Worked on the second floor. There are phone booths but were near upstairs construction and bathrooms so you could hear the noise. Lots of public seating as well. Location is easy to find and convenient.WiFi was pretty fast and worked fine for video calls.Friendly community manager. Would go again, perhaps trying the other floor if it’s available

If you love bringing you pet to your office you will like the yard. High paw

The place is ok. The design looks a bit cheap. But maybe that is just my personal feeling.

Great Staff And friendly environment

Its been a rollercoaster. I started out in love with the space. Its modern, clean, quiet, and in a great location. That opinion changed when I moved to a different suite on a different floor in the same building. The main floor is very loud and often a mess. There have been ongoing maintenance issues that seem to pop up regularly, including an AC outage in July that kept my office between 80 and 90 degrees every day of the month. The only way I was able to resolve this was being lucky enough to have been waitlisted to another unit back on my original floor. Management offered no resolution to the AC issue, except for an apology. No discount, nothing. Its really unfortunate.

Ideally located offices near Columbus circle. Love the layout and feel of the space. Staff has been very responsive and helpful.
