I was referred by the owner who is a patient and she was correct that everyone is trained with experience to make it as comfortable as possible. I was treated very kindly when I entered at check-in and check-out. The waxing had its moments of discomfort but wasnt as painful as Ive had in the past. I had underarms and deep bikini done which is just under a full Brazilian. She made me feel as comfortable as can be with having my vagina on full display and pulling strips of hair off so that something to be said. I never felt embarrassed and she talked to keep me distracted. Great Job!

Kirsty has been at this location for seven and a half years and she made the wax an incredibly comfortable experience! That being said, I understand it is professional to ask for matching ID to the credit card utilized for the transaction. My boyfriend bought me this wax at which point Shauna made things very awkward when I only had my ID to present. This cant be the first time a boyfriend has bought his girlfriend a wax, so they should have a more professional way of dealing with gifted waxes!

I went to the Henderson location. The decor is chic and everything is clean. I loved the grapeseed oil Robyn gave me along with their serum that helps prevent ingrown hairs. A Brazilian is never exciting to get but she made my experience great and spoke and laughed with me the entire time. 100% recommended. Go see Robyn!
