the smooth water. Will was our guide for our second tour, he did an awesome job of story telling, site knowledge, and some comedic relief. Well done One HHI. We highly suggest touring with this company.

Wonderful trip, got great views of landmarks across the island as well as the history behind each one. Our tour guide Jack, made sure our trip was entertaining and enjoyable, while still making sure safety was our number one priority.

Our family of 5 did the mini boat excursion. This tour exceeded our expectations. Jack was a great guide and he provided us some interesting facts about the marine life and local knowledge of the area. We took the mini boats through deep water channels and into the small creeks. We saw the famous Harbor Town lighthouse from the water, which was a great way to see this landmark. We adventured through some beautiful creeks off the Cooper river and Jack took into Bull Creek. This is where some of the movie Forest Gump was filmed. We felt completely safe and had fun the ride provided a little thrill for our school age kids (11, 9, 5). We also encountered a pod of dolphin. At one point there were so many dolphin we could not keep up, it was amazing. I would definitely do this excursion again. Well worth it. Thanks again One HHI!

We started our morning with coffee and kayaking, and it was absolutely wonderful! We have kayaked before but it’s great for all levels. We got right out on the water, and the scenery was beautiful. Our guide was so kind, knowledgeable, and we even spotted multiple dolphins along the trip! We learned a lot of cool facts thanks to our guide, and it was so peaceful. If you enjoy kayaking or what to get out for the first time, this is a great activity!

Captain Mark and First Mate Sarah were amazing today on our Dolphins and Donuts cruise. We were able to spot lots of dolphins near Daufuskie Island and even saw a sea turtle on the way back to the dock. Sarah and Mark offered great conversation and knowledge about the Hilton Head Island area. I would recommend OneHHI 100% and will definitely be back for other services they offer.

Captain Mark and First mate Becky were awesome!!! It was a large group and they had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Becky kept everyone entertained with her unique hump while also providing us some great local knowledge. Mark did an awesome job taking us to the dolphins. We saw so many dolphins he family and I had a great time!!!

Professional staff, brought us to the exact spot timely and we returned exactly on time. In between we went to the exact spot where many dolphins were jumping and diving. There were many photo and video opportunities. We saw at least 50 instances of jumping dolphins but we were slightly lucky but really I think it had something to do with the captain and staff knew what they were doing. We chose this tour because it was the lowest priced on Trip Advisor with solid reviews. Definitely got our money’s worth. We all had a really good time.

Just went on the dolphin cruise and had a wonderful time. Monica was very helpful and accommodating to our party. Captain Mark and Becky were phenomenal tour guides. The information, knowledge and sheer fun they provided rounded out the overall experience. So many dolphin sighted, it was so fun. Highly recommend it!!!

This was a great an affordable dolphin tour! The host (forgot her name) was well versed on the history of HHI, dolphins, and the vegetation in the area. We saw a TON of dolphins, even mothers with their babies. We went on the 11am tour on 8/3. Weather was perfect. I suggest getting on the boat quickly so you can get as close to the sides as possible.

My family and I had a great experience on this tour and we saw a ton of dolphins! We were on the 1:00 tour. Great experience. The tour guide was really good. She was informative, super friendly and a lot of fun. The boat was covered so the hot sun wasn’t a factor. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

What an amazing excursion this morning! Our party of 6 was upgraded to mini boats. The boats were so much fun. Our guides Jack and Nick were full of information, answered all of our questions, and kept us laughing. Some storms came up and we took a couple of detours so we would keep safe and relatively dry. The tour lasted longer than 2 hours and that was fine with us. We will definitely do this again!! It was a great time

Had a great Mini Boat ride today with Jack & Cameron. Two hours of full throttle boating all around the island. Saw dolphins in several spots. Jack is funny and laid back, and lets you know what the plan is every time you start off. Small group of 6 boats made the tour fun and easy to get around. Jack has lots of history and info on the island to share, & fun facts. This will be a must do for visitors and I would definitely do again as a local!

