Nail Techs are so kind. They always remember me and do an amazing job for a great price. This is the only nail salon I will go to. Also, they always have on HGTV (home improvement) on the TV and I love it.

I had a very good experience at this salon. Great spot to visit right by Dulles airport if you need to fix your nails before or after a flight. They were able to make an appointment the same day. They were kind and courteous when I walked in. I also felt the environment was very clean with a thick plexiglass barrier between me and the nail technician. I would definitely recommend them for SNS polish. The nail tech also gave a good hand massage at the end. It was $45. I never like paying more than $45 for dip. If I lived closer I would definitely go again.

I had my Brazilian wax for the first time from this place. I am not satisfied from the service. The lady missed one big patch of hair saying that the hairs are small but it was as long as others. She said if I remove this you will feel pain. I know already wax always does pain. It was not making sense. The hair she removed it was not clean as it should be. Spending alot of money and the result is not good. Not recommend this place for Brazilian wax.

I went and had a fantastic pedicure today. I loved every minute of it. The scrubbing, wax on feet, gel and the massage chairs were relaxing and fun. My feet came out beautiful. Loved their service so much I continued and Lee gave me a facial removing my milia and black heads. Lee went above and beyond. Then I got my waxing.Thank you 7 nails I will be back!!!!

I loved the services they offered and the pricing. The foot spa was very relaxing and just what I needed to feel rejuvenated. Im definitely making this place my regular location. The nail technician I had was Lisa.

Honestly I went in here initially really pleased with how friendly the staff was and how cheerful they were but as it went on it became clear that no one was actually listening to our requests and it went downhill really fast.My best friend and I wanted our nails done for my brother’s wedding. We’re both from out of town although my friend has lived in DC before years ago. We both mentioned our wedding plans and asked them to make sure my nails looked really presentable since I was the groom’s sister. I wanted to try the dipping powder system while my friend wanted acrylic nails. While the color I picked came out nicely for my manicure, my nails just looked really uneven instead of being uniform. I also asked if there was something they could do for for one of my nails that had been badly chipped. I think she smiled and said something generic and I didn’t know how to push when I don’t even think my tech was listening. Like I would say something and she would repeatedly say how pretty the color would look. Like I get that but can we talk about my chipped nail or how to fix it?I think my friend had it worse though because her face just showed how unhappy she was with the color and technique. Her pedicure was terrible. The tech aggravated her skin so much she was bleeding. When we asked for a bandaid the tech honestly told us she didn’t have one? How do you not have a bandaid? I felt like they were trying to have us not ask too much questions like they didn’t want to address any mistakes.Look mistakes happen, sometimes you don’t get the service you want. But you need one person on staff that can talk to your customers and just address their concerns. Even a simple I’m sorry this happened, we’ll do better would go a long way. We just left super disappointed in our nails and had to drop by CVS so she could get something for her bleeding toe.

7 Nails & Spa is my go to place. I live in Reston, so it is relatively close, but there are closer places to my home that I have tried and did not prefer. My go-to girl is Vicky. She always keeps my nails looking great. If I dont like a color, she doesnt mind starting over and helping me find the right color! Lee is my other go-to. She does amazing eyelash extensions, as well as a great job on nails! I have been with a few other girls and they are great, too! I have never had a bad experience at this salon. Call to make a reservation because it is easier than just doing a walk in. However, if you do walk-in, there is a Starbucks and Chipotle you can hit up while waiting.

It was my 1st time here . I got Spa Pedicure for 42$ and what I was received was amazing. Staff are friendly and environment is so peaceful and great. I will definitely return for other services as well as spa pedicure 🤗

This place is the BOMB.Com I go here faithfully every 2 weeks ask for Michelle when you come in although every employee is very good Michelle is very passionate at her skill the place is very clean and a quiet place for all you moms and dads to get a little R&R while you treat yourself to your mani/pedi I highly recommend this nail salon !!!!

Overall a positive experience, I expect these kinds of places to be busy and sometimes it’s hard to get someone to pay attention and just get you started but it wasn’t too bad for me. Waited maybe 30 minutes total, before someone got me started.They were very gentle and took their time to not cut my poor baby cuticles which I appreciate despite how obviously busy they were. I’d definitely consider going back for another simple gel, fairly priced $30 for the base service (remember to tip people!!)

