McKenzie did my very first back facial today and it was amazing!! she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything well, it was super relaxing, it’s hard for me to get relaxed but i was sleep with in the first 10 mins of my appointment. definitely recommend, my skin feels great!

Cassandra is the best! I go to her every time i have an intricate nail design and she blows me away every time! She is so creative and talented.

I went to Tamara after already having my eyebrows tattood. I wanted to fix the shape mainly and give it a more natural look. First off her personality is amazing. Made me feel like a friend and not just a client. Her salon is amazing. You can tell she takes great pride in what she does. Ill just let the photos speak for themself as far as how amazing she did.

This place was so disappointing the owner by the name of Carol did my hair she was supposed to do highlights but then she put a toner on my hair washed it out made it look gray and she gave me a trim she cut my hair blunt she did no texturizing and she made me believe that it looked great 234 for a service like that I dont think the lady ever went to beauty school for anything dont ever go here I had to go to fantastic sams and I paid $14 they gave me a great haircut they texturized my hair they got rid of the shelf that she made because she just cut it blunt and they just told me to leave my hair alone and let it rest from the damage that she called from the toner that turned my hair gray and Smokey what a day

A little late on the review but I visited this salon roughly 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and manicure. I love a pedicure/manicure as much as anyone but I have a hard time going in being a male (not 100% sure why not macho maybe? Dudes amirite!?) Anyway, my nail tech was the greatest! She made me feel right at home and as comfortable as ever. Great customer service from start to finish and did an amazing job! I would 1000% recommend going to The Mirror Mirror Salon and ask for Shannon! I work 10 hour days on concrete and after the pedicure I felt like I was walking on clouds! The salon had a nice, relaxing and clean atmosphere and everyone that I interacted with was super friendly. Again, go see Shannon for your pedicure and manicure needs, you wont regret it!

I am posting this review on my wife’s behalf.She and her mother recently received a hair cut from an individual named Teri. They both are extremely dissatisfied with the butchering their hair received. Teri had told them that the fact that her arm was in a cast was not gonna be a big deal, then once the hair cut started proceeded to tell them just how injured her arm was. Both hair cuts were rushed and came out more choppy than their DIY quarantine haircuts they came to fix in the first place. Teri is clearly not in the condition to be giving hair cuts and should stop lying about it. Now I personally have to pay out of pocket for a real professional to fix my wife’s hair on top of paying Teri.

I would definitely recommend going to A-Rae for color. She did an amazing job on my hair! She is so funny and I love her personality. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Right off the 215. Set up is really nice inside. Everyone is friendly and ready to make you look and feel 100%Dezarae has been coloring my hair for a few years now. She makes my blonde look perfect every time I come in. I have thin hair that is prone to breaking and frying. She is like the blonde whisperer. I don’t live in the area anymore but I still travel to her, she’s that worth it!!

I took my mom in for an emergency day of beauty and Tammy (cut and styled my mom) and Jaryna (color, cut & style for me) made us feel like a million bucks!! Its been 2 years and many bad haircuts but I FINALLY found someone who understands my hair!! Jaryna is an amazing colorist and a magician with scissors. Tammy is so friendly and fun! The salon is beautiful, spacious, clean and very welcoming. I cant thank you ladies enough. Such a great experience, well definitely be back to see the stylists at Mirror Mirror soon. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

I was ecstatic to have FINALLY found (after actively researching for 3 months) a salon in Vegas where I would get a decent pedicure at a reasonable price. But honestly, that’s a huge understatement!! At this salon, you will get the BEST pedicure in Vegas by a very talented, friendly staff. There’s a variety of pedicure services, so just pick what’s in your budget. Very reasonably priced. (Actually it’s a bargain at ANY price for the quality of work they do!) I love all their employees and have never been disappointed. I moved to AZ 2 years ago, but visit Vegas regularly and continue to book with Ciara for my Princess Pedicure. No joke - you MUST give them a try!!

I had my hair done like a week ago and still I can’t go in the pool because all the black that was supposed to be in my hair keep washing out and anytime I run my hand through my hair my hand turns black. I paid 138 for an awful experience that I’m still going through a week later

I don’t usually do this but this place has more then just one issue. When I first walked in I could tell they were very unorganized and unprofessional. This most likely is the reason they could not find my appointment info. However, the rude and snarky women at the desk, who was no help at all was the last straw for me. They definitely lost me as a customer that day and any day in the future. Thank god there are so many other options in the area!

The absolute best salon in town! Its spotless and everyone there treats you like family. They have many colors to pick from with both regular and gel polish. The nail techs are very talented and can do incredible works of art! I recommend it to all of my friends and family in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. Im even taking my bridal party to the salon the day before my wedding to get their nails done and will be getting my wedding hair and makeup done there too.

