Beware!!!!!!They do not issue refunds! After the setup we received we just wanted our money back. We had a bike and tag-a-long delivered for our two young children. The bike chain guard was bent and the tag-a-long wheels were warped and rubbing the frame. It was almost impossible to pull. With so many bike rentals in Hilton Head, I would recommend going elsewhere.

They were very rude, called me fussed me out and hung up on me. Because of there drivers negligents. The manager was rude as well. They never took my situation in consideration. They talk to me as if I was nothing. I will never use them again. They acted as if they were helping me out or something. I have bikes at home and the kiddie carrier that is better. I will go to another place from now on.

Called Bubbas to try a 3-Day bike rental with a coupon. Phone attendant was pretty curt and borderline rude the whole time. As if he was doing me a favor renting me a bike....theres like 5 places to rent from, not like I cant just hang up and call another place.....some businesses just dont get it...never bothered to follow through renting from them.

We had booked a sweet and short vacation in Hilton Head - Bubbas made it even sweeter! Their prompt delivery of the bikes, accommodation for the tall riders in our family, and reasonable pricing made for a sweet ride! THANKS BUBBAS! 👍🏼
