We rented a 7 foot surfboard here for a couple of days in addition to our other board and it was fantastic. They added a block of wax along with the rental and were really kind and laid back. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Amazing! I took a lesson with my cousins after taking years off from surfing. It was a great refresher but what was even better is how fast they taught my cousins! We had so much fun. Not to mention Great customer service and making us feel comfortable on the surf board! Will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic experience - we will be back! Customer service was top notch. The friendly and helpful Staff fit us to the bikes, provided everything we needed, and got us on the road within minutes. Bikes were in new condition and freshly washed. Drop-off was simple and we were out of there in no time. Only regret is that we didnt spend time looking around the shop - it looks like they have a fantastic selection of goods.We will ONLY rent from Forest Beach Surf & Cycle on our future trips to HHI!

Very good place

The best prices on the island. The service was amazing. The bikes were clean and worked properly. I biked for eight hours and didn’t have a problem. I’ll always rent from the shop. The have about four different colors of bikes to choice from plus kids bikes and helmets. They provide you a lock to keep the bikes secure while you are touring the island.

I had a bike stolen last night and was accused of not locking my bike back up, I have been coming here for 30+ years and I have never had a bike stolen or been accused of not locking my bike up. I had not even left the building and they had already charged by card $250 to replace the bike after telling me they would give it 24 hours to be found. The owner and the manager are very rude and not at all understanding. If you want a bike rental do not go to them.

We come to Hilton Head every year and we always try different bike companies. Well not anymore. Forest Beach Surf and Cycle has won us over. Julia and Chris were extra helpful. Julia was super nice and quick to help. Chris even tightened up my nephews handle bars on his bike and the bike was not even from there. We will definitely use Forest Beach Cycles from here on out! First time to Hilton Head and renting bikes on vacation. Allie was especially helpful. Bikes were great. We had one bike handle breaking down and they replaced the whole bike the very next day with an even newer bike. Wonderful service and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Had the BEST time with my friends and family, all thanks to FBS&C! The bikes were top notch and their service was even better. They brought the bikes to us, with everything needed to use the bikes properly for the week. They also have a cool shop where you can purchase fun souvenirs! I definitely recommend using their services when visiting Hilton Head!

I contacted Forest Beach Surf & Cycle to see what options there were for our young family, and was amazed at the selection! They had everything from bikes to kid carriers, cargo carts to whee-hoos (a step between the kid carriers and tandem bikes that was perfect for our 2 year old) and were so knowledgeable about their products and gave great suggestions. We were set up for delivery on the day of our check in, and were surprised when the bikes had already arrived and were waiting for us at our rental! These guys provided great service and we will definitely be using them again on our next vacation!

Ryans a fantastic teacher- professional; patient; listens; motivates; local HH native, surfing since he was 3,very knowledgeable of surf conditions, tides, & sandbars; & is a master at making sure you catch any wave, even if conditions are glassy/ 0-1 ft! Five Star customer service. The staff are HHI locals and were super accommodating. Alli in particular, was so friendly and very sweet. The bikes are fabulous!! Great easy place to rent bikes. Choice of unisex or mens bikes. They are in good shape and ride well. We got them in September for $18 for three days. Staff are fast, friendly and helpful.

Very nice shop with nice people. You can rent a surfboard for $25 for a whole 24 hr. These are foam surfboard not wood ones. Which work just fine and theyre easier to carry.

Great staff with fun beach goods!

2 of the 8 bikes we rented were broken.My one friends bike chain fell off the bike and he was unable to ride it, within ten minutes of him having the bike. A few hours later my other friends bike pedal came off!There was only two staff members working and they were very rude and made it known they did not want to be at work.Pedals on hhi has much better customer service and bikes they do not break. If you want a working bike, do not go here

We rented 8 bikes for one day and two broke down.The bikes looked liked they were not maintained. Was not a fun experience.

Nicole was friendly and helpful. I did not find this to be true of most rental places. Their bikes were better too. Rented a SUP too.