Walked in for eyebrow wax and pedicure. Took me right away and did a very thorough, lovely job on my eyebrows and on the pedicure. Will definitely be back!Edit: my gel pedicure lasted a MONTH with zero chips! I went back and got another gel pedicure and my experience was just as good. Will keep coming back.

Professional and good customer service

I finally have a go-to nail salon that Im happy with! My nail tech Lisa was amazing!!! I came in for a coffin shape acrylic set with gel polish and showed her a picture to go off of. She did exactly what I wanted and better, she was nice to talk to and would educate and show me what she was doing and why. I left it all up to her and she did amazing! I loved that she took her time, went back to fix shaping and payed attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back

Tooo expensive not worth it. I got a regular gel acrylic manicure and they charged me $65.$65 is the price for obre and dipping powder not gel. From my personal experience gel is usually $40-45. Will not be going back.

I had a girls night with my friend, and they had immediate openings which was amazing. All staff on hand. They are all very nice and polite. I moved out of the area, and when coming back it felt like I was on Cheers lol. They remembered me, even after 2 years. They addressed my concerns, and gave me lots of suggestions. Nina was amazing and was very patient with me. They all make sure you leave with a smile, and are satisfied with their work. They take their time, and really listen to you. I moved here 5 years ago from NY. I was so pleased to find a nail salon that is friendly and inviting. I’ve been to other nail salons and none have compared. My nail tech is Michelle, though they are all good at their craft. Cindy is the sweetest and great for getting manicures and pedicures. Vicki and Tatiana are great techs too. An added bonus is they are not over priced. I’ve done manicures, pedicures, gel, dipping powder, fill-ins and acrylic. If I ever move from the area, I would definitely travel for their service.

I dont know how this place doesnt have 5 stars on here! These girls are amazing. And the prices were reasonable. I had the best pedicure and facial ever. They are professional, and they know their stuff. For pedi they took their time and didntnt miss a single detail. And she actually massaged my legs and it felt amazing. For the facial Lee did some extraction for me and she was excellent. My face is clear and so so soft. This will be my go to place whenever I am in the area.

This place is amazing. Lee is the owner and the sweetest lady. My regular nail tech was Rita and she is fire. Lee is the queen of waxing! I cant find another place like it since moving to Florida

Terrible experience all the way around. $45 for a pedicure that lasted 30 mins. The nail tech rushed through the pedicure leaving dead skin on my feet. Don’t waste your time here. They also try and up sell you like you’re at a cheesy car dealership. That’s the first and LAST time I’ll be going there.

I used to love 7 nails and spa, but this past time I went was horrible. I was asking for help with a color for about ten minutes and no one came to help. After my nails were done terribly, I was then shown a color that matched what I was asking for perfectly. Additionally, I got my eyebrows waxed and after I asked to have the strays plucked, when I left the salon I was able to see every stray still. Will not be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would.

Lee is an incredible owner here. I have been a customer from Feb 2016. They are all so friendly and accommodating. Cristy is my favorite for a gel-spa pedicure and manicure.

This place is amazing! I came here for the first time during Christmas 2018 and was a little skeptical because of previous bad experiences but my nail tech won my heart immediately with her humbleness and very sincere comments. Im so happy I finally found the nail place I can call home and Im never going anywhere else! They are extremely sanitary and the spa pedis are my favorite!

Absolutely loved my experience! I’ve been coming here for two year and everyone is really nice! I’m my opinion the women are better than the men especially Lee and Fiona. Can’t go wrong here. They also have fixed a broken nail for no charge in between services.I love it here.

Cindy is my girl! It takes ridiculously long for a service and even if I make an appointment I still have to wait atleast 15 minutes to make sure I get Cindy, but she is the best technician I’ve ever had. It’s also a decent price for the great quality.

Less than a 10 minute wait for a busy Wednesday evening. The technician nicked my toe, leaving it inflamed and sensitive the next day. She also dropped her towel in the floor, and put it back on her lap even when I requested that she get a clean one. She also continuously got up to assist other clients.For the most part they did a good job on my pedicure, but due to getting nicked I wouldn’t go back.