Captain Jack was a great tour guide! He was both comical and very knowledgeable! We had a great time! We switched at the last minute from the creek cat to the mini boat at the recommendation of the young lady in the office-no regrets there-very comfortable and surprisingly quick! Would highly recommend this trip to couples and families alike! We will do it again on our next visit to beautiful HHI!

We had a blast on the creek cat dolphin tour, Nick was fantastic! Very helpful and patient as we had our 5 year old daughter with us. After the little bit of chop we went through she had so much fun and loved getting to see the dolphins. I would also suggest to take some sort of eye protection (goggles especially for kids) because if you get hit in the eye with that salt water, you wont be able to see and your eyes will be burning! Maybe keep a small towel in the dry box to wipe water away, you will get wet! All in all, great experience and would definitely recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our jet skiing adventure. Jake and Jackson were friendly and attentive…and they helped us several times with our jet ski issues. I would give 5 stars, but my husband & son’s jet ski kept malfunctioning, so they couldn’t get the full experience. But I would definitely recommend this company. They were great to work with!

We did the sunset creek cat tour and it was fabulous! It was low tide when we went and we saw tons of wildlife like birds and multiple dolphin pods. The tour guide, Nick, was knowledgeable, outgoing, and overall a wonderful guide. I would recommend this tour to anyone seeking some adventure and to explore Hilton Head in an outside of the box fashion. I will definitely be booking this tour in the future!

Nick and Ryan did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable. Waters were rough and because we had no driving boat experience, they recommended we do red boats. Whole group did them and it was great. Teen age girls loved it.Highly recommend these guys for any tour experience

Well worth it, had a fantastic time with my son. I was a little afraid to go as fast as he did but hey I’m old & went 40 mph compared to his 50mph. The booking process was easy & communication between staff & riders was great. Highly recommend the jet ski/ wave runner rentals. The little 3-4 seat boats they have that go out with a guide look fun to. You can also rent kayaks.A great time for all!!!!

Very easy process to register and check in. The jet skis were in great shape and the place we were taken to ride was large and the water calm. As opposed to some places, they just take you out to a spot and turn you loose (as opposed to riding in single file for most of the “tour”). Friendly and helpful people too. Only thing I would question is need to show up 40-40 minutes before ride. Checkin takes 30 seconds and then you watch a 10 minute video. Overall - great experience

The family (wife & 2 young daughters) and I enjoyed the mini boat tour today. Jackson(Patrick) & Ryan were excellent tour guides. They were well- spoken, provided excellent direction for the group and made sure everyone was on course every few seconds. They were very friendly guys and answered all questions, no matter how ridiculous. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We had an absolute blast. From my 15 year old son to my 78 year old dad. We all left with huge smiles and couldn’t stop saying how great of a day it was. This was the highlight of our trip. We signed up for the cat creek tour but they upgraded us to mini boats because of the choppy water. We spent about 2 hours speeding around the island, seeing sea birds and dolphins and taking in the sites. Our guides were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Make this part of your stay on the island and you won’t regret it!

This place is a scam. They told us they were upgrading us for free from the Cat to the Mini boats because of choppy weather. We were excited and jumped at the chance for the free upgrade. Turns out, they just just told us that so they could lump us in with another group that was going out at the same time. (We saw 3 other cat groups out on the water during our allotted time). If you are party of two, they will ask the non driver to sit backwards in the bow to prevent it from tipping upward the entire time. Buyer beware, the bow seat does not have a back and is not forward facing. When the bow tips upward you have no view of what is in front of you and you totally lose out on the experience. We would have much preferred the two person cat boat. Mini boats would be good for larger parties only. There are more knowledgeable and better tours available on the island. I do not recommend One HHI mini boat rides for groups of two.

Celebrated our friend’s 50th birthday on a jet ski tour with Cameron and Alister. We wanted (and got) a tour that gave us a lot of open water to ride at our own speed (at full throttle, if you are so inclined!). Plenty of time to get comfortable with jet skis while idling out of the harbor to open water. A great time had by all and recommend this tour company.

