First time coming here & was extremely pleased! Kayla is wonderful and did a superb job on my nails. I have been to several salons in the area & have been constantly disappointed but this salon surpassed my expectations with quality service, fair pricing, & outstanding customer service! I am making this salon my new “home” :)

I just had a Dip Powder manicure from Kayla, and it was by far the best nail experience of my life. Kayla was so thorough with my cuticles and ensured that I was happy and comfortable every step of the way, paired along with extremely pleasant conversation. She was meticulous with the shape of my nails and even made sure that the color was exactly what I was looking for. Being new to the area, I have been searching for a phenomenal nail salon at the right price, and today I found it! I will definitely be returning for years to come.

GUYS DO IT!!!!! They are amazing.... I went for a fill with Kevin and my nails were not in good shape by any means... it was like $45 and they look perfect! Way better then the one I had on when I came in... he took his time and has insane attention to detail!

KEVIN!!!! Kevin, Kevin, Kevin. I swear by Kevin and his work. While everyone is nice, shoutout to Kayla for my amazing pedicure, Kevin is my go to man. He always is professional and KILLLLLS the shape on any acrylics I ask him to give me. I’ve been going to LA Nails for about 6 years now and am still pleased with my services. Also, Very COVID cautious. I watched as they wiped down stations after each client and more than adequately spaced everyone out.

I went in for the first time a day ago 45 minutes before they closed and Sonia was my tech. She did a pedicure and a gel mani for me. Although I was a later customer she did not rush through my service at all and she did a great job. On my gel manicure she also took her time and made sure it was the color I liked. Overall it was a great experience and I will look forward to her service again.

I waisted 80$, 2 hours of my life and had terrible pedicure 10 days during vacation. Spa Gel pedicure that was made by Sonia turned from white color to SPOTTY BROWN on second day while I was away from town for 10 day ! My NAILS CRACKED AND SHREDDED. I’ve been doing gel mani pedi for last 6 years and this was the worst outcome. My nails never cracked or shredded, that’s why I do gel !! But not here. Too bad my technician from different salon was on vacation and I decided to stop by another place which had good reviews on yelp. I selected spa pedicure which is 20$ more that regular gel pedicure ( 69$) and after it my skin started PEELING LIKE CRAZY. It’s disgusting and sorry you have to read this. When I was back I called salon to tell about situation( FYI there is no website or Facebook where I could send message or pictures) manager Kayla was mad and rude to me, she didn’t like criticism, and cut me off sayin they don’t do refunds, “come and we will see it first”. Oh no dear, I am never coming back to your place, and especially giving them to touch my nails.

I love this place, the people are so nice & they do an amazing job. Last time I went, I had Rose, & not only did she do a perfect job, she also ended up staying late to finish for me, no rush job to finish before closing. This time I had Sonia & she also did a perfect job, plus she fixed my nail that was 2/3 of the way broken off. I absolutely recommend this place!EDIT: I just went back because I broke my thumb nail again & Sonia stopped what she was doing to fix it PERFECTLY (picture) & she didn’t even charge me! These people are wonderful & do a phenomenal job. I’m now a regular.EDIT 2: I just went to get my nail fixed again except I got a new lady & she didn’t care about me at all & it DEFINITELY showed in her work. Been getting my nails done for years & this lady messed up on my ONE nail worse than I’ve ever seen. Lowering my rating accordingly. Only go for Sonia or Rose in my opinion.

New to the area and was reluctant to leave the salon that I had gone to for so long. I came across this salon in my search and am so happy I went in! I called right before closing on a Thursday night and was set up to see Kevin the next day. I was very nervous about going to a new salon but everyone was very friendly as soon as I walked in. I got lucky with getting Kevin for my appointment as my nails came out amazing! He took his time and made sure that I was genuinely happy with the shape and length of the tips before moving on. I also really appreciated how much time he took to prep my nails and cuticles before adding the tips and powder as Ive never had someone spend so much time on them! The color came out even nicer on the nails than I had imagined and Kayla took her time applying the color. Cant wait to go back!

Great spot! I’ve been coming here for about a year. I’m always very pleased with the results and I’m super picky. Had a leg wax, manicure, and pedicure today and all went very well. The staff all gets along well so the energy in the salon is good. Great pricing as well!

Ive been to 5 nail salons recently in the Reston/Herndon area and this one is my top choice for manicures. Bebe has done a beautiful job on my nails twice now - and the second time my thumbnail was badly broken and she fixed it so you couldnt tell at all.Two reasons Im giving 5 stars:1) the gel manicure isnt too thick, but still lasts without chipping2) pricing is very fair for Herndon/Reston areaI also want to point out that the second time I went I was given an appointment 30 minutes before closing - Bebe was so nice about everything and didnt rush or sacrifice quality or customer service to speed through the manicure, even with the salon emptying out. She stayed 30 minutes after closing to finish my nails.Im not recommending you go late because they will stay open (I felt awful) - but Ive been to other local salons that would take the appointment and rush through it with bad results.I definitely plan to keep going here.

