Great service! We were quickly outfitted with two bikes ... which were fun to ride while in the area! They even picked up the bikes at no extra cost!

The customer service was good but the bikes are in poor condition and need replacement/maintenance.

Good bikes but definitely worn, service at desk was great but TERRIBLE service when getting bikes, the 2 guys they had acted like we were bugging them, we actually had to ask the one guy to get up and help us, he just sat there while the other guy tried to help the 7 of us solo. Guess thats why they had tons of bikes and everyone else was out. Not that I had big expectations of them but a tiny bit of niceness goes a long way while a rude, dismissive attitude goes even farther.

I almost didnt call because of the review. I dont often leave reviews but Tracey answered the phone, took my request for two bikes to be delivered to a residence and the bikes were delivered in an hour. We didnt even have to be at the residence when they were delivered. Great service and very friendly. The bad reviews are older as you can see, evidently things have changed dramatically!

If I could give half a star I would. The lady at the front desk is very rude when we talked to her on the phone and when we dropped the bike off. We have been coming to Hilton head for 20 years and never rented from south beach and we never will again. If you rent bikes in sea pines make sure it’s at the other bike shop. The bikes are in better condition and the guy there is really nice and helpful.

So helpful and very competitive rates for bicycle rentals on the Sea Pines portion of HHI. Will visit them again when we come back for a longer stay.

They made everything super-easy, from renting to dropping off/picking up at our rental house.

Called to reserve chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Thier website says Well deliver. Well pick-up. I call and tell the employee that I am looking to rent chairs and umbrellas but before I could finish my sentence he says Well, we dont deliver chairs and umbrellas. We only deliver bikes.. I planned to order bikes too but didnt get that our before being interupted. Once I say that we are getting bikes too I give him the address of where we are staying. On thier website it says Coligny as one of their service areas. So, i give them the address and the uninformed employee says to their co-worker Do we deliver to Sea Side Villas?. Another employee gets on the phone and says Sir, we dont deliver to that area youll have to find another place to rent from. We are sold out of everything. Actually where we are staying is on the way to the area they say on their website that they will service!! Its closer to them than Caligney!!Very rude and pompous attitude and very uninformed. So you can imagine how they would treat you if you actually gave them your business.

Employees were nice and helpful.