Booked this trip nearly last minute and was a little worried it may be a dud since it was one of few with availability still, but it wasn’t! The crew was great with the 3 young kids I had onboard, and the process for buying the tickets was simple and easy. The prices were great too, especially considering the discount for booking additional events after the trip. I’d definitely book through this company again, and even try the other options as those guests appeared to enjoy their experiences as well!

Was a magnificent experience! Our tour guide Lauren and Captain Sarah were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were able to see all the things we set out to see plus more!! Will never forget and was so worth going!

I took my 9 yo son for the first time kayaking. We had a 1.5 hrs tour with Caitlyn. She did an amazing job by instructing and guideling us in the bay. We were lucky to see some dolphins, chasing the boats, learnt a lot of interesting facts about local habitat and life in HH. The whole time flew by very fast, we enjoyed every minute of the tour. Caitlyn is sweet and very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend it to everyone who is going to happen to visit Hilton Head. 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️🐬🐋🐳

Awesome experience in the mini boats [also known as Zodiacs]. Rep at check-in offered this new option, as opposed to the creeks cats, so all four of us were together.So glad we choose this, because less chance of getting wet, could go faster and Jack, our leader, provided clear instructions and safety precautions. Saw dolphins near Bull Island! He explained some of the history of the area also. Weather was great, so it was a great day!

This was such a great experience. Scott was our boat driver/tour guide and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He shared lots of great information about the history of the area and the sea life as we were driving along the coast. His boat was spotless, comfortable and he provided snacks and drinks. The ride out to the disappearing island was pleasant and comfortable, and he gave us ample time to explore the island and gather LOTS and lots of seashells and sand dollars. I highly recommend booking with Scott. Our little group of 6 ladies had the boat to ourselves, which made for a wonderful, cozy experience, but the boat was big with plenty of room to spread out. If you’re thinking of booking, do it!! You won’t regret it!

We booked a tour with One HHI by calling Sara and the process of reserving the 8 am weekday slot was a breeze. We were able to complete the waivers online and receive a confirmation within minutes. We were a little worried about using our phone to take some photos and considered buying a protective cover but took the chance of just holding on tightly and that worked fine!We arrived about twenty minutes ahead of time and checked in. There was a nice open waiting area outside. Captain Bryce was right on time and explained how to navigate the Cat - basically you have a throttle and ability to steer. We had a great two hours out on the water and really did enjoy seeing Hilton Head from a different perspective. Bryce was a great guide and he was informative with many tidbits that we hadn’t known. We liked doing the ride early because we did it before breakfast and still had the rest of the day to enjoy HH. The ride wasn’t too choppy but we did manage to get a little wet which actually felt good on the hot day. You could definitely taste the salt on your lips by the end of the ride. We even managed to spot a dolphin right alongside our Cat on the way back in to port. We were really glad we booked the tour! We even were able to access and download our photo after the tour! The Creek Cat Tour was so much fun!! We got to ride in our own little boat. Kinda felt like tubing at a faster speed. The water splashing in your face was fun and refreshing. Got to see so many dolphins and one came right up next to our boat, almost close enough to touch. Nick our tour guide was a blast! Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed it very much. We did the tandem kayak because it was easier for my 13 year old. It was very relaxing. We saw a couple of dolphins as well. Good family activity. Even my parents enjoyed it.

It was our first time driving a boat like this ourselves but our guide took the time to make sure everyone knew exactly what to do and expect. We actually saw a LOT of dolphins! The ride along the creek was scenic and relaxing. Once out on the bay we had plenty of room to push my wave runner “skills” to the limit. Never felt rushed. Thrill ride bundles with a harbor tour. Awesome!

Becky and the captain were awesome! Very informative and very entertaining! We saw plenty of dolphins! Started right on time and ended right on time! Please check them out! They also get paid by tips so make sure you take some cash so you can leave them a little something for this awesome experience! Not required I just didnt know until I took the tour but luckily I had some cash on me.

We took the family on a dolphin spotting boat tour. One HHI did not disappoint. It was a comfortable boat ride into the sound. The crew was very knowledgeable about the animals. We came across several pods of dolphins during the course of the trip. And a single begging dolphin name Moochie. Fun!