I moved to Henderson 2 months ago and was in search of a great salon for nails/hair. I happen to be very picky and was very lucky to find Mirror Mirror! Cleanliness is a top priority here and the upscale products they use are great. One of my favorites is the pumpkin masque pedicure (thank you Tami). I love my new haircut/color (thank you Janice). I will be using it for all my needs.

The first time I visited this salon, I didn’t have the best experience and I didn’t plan on returning. However, after my regular stylist retired and I was in desperate need of a trim, I decided to try this place again but with a different stylist than the first time. I’m so glad I did! Alix was absolutely amazing, she cut my hair perfectly and gave me a great style. She was also incredibly sweet and fun to talk with. I will definitely be visiting her again!

I was quoted on price for a perm on the phone, they told my wife that if would cost $50.00 more because she had long hair, then when they rung up the charge the price went up again. The may have good stylists there, but their business practices are dishonest. We will never go there again.

What can I say about my visit to The Mirror Mirror salon? Well, it was exceptional. The service was friendly and Amber took good care of me. I needed some work done on my callous toes and cracked fingernails. So I purchased the Kings Manicure and Pedicure. The service was relaxing, the conversation was great. I highly recommend.

I made an appointment with this salon over a week in advance and when I arrived the day of the appointment no one seemed to know who I was. I had to wait over a half an hour before I was seen, when I got done my nails looked NOTHING like the picture I showed them. And to top it all off I was overcharged for a subpar job. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, wish I didn’t even have to leave one star.

Went into my appointment a little early and waiting... salon seemed empty with no one at the desk I say hello.... so I’m just standing there for awhile then I sit in my car and my appointment was at 3....3:22 rolls around and I get a text that I’m a no show lol great communication this place has

On 7-17 I went to get the special $29 MM blowout. I was here 2 weeks ago for the same service. At checkout I was told my total was $59 by a rather snotty, unprofessional receptionist. I stated it should be $29 per the special, she back peddled and said itll be $39.99 due to the length of my hair. I advised her this was not the case last time and it is not stated in the fine print. Then she said it was due to the amount of time it took. My conformation showed 1 hour blocked. It took 1 hour. She responded by professionally rolling her eyes. Its best to inform clients of extra costs prior to beginning. I dont mind the extra cost. I mind not being told about them beforehand and it not being stated in the fine print. I was there 2 weeks ago with the same head of hair and it was $29. Just like the special said it would be. Somehow $29 flat turned into $39.99 due to an additional $10. (I know math is hard.. especially adding) I will not be returning and will be advising everyone I know to avoid this place.

I went to the salon to have my hair and nails done on May 21st. One of the nails broke 2 days after. They offered to fix the nail for free but advised that after this one time, I would have to pay to fix future fixes. A week after, 5 more nails broke. We paid a total of $150 for just this nail service that didnt last a week! Terrible deal I got from this place.

Most personable, amazing salon. Everyone there treats you like family. Ciara is fabulous with color and Pamela is amazing with nail art . Both do gr8 spa pedis! They r never rushed and they take their time with you and conversation is never at a lose. Then theres Phil, he is a sweetheart! Conversation is fun, and his blow outs are nothing short of amazing. What a beautiful Salon. I felt like a princess. Miranda is a true professional. I have very thin, long hair that I typically put up because it looks so bad. I was a few minutes early, and Chris came right over to greet me and let me know he would be with me in just a minute. We started with a brief interview of what I wanted to do with the cut. He gave me an overview of his extensive background and an insight into Schwarzkoth, the product line they use. Not expecting to be wowed by another product line, I walked with him the shampoo washing station. While the actual shampoo service could have used a little more scalp massage pressure, the Schwarzkoth products made my scalp feel amazing & refreshed.In the past my last stylist shaped my pixie cut with a razor cut. Chris explained that his style was a bit more technical through the use of scissors. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I had the distinct feeling that I was in good hands. He took his time and made sure that all points were evened up, then carefully blow dried my hair. My hair has never looked so sleek or soft! I absolutely must find out how he styled it that day, because Ive received mountains of compliments over the past day & a half!Upon getting the much needed trim, I noticed that my color needed some modification/refreshment. After Chris finished my cut, he went to grab the color book to do a quick color consult before I left. Extremely professional, thorough, and capable; I cant say enough good things about Chris and The Mirror Mirror Salon. Theyre located at the Kohls shopping center.

Very difficult to find. I circled through the parking lot 3 times because the name on the salon isnt Mirror, Mirror. We waited 30 minutes past the appointment time. One of the ladies didnt say a word to us, she only talked with her co-workers and acted like we were an inconvenience. The other lady wasnt talkative, either, but her demeanor was much more pleasant.