Came here on a whim when I was visiting the area. Great service. Kayla was my technician and she really took her time and made sure my nails looked their best.

Very good. They are taking every precaution during COVID phase 1 reopening. Everyone is in masks, everything is sanitized, there are plastic divider screens between customer and technician suspended from the ceiling. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to see Kayla for a while and she’s wonderful! She does the best job of taking care of your natural nails and I love how she makes sure it’s perfect instead of trying to rush you out the door. She will come in early for you and stay late for her customers!

Beautiful job on my nails. Came in with no appointment and the only person who could do French ombré, Kevin came in just for me. Very happy with how they came out. The staff is very friendly, good atmosphere. Definitely coming back and recommend highly!

I love this nail salon (mostly because my favorite nail tech, Apple is so awesome🤗). I started coming here a couple months ago and now I wouldnt go anywhere else! Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, and Apple always does such a wonderful job on my nails. She specializes in natural nail care, gel manicures/dips and she also does the best nail designs.. if youre looking for a nice place with great prices and kind people this is the place to go. In the last two months Ive called and gotten right in with an appointment to get my nails done on my lunch break. They are quick and efficient and the staff has been friendly each time. While I have not gotten a pedicure recently I will say that they have newer chairs and equipment that looks good.

Other places do more for the same price. There were a bunch of ants on my tray and side of my seat. People were pleasant but they do the minimum for a higher than avg price in this area. I went because its close to home. I havent really found a great spot for a decent price.

This is the first nail salon I have gone to where the staff actually speaks to you. They were all very nice and patient. It’s definitely a place I would go to again. The girl doing my nails was giving me tips and tricks on how to keep my nails looking nice and healthy.

I never review nail salons but this one is amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, even when I had to wait for my pedicure. The spa pedicure is a great value and the massage is awesome. Some places just use a pumice stone on my feet and I leave with the calluses I came with but they made sure my feet were baby soft before I left. Thank you!!

My friend recommended me this salon. Saying it was the best. I was unsure about that but I went anyways. Surprisingly, this place is not bad and she was right for once. Services here is superb. Techs are friendly and theyll make sure youll comfortable before starting. Would ask if you have any requests and fulfill it. Very detailed work and the level of professionalism is very amazing! Definitely going to see me here again for sure!

Went to LA nail salon for the first time today. Quality of service provided was good. I got gel manicure and regular pedicure. The only down side was the sanitation part of the experience. When technician was doing my pedicure she used one of the electric machines to cut my cuticle. The head of that machine was clearly not cleaned prior touching my feet. Also technician did not spend enough time cutting my cuticles during the pedicure process. All the files and buffers used on my nails during manicure and pedicure process were not disposable which is not a sanitary clean process. Usually I go to a different salon where all instruments are well sanitized and technician opens new package of tools in front of the client. Also a lot of salons use disposable buffers and nail files now days. Overall good quality work, Mani and Pedi were done well. However until this salon will get disposable tools and use more sanitary process to disinfect their instruments, most likely I would not go back again.

First time here and Im more than happy with the results. I got Apple and shes super friendly and a great technician. I enjoyed sitting and talking to her, it was like catching up with an old friend. I would definitely recommend her!

My tech did a fabulous job on my spa manicure and even painted my 6-year-old daughters nails, but my sister kept being passed from the male owner to other techs, people were waiting while techs sat around chatting and one holding towels, it wasnt until she said she had to leave that someone came to help her. The male owner grabbed the wrong nail polish then when I questioned it he said it was right but an hour later after the other nail tech that he passed off to was finished it was clear as day that my toes and fingers didnt match. I wasnt happy but they were to busy and not clearly not organized that day to correct their error. Im new to the area and think after so many issues that I will try another nail salon.

My nails were looking rough and short when I went in to have them painted with gel polish. I’m really impressed that the guy that did my nails was able to make them look so good! I’ll definitely be going back!

I have unfortunately been to a lot of salons in the area and can speak from experience that this salon is extremely disorganized, unhygienic and lazy. The only reason they have earned two stars is Ive yet to contract and illness and my nails arent completely crooked. The customer service was beyond sub par. I came in for a fill, and ended up needing a soak off and new set. After a lot of confusion I was finally set up for a soak off where I was simply left in a bowl while they moved on to the next. I watched them hurriedly rush through everyone in the entire hour and a half I was there. Long after my nails had dissolved off I was still sitting only to be passed around a few more times before I even got a new set. They didnt listen to the design request, which was simple, and I do not feel I got my monies worth. They earned a star because I came in as a walk in and was at least treated with some dignity.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well they take care of their customers. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are super accommodating. Great pricing too!

I’ve been going to Rose for a little over a year and she does amazing work. When I first started going here I was transitioning from acrylic to natural nails, Rose has bought my nails back to life. My natural nails are stronger than ever and grow at rapid speed. She’s always professional and punctual! Every two weeks I’m in Rose’s chair getting my gel mani and pedi.

Great place! Prices are reasonable and the massage chairs are fantastic! Plus I got a heating pad for my neck. I will be coming back.

