We rented four bicycles from this place with a goal of using for up to 24 hours (receipt said Island Cruisers Bike Rentals so not sure why a different name here on Google Maps but Im 100% certain this is the right location). The bikes from this business are in VERY poor condition - much worse than any other bikes we have ever rented so I would not recommend. There was a large inventory of bikes at the kiosk we rented from but notice they were almost all in an inoperable condition. The kiosk attendant did his best figuring out how to piece together four working bikes (from an inventory of maybe 60 or so bikes). Two didnt work during our practice rides but after about 20 minutes were able to find four bikes that worked. Little did we know one of the bikes had a bad chain/rear sprocket that kept coming off - but not until we were 3 miles into our ride to a local restaurant. We called the number on our receipt but got a lady in Michigan who could only offer to try and call someone else to see if they could deliver a replacement bike. However she admitted their bikes are in very bad shape so was recommending a newer bike at a higher daily rate. So were stranded trying to get to lunch with our family of four before the restaurant closed for lunch and Im being upsold and asked to wait for an undefined period of time on the side of the road while she tries to locate someone to help us locally. In the end, we had to walk the bike most of the way back as the chain kept coming off every time we fixed it. I requested a refund for the one bike but was only told the manager had to approve that and he was out sick. No recourse was provided and apparently there is only one person who can allow a refund. I never have heard back from the manager who was supposed to call us back. Just dont bother doing business here - really bad quality bikes...

Great price! Great service! They have several different kinds and sizes of bikes to choose from. They deliver and pick up the bikes, but we were lucky enough that they have a location right at the Island Beach and Tennis Resort where we are staying. They gave us tips on where to go, and gave us a bike map. Fast, and friendly. They couldnt make it any easier!

I’ve rented from them twice in the past and both times no problems and over all great service and good bikes. Price is excellent, maybe the best on the island. Will come back for a third time

Best prices by far. Crew is extremely helpful. Had 2 small issues and they handled both immediatly.

Very disappointed with the service here. Owner was extremely rude to my mother trying to reserve some bicycles. In a market with over a dozen bike rental companies on a small island service will separate the good from the bad. Send your business elsewhere.