I love being able to get on my phone, and book an appointment through Yelp with no hassle. Instantly, youre set up with a confirmation and youre ready to go. This seamless integration of mobile platforms and booking appointments makes it so much easier to get appointments in addition to the call ahead traditional style.So when I went in with my toddler, our stylist was so nice and allowed him to sit on my wifes lap and did a great job cutting his hair. Friendly and accommodating, and got everything done in a timely manner.Afterwards, my cut was great. Exactly what I asked for and had a great shampoo and wash. She was able to follow my directions of what I was expecting for my haircut and was able to follow a picture that I had from a previous style. All around great service.Now the best part, this place is just so much better than all the competition in the area. The mobile booking, the environment, friendly staff, and the best part is the price. This is the cheapest cut I have had in Henderson and I could not be happier with it. Absolutely love coming here.

I made an appointment with Taliana a week ago and was rescheduled with Alicia because Taliana had the flu. Fine, not a problem. Since I was a new client I arrived early and was told it would be a few minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I inquired how much longer it would be. I received a blank look from the receptionist so inquired further whether Alicia was in the salon and was advised she had not arrived yet. Had the personnel been upfront with me in the beginning, I would have been appreciative and given them the benefit of the doubt. Way to treat a new potential client. Needless to say, I will not be back.

This is the only salon I will have my manicure and pedicure done. Mirror Mirror Salon is super clean. Vinh always provides a perfect service.

I recently got a haircut from the mirror mirror salon from Chris.His skills with hair design are uncanny.One of the greatest haircuts I have ever gotten was truly remarkable. He only focused on me no outside distractions could have distracted him from doing an outstanding job with my hair.

This review has been on my to-do list for the last week.This is the place to go for EVERYTHING without spending hundreds at a high-end casino spa. I came here last Monday Sept 8th for a birthday manicure, a little something just for me. I had scheduled my appointment using their online scheduling system. (I love that feature, I dont have to wait till they are open to schedule a time that works for me).My appointment was at 1pm, when I arrived my manicurist Tami was ready for me. I love that! She greeted me by name and was very friendly. She was so sweet and talkative. It was refreshing, at some places Ive gone to, the technicians talk to each other in a foreign languages who knows what they are saying about me. Here, it was all about me. It was nice.In the past I have had my hair done by Chris and my toes and manicure done by another technician. Every time I come here i get the same great service and at great prices. Even waxing those hard to reach spots and getting my hair blow dried before my big date is easier and more convenient that doing it myself.Before I left I signed up a raffle offering great prizes. Please let them know I Carmen referred you though this review. And sign up for it too while you are there!Ill definitely be back. I hear they are introducing facials next month. Called to get my hair died, but was told that the two stylist that have done black hair before arent comfortable dying ethnic hair. While the rest dont do it period. I guess have only flat ironed ethnic. You cant be a master stylist or even a full service salon if you dont do ethnic hair. At black shops they do everyones hair. Get out there and practice your craft. Really sucks I just moved out from California, where my mom is a cosmetologiat that specializes in Multi-cultural hair, and without even seeing my hair they said they werent comfortable. Theres nothing that you do different literally same dye same products.

My experience at the mirror mirror salon was incredible! I got a full set and pedicure from Tami and she did an amazing job! Its been over a week and my nails still look like I just got them done! Unlike other nail salons Tami took her time and did not rush my nails! Which I really appreciated because everywhere I went in the las Vegas area, not one person took the time out to make sure my nails were the same length or looked uniform. Thanks Tami!I also got my hair done the same day and it was a disaster before. I dyed my own hair red and it was falling apart. My hair stylist Claire did such an amazing job! We started out stripping the red from my hair and it took a couple hours. We then went and dyed my roots to match my natural roots. After all of that was said and done we went and put blonde through my hair to make a beautiful ombre affect! I looked like a completely different person when it was all done! I have gotten so many compliments on my new look! Thanks Claire!If you are looking for a good place to pamper yourself this is definitely where to go! Its a beautiful salon with amazing stylist!

Living In Las Vegas as long as I have, I have been to a lot of Salons. I recently moved to Henderson and came across Mirror Mirror Salon. From the second I walked into the Salon I was greeted by the receptionist who treated me like I have been a customer for years. The salon was absolutely beautiful and as clean as a whistle !!! Being a walk in, with no appointment, it only took a few minutes before I was greeted by Tammy who was a sweet heart !!! Tammy pampered me for the next hour giving me a wonder mani/pedi. The experience I had at Mirror Mirror was one of the best I have ever had in Las Vegas ! I highly recommend to everyone! Thanks guys, see you soon !!
