Love all the ladies who do nails here. I can be a bit picky but honestly they are all good and very Covid-19 Conscience. Ive been getting my nails done here for about 2 yrs, Wish I found them sooner!!

They do a decent job. The service dropped from my first time. First time, I got a little massage, a little conversation, and very detailed work. Maybe because she was trying to see if I was new to the area or if it would be a one time visit. Second time, i got shuffled around to different technicians for them to service someone else that had just walked through the door. The technician kept giving me the irritated look while doing my nails. Needless to say, the tip reflected their work the last time.I do like that the shop is clean. They use foot tub covers that gives the impression that they are more sanitized. The shop also doesnt smell like a bunch of fumes. Maybe because the clientele for the area isnt getting full sets.

They offer a spa treatment in a strip mall. Great gal nails and amazing pedicure!

Very polite and gentle with my hands. The only problem was the debit card reader wasnt working and they didnt tell you about it until it was time to pay. They asked me to leave my debit card number with them and I told them no that I will come in the next day to pay. One lady in there acted like that was a problem.2/22/2018: Went in to pay what I owed, and they told me I owed more than what I did the day before. I will not be back.

Very nice and cozy place. it seems to be recently opened. everything in here looks new. really like it that they use all natural products Nu Skin. Helen did a good jobs on my nails. looks and feels beautiful and healthy...

First of all they took way too long and I was charged a $7 fee. All I did was a acrylic refill with gel polish. Dont waste your time there

I was impressed by many different gel colors or regular color. The pedicure was good. After my nail technician was done, I moved to a manicure station and another different staff shaped my almond nails very well. The gel polish was apply very nice and evenly.

The staff was very curtious and friendly, the poor quality of their products however, was astonishing. Within 24 hours, my polish was completely separating from my nails! My French Manicure was completely destroyed within 3 days. My pedicure lasted a bit longer, but not by much.

Great people that do quality work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The cost is about they same as any other mail salon, but the quality of your service is better. They also have a loyalty program that rewards you with store credit, so the more you go the more likely you are to earn money off a visit.

Great service everyone was so nice and the man at the front hunted down a phone charger for me from another store . Talk about going above and beyond. The technicians did an awesome job on my nails and designed them better than Ive ever had before and knew exactly how I wanted it !

Every person on the staff is super friendly and open to any preference or criticism concerning your nails and therefore Ive had great manicure and pedicures every time.

I have been to Pinky Nails in Franklin Farm 4 times, and have only had one good experience there. The first 2 times, I got gel manicures and they began chipping within one day. The 3rd time I went, I had a good experience with just a polish change, which lasted quite a while. The last time I was there was 6 months ago, and this was my worst experience. I decided to try another gel manicure even though in the past they werent great. When the woman began my manicure, she ripped and damaged my nail beds. It is normal for them to fix up the nail bed area during a manicure, but this was actually damaging my nails. At the time, I figured the woman knew what she was doing and my nail beds would quickly grow back, so I let her continue- this was a mistake. By the time she finished, my nails looked unhealthy and extremely torn-up. She then decided to charge me $10 extra for my manicure because she had to remove my previous (non-gel) nail polish at the beginning of my manicure. Basically, she charged me for a polish change AND gel manicure (correct me if Im wrong, but i believe removing old nail polish is part of a manicure). When I told her that I only asked for a gel manicure and not polish change, she began to get very defensive and angry. I did not want to make a scene, so I just decided to pay the extra $10. It has been 6 months since my nail beds were damaged by this woman, and they still have not recovered. Needless to say, I am very displeased with this shop and will not be returning.

Do not go here!!! she made me bleed and it took 2 hours for acrylics!

Worst experience ever! I have gel nails and use liquid gel when I get a fill. The lady stated on my nails and then stopped because she can only use powder gel. The place has a funny smell and they act like they didn’t want to service me. Never ever ever again!
