I took my family of nine on this parasail adventure. It was absolutely fantastic! The captain and his first mate made us feel safe and gave us a wonderful experience. I would suggest this to anyone!! I was very hesitant about going up and had a great experience.

We did parasailing and jet ski rental. Both were incredibly fun. Awesome day of adventure on the water. Both outings were as smooth as can be. Highly recommend Sky Pirate if in Hilton Head.

Wilder was a great guide! We saw dolphins, a sea turtle and stingray.

My friend and I chose this place for our first time parasailing. They were so friendly and seemed very experienced and capable. They made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our experience immensely! I would absolutely recommend this company if parasailing is on your to-do list!

We had a great time and experience at sky pirates. We went jet skiing and saw a lot of dolphins! The owner is nice and efficient!! We had the best guide ever named Wilder Long he was a great tour guide and very professional! I would highly recommend this company and Wilder as a guide!

Had a very bad experience with this business. Showed up 15 minutes after the required time for a tour and was met by an inexperienced young team who could not help log us in and get us on a jet ski tour quick enough. They had to call the owner to try and remediate the situation and I was met with hostility and suppression instead of being accommodating or working with us for a solution I was told that our time to get us signed in and set up had passed and that I would have to pay again to receive services and we were told that we were unable to go. This very somber negative experience for all of us who had booked. Being a local resident in the area I was astounded by such rash unaccommodating service. I would recommend that any future customers carefully consider their options when booking a jet ski provider as there has to be others that would be more accommodating and friendlier to deal with. Hard to share the disappointment and frustration that was partially attributed to their own disorganization, and for this pleasure I was asked to pay twice. Customer beware if this is something you want to experience.

Parasailing and the boat ride was fun. Captain was cranky. Photo package is quite expensive for what you get. Hand your phone to someone on the boat with you and ask them to take photos and you do the same for them to save yourself the additional $35.

This is the second time Ive been parasailing here and my dad has been more times than me. Great experience, great crew, and a long line for amazing views while up in the air. (I think our captain said 800 ft.) Boat crew were very nice and well equipped. The woman who showed us from the dock to the boat was rude, but seeing as we only had to be around her for less than 15 minutes I thought it unfair to leave less than 5 stars because of one womans attitude.

We had a wonderful experience. Friendly service, felt very safe, stayed on schedule, good directions. This was our first time parasailing and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this company. We will be back!

My wife and I did this on our anniversary and loved it. The staff was fantastic and the experience was very relaxing.

What a disappointment. Ruined our day and the lady that is one of the owners is very rude and unaccommodating. Would recommend you find another option rather than let them ruin your day. Assume they thought that we were out of towners and stuck it to us real good. What goes around comes around.

Jet ski rental... Not a great experience.Paid 150 for 90 minutes. 1/2 hour driving to open water zone and half hour back.... Following their boat . Which kills most of the time. This was my first experience and it wasnt a good one. They didnt assist a capsize jet ski, they physically didnt help turn it back over. Everyone for themselves.They definitely need better organization . Its dangerous to capsize and thank God they werent hurt, look for a place more organized and that doesnt kill your 60 of 90 minutes that you paid for.

Horrible experience with Sky Pirate. For the love of god, do not book with them. The employees were very rude and tried to lie to us and manipulate the price of their activity. Because of their terrible attitude, they made us feel very uncomfortable and wary so we ended up canceling our reservation and booking with another company. I can’t believe how rude these people were.

Had a fantastic time celebrating our Lil Ones 13th Birthday and my Other Halfs Fathers Day. Crew was beyond efficient, weather awesome and the parasailing... AH-MAY-ZING! 🙌😎

I didnt think 10 minutes up would be worth it,it was ! Great people. The bigger the group, the longer you are out ! More than likely you will see dolphins.

Great time!! Had a fantastic experience at sky pirates to day. Capt. Doug and his assistant ( Monica I think, please forgive if Im wrong) were the best. My 10 year old was really nervous there patience and professionalism has him asking for more. Was also really good with my oldest that is hearing impaired. Thank you again for an awesome time!

We had a blast and the staff was very friendly. But due to “too much wind” my girlfriend and I could not ride together. They stated we “didn’t meet the weight requirements” for their gear. The weight limit on their website stated 500lbs. We were a lot lighter than that requirement and was very upsetting we could not do this together. If you are not under 150lbs each do not choose to ride with sky pirate.

This was my second time parasailing. I have to say this place was 10* better than the parasailing at myrtle beach. Outstanding sail experience, and the staff was super nice, and cautious with sailers. Let’s not forget to mention how amazing they take care of their gear!! Will definitely be going back next year!!🪂

This was my kids first time parasailing and I was pretty nervous for them but Doug and his team made them very confident that nothing would happen but them having a great time and they did. Safety is number one to them and we look forward to using them again.

