The new management deserves a 5 star review compared to the previous management a year ago. Here’s my most recent set:

This is hands down the best place Ive ever gotten nail services. This is my go-to place in the DMV. The services here are exceptional, amazing, great attention to detail, and excellent services by any of the highly professional staff. The nail spa is super clean and the ambience here is very soothing and relaxing. The salon clearly has high standards when it comes to hygiene. Also, the manager (Kandy) and her staff were courteous, friendly and super helpful. I could tell within the first few moments of walking into the salon and speaking with her that she and the other specialists at this spa really care about their clients. Fair pricing for amazing work, and a great list of services offered. Besides nail services, they also have hair services by Hannah. She is so personable and fun to work with too. I highly recommend this place!! Thanks Luxury Nails & Spa for a wonderful experience.

I always look forward to my three week nail appointment with Kandy. I have never had issues in the 4 years I have been going to her with any of my acrylic nails falling off, or polish chipping as I did in the past at other places. They offer a wide variety of nail services, and provide quality service from start to finish. They too have many colors, bling and designs to choose from. Highly recommended!

This was my second time here, I got a gel manicure, it looked very good but started to come off after 3 days.

When ever my cousin visits Virginia she gets her nails done. She is pretty happy. But it is definitely on the expensive sideI think the management changed..I got my waxing done..the lady burnt my underarms. Not professional at all. I dont suggest hair removal at all. It is on the expensive side. Not worth the money... I just go here cus its below my building.

Unfortunately they dont care about customer after charging me $100 dollar and i asked her to change the nail polish she told me 25 dollar extra charge to change it and i have to leave with ugly nail because she disnt care i like my nails or not .

Please dont ever waste your money here. They over charge you on purpose and then lie and say that they just changed the prices. Mind you they have all the prices listed, but they forgot to change it. Seems like all they care about is money, but lack the service that is worth spending the money. My nails barely lasted and the paint application was horrible..... I dont ever write reviews, but this place is so horrible, that I needed to others know to please do not go here. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. VIP Nails in Herndon is a lot better, the work is amazing, worth every penny spent, and does not lie about the prices.

Luxury nails is my latest place of business for nail service. It is clean and maintained and they provide great service. Although I prefer nail tech Jennifer, I have had great services from other staff whenever she was off. Jennifer is very detail and attentive. I am always searching ideas from pinterest which Jennifer does not mind doing. Jennifer is also creative and will suggest ideas for any occasion. Thank you luxury nails!!

This is my hands down favorite nail salon in the Herndon/Reston area. The spa is clean, comfortable and inviting. Jennifer is the best, she always does an immaculate job on my acrylic nails. Love this place!

Love this place! Been going here for years - they always have availability and are easy. I get the gel and my nails always look beautiful. The staff is great and quick. Pay for service by card and always tip in cash.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE RATING This spa isn’t worth a penny. They aren’t professionals at all. The staff definitely is not experience with Acrylics. I wasted my $50 bucks on my very special occasion, it was such a disaster, not only I tried telling them and conveying them that the look isn’t good, I tried persuading them. But all they did was ignore, they took almost 2hrs but couldn’t get the nails right. They are so inexperienced and so unprofessional. They started speaking and laughing in their own language. I felt so insulted, but I still had to pay them $50 - all I could do it not tip them, but I so seriously feel ILL-TREATED and UNDERVALUED. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place for anyone. It is waste of money; they are RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I suffer from anxiety is why I could not speak up and came back home crying. It was such a disasterous experience.

Visiting from Houston TX, we had a photo shoot in the area, and I needed a manicure, being from out of town, not familiar with local businesses, I walked past, stuck my head in the front door and I was impressed by the look and feel of this place, and decided to give them a try.. I dont usually write reviews but my experience with Luxury Nails & Spa deserves one. I just had my nails done by Jennifer. I arrived at 1pm for a 1pm appointment and was immediately welcomed, seated and offered refreshments. Jennifer took time to consult with me about color selection and recommended colors that better complemented my skin tone. She did an excellent job on my nails (SNS dip) and educated me about my nails and products throughout the service. It was my first visit but I will definitely be back! In fact, I already scheduled my next appointment! Luxury Nails & Spa is a must try!

My friends and I got our nails done here for prom. We both got acrylics, my friends acrylic broke literally the day after. And you have to buy both a manicure and a full set in order to actually look decent. If you just buy the acrylics they dont clean your cuticles or anything so the acrylic looks really messy. Plus they DO NOT trim the acrylics well, they are sticking and poking your skin and overall look really messy. I DO NOT recommend going to this nail salon, it is not worth your money.

The nail techs are not friendly and Jennifer is a rude b#%@h. The work is just okay depending on who is doing your nails. Often times one person starts and another person finishes. Go elsewhere. Nail salons are a dime a dozen with friendlier nail techs who do much better work.

It’s a nice facility, but I had a problem by my second visit. I was charged for a much higher spa pedicure, when I just wanted the standard service. I didn’t find out until checkout. Be sure not to point to anything on a menu, and ask a lot of questions, to avoid my experience. They refused to make it right, so I’m on the hunt for another salon.

I wanted to try something fun for a holiday party. They were super accommodating, and the end result was super cute!

Dropped in at 530pm to get my nails done, Jennifer did an awesome job on my nails, one of the friendliest and best nail techs Ive come across, Ill be coming back here again and again and again. Highly recommended. 5 stars all the way.

The pedicure was great but told me to come back for my fill cos they were closing....even though I was already inside and I told them I had to travel the next AM.

I generally dont do stuff like this, but my friend got me a gift certificate so I went in for a pedicure. The staff was friendly and they did a great job. Was a very relaxing visit. Although the poor lady didnt know what to do with my half grown back toe nail. The joys of being an ultra runner, youre missing 2+ nails at any given point. xD

Stopped in one night at 6:30 to get nails done, they said they were too busy to get me in before they closed at 8. They were servicing 3 people at the time. Told me to come back the next day.Came back the next day and had probably one of the worst manicures and pedicures I’ve had. Paid over 100 dollars for gel polish on my nails and toes, for it to only last 6 days. Felt the person who did them was just rushing through and didn’t pay attention at all to what I was requesting.Won’t ever go back and would not recommend.

Jennifer did a great job on my manicure! My SNS manicure lasted 4 weeks with zero issues! With Jennifer I have had them last 5 weeks before but I need a color change so they will come off soon.

The pampering you get from this place is excellent! Long massages, warm wax bath, etc for even the regular mani-pedi. The atmosphere is clean and fancy. 3 stars because the end product for my nail polish was pretty sub-par. I had my nails done for a photo shoot I have coming up but will be taking off the polish. It just looked SUPER uneven and thin.

Best nail salon in Herndon and beyond. Truely a luxury experience. I have been having Manicures and Pedicures all my life. This is really one of the best hidden gems. From the outside it might not seem like much, but once inside you will find exceptionally experienced and professional manicurists in a very nice atmosphere. I have had my nails and pedicures done by both Vicky and Kim and they were both so great. Fabulous massage, attention to details, great at removing callous, and I could go on. You owe it to yourself to check them out.

Went in for a pedi and mani the day before my trip to Miami.. ended up with an infection on my finger and toe.. tried to speak to the manager about it.. he was very defensive and rude to me.. never going there again and I wouldnt suggest anyone go there either.. looks can be deceiving..