Very very friendly employees! Love their positive attitude! I was their last customer of the day, and did a great job on my nails they took their time to do a great job. All the ladies are very talkative and don’t make you feel uncomfortable.

I was greeted rather quickly upon arrival. However, I was very concerned with the cleanliness of the tools. Everything looked rough for wear. The black files were covered in white nail dust, nail polish, and were dull. It almost makes me wonder if the sterilized tools they have were even properly cleaned. It’s like you’re asking to get a fungal infection.

Everyone here at the nail salon is Great. Peter he is my #1friendly and so helpful when I cant decide on what color I would like. But when I have a nail emergency like TODAY Vicky is your lady to go to as well... But Im sure they all are Great!

I do my manicure and pedicure regularly and this place is fantastic. Ive been there three times so far and they are always nice. Peter does extremely good job!

Honestly I had really high hopes based on the reviews. This place had 4 1/2 stars... first off I paid for a regular pedi which is supposed to take 30 min, it took may half that, he didnt file mu nails good, my feet didnt soak long before he started cleaning my cuticles, and he didnt scrub my feet. The polish on my toes looks uneven like did it myself. My hands werent better, he didnt soak my fingers before he started trying to remove cuticles, he nicked me and my finger bled the rest of the time, the polish is aging uneven. The store its self is a bit old and could use an upgrade. Most importantly it needs to be cleaned. I dropped my purse on the floor after my nails were done and it was filthy. They have not swept the floor in probably a month. Its one thing to go in at the end of the day on a sat or sun but 2 hours after opening on a weekday, the floor should not be that dirty. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

I love going here i pay more but i am please with their services and that why paying more great sometime for a piece of mind.

Can get very busy for a small shop. Little pricey for a generic pedicure, but results were nice. However, a several days after, the bottom of my feet were worse off before the pedicure -- Might be the products they use.

They are so great!! My friend and I go often. They are hidden behind the Chipotle... make sure you go. I get my nails cut super short and they are always so nice about it, and they look fantastic.

If you’re black don’t waste your time going here. I called a little after 10am and asked if I could be waited on as soon as I got there. I was 1 mile away and told the person answering the phone this. The lady said that was fine and she’d see me in 15 minuets. I went straight there. They were all busy, which I understand because it’s a Friday. So I waited. Probably less than 15 minutes later a technician told me she’d wait on me and directed me to her spot. So I sit down and she’s still getting herself together. After a minute or so she tells me someone else can wait on me soon. Seems she wanted to do something else. Not sure what, because I didn’t see who or why she changed. I think she noticed my face and then said, ok she’d wait on me. I told her it was ok and left.

Everyone here is AWESOME!I go to Ethan, specifically. He’s great at everything. I go to him for pedis, manis, and all different types of nail shapes for acrylics!!

I got a basic mani a week ago and its still perfect! The staff is always very welcoming and fun, and they are very good at what they do.

My friend had suggested this place to me after she went there a few times. We went yesterday and both got gel mani pedis. I have never been happier with a nail salon experience. Their technique and attention to detail ensures that your polish will last. On a side note suggestion as once being a tipped employee in the service industry...please tip your nail technician, their time and hard work is well deserving of it.

Got a full set gel nail. one week later my nail started to separate from the the overlay fill. Now everything is getting stuck in between my nail and the fill. My nails are lumpy and not smooth. I dont have time to go back and get this fixed. the nail tech was nice but the quality not so much.

This place is absolutely disgusting. They do a terrible job and overcharge. They told us one price and charged us a lot more than what they quoted. They said it was for the special little things they used when it was all normal tools required for a mani and pedi. I would never recommend going to this place ever.

This is my first time in 7 Nails at 9/16/19I come in for spa manicure which it say $24 but she say gel, I say how much she say $30 ok when I finish she say it’s $40 it went up by $10 after I finish. I got very angry and decided never to go back.You can have the $10 but you loose me as costumer.

I just got my nails done on Thursday and on top of the man hurting me and being rough two of my nails broke ALREADY! Never have I had this issue in the worst of nail salons. I noticed everyone in there asked for a certain female tech. If I ever, which I highly doubt, go back Ill go for her only!!!
