If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Kristie should not be cutting hair. Uneven and did not cut to the length I requested. Kristie did everything with little to no effort. And I payed 22 for someone with the skills of a baby to mess my hair up.

This is my second trip here, since their closure due to Covid. First trip went well. This trip was some of the worst customer service I have experienced. If you come here avoid Brooklyn. My experience with her went as follows. 15 minutes of complaining about her bank account getting hacked, followed by 10 minutes of repeatedly going over the same area with clippers, then another 15 minutes of complaining about her back, 5 minutes of cutting my hair... Then she asked if it was good, I asked for more off the top and her response was, Really dude? Yeah, really... It is not to my satisfaction, I am paying for this and cutting hair is your profession. Needless to say, if I happen to visit this site again, I will do everything in my power to be assured I will not get my haircut from her. Absolutely most unprofessional person I have met.

Came in after setting up an online apartment and signed in. Next up in 6 minutes great all set. Watched another gentlemen come in a few minutes behind me. Signs in and is slotted number 2. 5 minutes past and guy 2 is called up and my name is now deleted from the list entirely. Realizing there was a family that has been in there waiting for some time. Mentioning they have been there for awhile. Having a parent tell there kids they are next on the list and only a few minutes I’m not going to sit there and fight that battle. Shouldn’t had been in that situation in the first place if the stylist wouldn’t have skipped me and delete me off the list. Now I’m late and still in need of a haircut. Great experience! Won’t be back.

This is just a complaint not about this visit but about whatever happened at this location. The water leak that turned into months and months closed...then after reopening neither Max nor Mario are there as far as I can tell. They both were excellent. Whatever the reason they wiped the slate clean for, they have completely alienated their customer base. Am now going to a different sports clips with a great stylist...Debbie at GCTC.

I signed in and waited my turn. My name came up as “on deck” and the stylist took a person that came in ten minutes after me with no reservation. My name was then moved down to “in store” and I was put back in the queue. I certainly will not return!I sincerely believe that this was age discrimination as the stylist could easily see I was a $20 Senior as opposed to a $28 cut for the person who took my spot.

Waited for an hour with nobody in the shop for the lady to tell me she doesn’t know how to cut my hair how I asked. This is very unprofessional and mind numbing that you work at sports clips and do not know how to cut hair properly. Unbelievable and unacceptable. In quotes she stated, “You waited here for an hour for me to mess your haircut up?” If you cant cut hair then dont work there. Wasted my time.

Just moved down to Florida had the same barber for 10 years before hand this place really nice

I came here from out of state and both brok and the manager katy was very rude i had asked both id like a 2 blened into a 3 top scissors nope just chopped it up and had to go to another location so they can fix the mess up not ok they need more training thats for sure poor customer service

Terrible experience. My 15 year old son went in for the VIP cut and neck massage. Absolute joke. He said he wanted a trim but the stylist completely hacked and buzz clipped his hair away. She was also rude and unprofessional in her appearance. Will never go back.

I take my two boys here and they do a fantastic job! Super clean place, friendly and experinced stylists.

Waited a hour, the stylist ask how. Military, army not marine! She cut my hair in 10 to 12 minute. Then I had to trim some stragglers. Didnt ask about brows. But price, I just paid $23.00Not again

Price is a little high but you get what you paid for. I went there the day before a school dance to get a haircut because I had a date and felt my hair needed some work. Normally I would go to great clips but they don’t spend much time on it and I wanted it to look great. So I went hear and had Liz cut my hair since it was my first time I got the MVP for the same amount as a haircut which is $20. Liz was awesome and spent time on my hair. She made it perfect for me and that’s why I give it five stars. Great decor, service, price, and quality. 👍

He has the most beautiful color orange hair, why, why! Do you want to chop it all off? Im so angry. Im thankful we have a week before school pictures to maybe grow some hair back. Switched to this Sport Clips after having been butchered by another chain. Max is the BEST!!! Ive also had Tayler, and she did a pretty good job too. Great haircut, decent price and short wait time (unfortunately, there are no options for appointments or phone-ahead; first come, first serve). Heading there after work today...

Absolutely terrible customer service. I arrived there with my son today and we were told there was a 15 minute wait. That seemed reasonable so we took a seat. The wait turned into 30 minutes before my son was called for his haircut. No problem, people can make mistakes when estimating time. The big problem I had was that 5 other people were called before I was called. This didnt make any sense as I signed both of us in at the same time. I tried to complain to one of the Hair Stylists and was barely given a lukewarm apology.Never again. Ill will gladly pay a few dollars more for better customer service and a more professional barber.

Made an appointment online, said 0 wait time, walked in and stylist already took someone else. waited over 30min then she took off and i was sitting there waiting again, just walked out. Never again.

UPDATE:Max has been the best employee at Sport Clips and I have been going to this location for years. I have decided to stop coming here due to other employees screw ups in my appointment the last few times coming here. The last two times Ive come here I and also brought my 18 month old, Ive called the day before to find out what time Max comes in. I get there early and the check me in and tell me what time to come back. When I get back Max it cutting hair and Ive had over an hour wait with supposedly being set up as his 1st customer for the day. I cant do this any more with a small child so I have decided to go somewhere that has the scheduling figured out and I can get in with a 15-20 min wait. Sorry Max, was a great couple years but the other employees there suck.Max always nails fown a great haircut. Love the new online check in process.

Had my hair cut yesterday by Rachael. She butcher my hair. She cut one of my sideburns completely off and the other one too short. In my opinion she is not qualified to cut hair, she needs to go back to school. I am embarrassed to go out in public looking like this. A complete waste of money.

Ive had good experiences and some not so good. Ive been trying to reach on the phone over 8 times and the line is always busy.Be specific in what you want because Ive been scalped before.

I did not get my hairdressers name, but I was not happy with her. She was a blonde lady, about 40 years old and Hispanic if I had to guess. She never smiled or greeted me, and had a unpleasant attitude. In her defense I did change my haircut request, but I only asked for her to make it a little shorter, literally less than two minutes into the cut. The haircut was fast, she didnt seem to take much pride in her work. Anyways, I will not be going back

Ive been getting my hair cut here for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and Im always happy with my haircut, no matter who the stylist is. I would recommend checking in online or at least checking the wait time online because it can get quite busy at times.

MARIO WAS WONDERFUL IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO SPORTCLIPS I WASNT LOOKING FORWARD TO A HAIRCUT BECAUSE NOBODY CAN SEEM TO DO A SIMPLE FADE BUT MARIO DID IT IN MINUTES HE LISTENED AND DID WHAT I WANTED SO THANK YOU MARIO!!

These negative reviews are hilarious. I love this place, i walk out of there everytime looking damn fine better than my last cut. I dont go anywhere else, i used to cut my own but for a cut and tip $30, get a scalp massage, hot towel treatment and a shoulder massge, i will take it. I went there on a free coupon i got in the mail and i will continue going back. Couldnt ask for a better cut.

If youre a man, ALWAYS ask for Max. best hair cutter there is. He has the most experience out of all the other people there and is always opn poiint with his hair cuts.

Took my son for a haircut...the MVP. No hair wash, no massage or no stream towel. Said I like scissors cut not electric razor, still used the razor. One woman working there as I was trying to tell the stylist how he likes his hair she told me to move to the other side as people wouldnt be able to sign it. There was no one there to sign in, she was extremely rude in her tone & attitude.

I love this unique place for boys and men but I like it because of its fast service and excellent work. The very comfortable waiting room with air conditioning and television. The place is very masculine but there are stylists and barbers even massage to relax they have a wooow option