I absolutely love this salon. I love all of the techs, every single tech Ive had has been amazing. I made the worst mistake by going to a different salon down the street (she ruined my nails) came here the next day to have my nails fixed and they do just that. They fixed my nails like brand new. I will never go to another salon again.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get SNS with tips. The tech I was paired with at first didnt know how to even put on the tips. So, I was moved to go to another tech who put on the tips but did so crockedly and then as she asked how long I wanted them I told her pretty long. She then said I couldnt do the color I picked out and told me to do another color. I wanted red and she gave me orange. She also told me I need to go with yet another tech because she couldnt do the SNS. I ended up having her take off the fake nails so I could leave and go somewhere else that could comply to my request. Very annoyed and displeased I wasted my time here.

Clean, cheerful and amazing color choices!! Just found my weekly spot. Great hours and great service. The whole team goes above and beyond without you even having to ask for anything. I truly felt relaxed and enjoyed every moment!

I love LA Nails, good service, good environment, nice looking decoration. I come to do everything here from full set, manicure, and pedicure. I like the massage chairs the most, every time I sit on it, it runs smooth and make me feel very comfortable. The staffs are professional, they do their job fast but carefully, and they can talk to me while doing my nails without messing it up, really professional. I never feel disappointed after each time I come here to get whatever service. One thing that I want here is they should have a calm, relaxation music so that will be perfect. This place is strongly recommended.

I hAve been going to these people for over 15 years and was always satisfied. Last week I went they gave me to someone new I didnt realize until after my manicure. It is terrible I wanted rounded what I have is nails all different some slanting some square. The polish only lasted a day. So now I will never go back seems as they grew it got bad

I felt extremely rushed. Im not one that normally gets my nails done especially since I have had some bad experiences with products and skills. I ended up getting something simple because I felt like I was wasting the girls time because I wasnt sure what exactly I wanted, which as a paying customer i should be given time to decide on what i want. The technician kept talking but not loud enough for me to hear or understand her but had an attitude for me confusingly saying what. I wanted a design but after seeing my friends face and disappointment I gave up on that. Definitely would not be back.

Worst Pedicure I have ever had . My friend and I went to LA Nails because they had good reviews but worst place ever . The old lady who did my pedicure was the worst . She barely touched my toes and my toes are not bad . She kept yanking on my feet . She barely cut my cuticles. She gave me maybe a 30 second massage . I asked for a design also . As soon as she started I knew it was going to be awful . I asked for a flower and got some blobs of paint . Then her brush wasn’t working . Her excuse was it was broken . I. It’s broken why are you using it . In the end I just told her to remove the design, I will never be comí g back to LA Nails . They are so harsh

Ive been searching for a great salon since I moved to the state in September..at a point in time I had three full sets within three weeks because I was so unhappy with the services elsewhere. Finally!! Their salon is nice and their services are like no other! I like having long nails (claws☺) so I described my preferences (narrow, slight coffin, curved, not thin) and he did exactly that. If youre into the newest about nails, then u know the struggle of finding an affordable salon that will actually do it like ur MUAs nails on IG. On top of that, theyre a very humble, caring, polite, customer service oriented staff. Kevin was so gentle and always making sure Im happy with his work. Tell him I referred you. Youll thank me later if u try them out!

Nails are done with care. Last longer than the recommended 2 weeks for a fill, but the friendly service makes me go back.

What a mess today! I decided to go to get my nails done during the week to avoid a lot of traffic at the salon. I get there and was told that the lady that does designs on the nails only works weekends and I was welcome to come back.....unfortunately I cant come back. The entire time I was getting a mani/pedi the lady was on her phone. Its extremely rude and unprofessional.I stated what I wanted on the phone as well as when I got there. Ever 2 seconds she was trying to up sell me something else. I wouldnt normally mind, bc I am also in sales. I explained to her that they were likely going to be losing a client. She said nothing and didnt ask any of the other associates if they could satisfy my needs. I left unhappy and frustrated.

I received a pedicure on Saturday 11th, a few days later my big toes was feeling a bit funny like it was about to fall off. Went to the doctor the clip it off and I had a fungus infection. They had to take the whole toenail off. This was my first time going to this shop.. **will post picture**

Im pissed at all of you who gave this 5 stars. just got the ugliest fill of my life here, and ive had some ugly ones. my nails arent even the same length and the ends are wider than the widest part of my nail. i look like someone chopped off the ends of my fingers :-) literally will never come back here, im in the parking lot typing this furiously. oh and the cherry on top is the lady essentially forced me to go to 7 eleven to get cash to tip her. didnt even give me the option of using my card, which was horribly tacky and annoying considering the tragedy she bestowed upon my nails.

I use to go here for a specific technician but then he moved and I was told he was on vacation. Management has recently changed so not sure what its like now. Staff was pretty friendly but there are 2 or 3 technicians that did a horrible job on pedi and full set. Prices are reasonable.

The bad place that i ever visited. The spanish lady who made my nails is very bad worker. She did bad and very quicly for me. My nails look bad and ugly. Really i am regreat that i went there. I advise you dont go, if you go to AL you will lose you meony.