It was my first time parasailing. I was quite surprised and enjoyed the experience. The assent was so smooth. Once you are up there, it was so serene and quiet. You could see pretty much the whole island. It felt a little bumpy similar to turbulence when the wind shifted. The descent was almost smooth with a little skimming of the surface. Of course, we got a little soaked and the water was super salty. Smooth landing on your feet thiugh. I would do it again with this company. The captain and assistant were professional and worked quickly and efficiently to get everyone ready with the harnesses and lifevests. Overall, a great experience. It was about 10 mins in the air.

Did the dolphin cruise with the fam. Had a good time. We saw a lot of dolphins and the land around HHI.

This was a sisters adventure for my sister and I and it was fabulous! Parasailing itself was an amazing experience by itself, but Capt. Doug and Lauren made it even more fun. They were professional, personable, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everyone had a great time!

Love Sky Pirate. 2 years ago my husband used them to propose to me and now we come back every year to remember that day. The owners are so nice. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and put our 11 year old granddaughter at ease. We will definitely use Sky Pirate again. The dolphins swimming among the boat slips was a bonus!

Had a great time. Only reason not 5/5 is the price but to thier credit I think they may be cheaper then most our there. Its still hard to swallow that price.All that said if you go do it with these guys. Great people great adventure. Good job guys.

The staff worked with our family to ensure my son who is on the small side was big enough to ride. They were very nice and helpful. We had a really great time!

I did not have a great experience. I paid for me and my daughter to go parasailing together for her birthday. I also paid for the picture package that was offered. The boat ride was nice, we even saw a dolphin. Everything was okay and went as expected until it was my daughters and my turn to parasail. The boat only held 12 customers. I had my wife and second daughter with me but they did not ride the boat with us or see us parasail because we were told that they only let people who are paying and going up on the boat because they only have room for the 12 paying customers. All the other customers had gotten to take their turns before us. We were down to what I thought was the last two groups. A woman with her teenage son, and me with my girl. I told my girl that I wanted to go last because we would have something to look forward to right up to the end. To my surprise I was told by the crew that me and my daughter were going up with the other ladies teenage son. The mother of the teenage son was not a paying customers and was still allowed to come on the boat, take the ride, and see her kid in action while my wife and youngest kid had to sit in the car and do nothing. In addition to being annoyed by that, we were forced to take our turn parasailing with a stranger. Everyone else who paid went up in groups of two with the people they were with. Family, couples, whatever. Now here I am with my baby on her birthday going parasailing in a group of three instead of two, with a kid we didn’t know. Seemed to make our time and her birthday less special. The teenage boy should have gone up alone if he had no partner. His mother should not have been allowed on the boat just like my wife wasn’t. Worst of all is the picture package I paid for. Every shot of my and my kid on the parasail has a kid in it we don’t know. So we have pics to show everyone of the “three of us” enjoying our family time. What a waste of money to pay for a picture package of you your daughter parasailing on her birthday and to have a stranger between you in every shot. They also did a poor job on the video they shoot us parasailing. I was sincerely disappointed.

Booked but couldn’t come as my wife got sick . Sky Pirate charged me 100 percents. Find another place. Highly not recommend

Really nice folks. Agreed to a private trip for our family. When it got canceled because of bad weather they were willing to reschedule for the Sunday even though they are off on Sundays.

Awsome, well worth it. Very friendly and the first mate she is one hot little number. I give her 10 stars. Had a blast.

We went parasailing and did the sunset cocktail tour. Had an amazing time!! We will be back.

This outdoor water sport is just plain awesome this will be my third parasailing we go every year and will be going back July 2nd 2016 being dipped in the water is just awesome its very safe the driver of the boat is very safe driver give you safety information before getting on board your life is in good hands....

Great experience overall! My grandparents wanted to check another item off their bucketlist and asked me to join them. We had a little difficulty finding the actual location for checkin initially. For one I didnt have my smart device with me so I didnt have access to google maps. Also their was a sign that said Aerial Adventures that was actually for a rope coarse. And of course no sign at all for the actual Sky Pirates Watersports. We did eventually find the yellow shack that was actually beige and we were greeted with a woman who was somewhat sarcastic and disrespectful. Once we got on the boat the older gentleman and a younger girl were very kind and atleast the older guy seemed to have a lot of experience on the water. We all had a great time and once we got back the secretary seemed to have cheered up and everything was ALL GOOD. I would recommend this business to friends and family.

The coolest thing our whole vacation!! Doug and Nicole were funny and very concerned about our safety.
