Can’t stand this delivery company

I dont know if its true for other locations, but this particular hub in San Francisco is absolutely terrible. Had two packages shipped internationally and both have been delayed by them. One was marked as attempted delivery twice, but I was home both times and they never showed up. They finally delivered it after I called and confronted them about it. Now, Im expecting another delivery from Latvia. It has taken 3 days to cross the ocean and arrive at this location, which was 6 days ago, and they still havent delivered it the final 15 miles to my door. Ridiculous!

THIS IS NOT DHL EXPRESS SERVICE CENTER. YOU NEED TO SEARCH FOR DHL EXPRESS SERVICE POINT AT DOWNTOWN SAN FRANCISCO. THE DHL THAT IS BEING HANDLED AT THIS LOCATION ARE ONLY CARGO FROM FREIGHT FORWARDERS WHICH IS WHAT IS POSTED AT THE LOBBY DOOR.MOST OF YOUR COMPLAINTS IN THE REVIEWS ARE FOR DHL EXPRESS AND THEIR OFFICE IS AT 401 23RD ST SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94107GOOGLE NEED TO UPDATE THE INFORMATION TO THE CORRECT ONE

I dont know where to start, I am very frustrated with this courier, I have two parcel with different tracking number from Japan, also different area from, I kept tracking the first parcel and its say the parcel have not yet arrive.the other one I received a text saying my another DHL parcel with be deliver on july 13, so it did at that day, I was very excited of course, then I kept tracking the first one online and it say still have not arrive, so I waited for 3 days again then I contact the seller from japan with my 1st parcel and she also wondering why its not here yet, fast forward... the next day I check online again, and it says delivered... but the shocking part it was the second one that was deliver but they marked it as deliver for both... I been calling the costumer service and also sending message to let them know it was not delivered.so until now I dont know what happen to my first item. I dont know what to do... oh and I have a proof that the delivery person only put one box of DHL parcel in my door. Did not even bother to ring the bell...... -0 star for this DHL.can somebody put the direct contact number of DHL San francisco? I want to contact them..thank you!! Plz help..

Store hours says closes at 6:00pm but actually closes at 5:15pm. I tried to reach out to the lady inside but she does not want to talk.

They lie cheat and steal!!!! Dont use Them bad service and thief drivers. They told me a package was put in my backyard! Why? When I have a porch. Liars!!!!! Hate them and because the GPS shows the driver was on my street they feel that its okay. Where is my package? Dont do business with DHL

Claimed they tried to deliver twice after 8p and didnt actually sure up (were home all day and night both days). I think the driver just marked it as an attempted delivery so they could go home, since it also got marked outside of the delivery window and the second time they claimed the business was closed on the attempted delivery but were a residential block. Deeply incompetent company that cant actually do the only thing they promise -- delivery a package. Dont ship with them.

Do not try to pickup/intercept a DHL Express package here. The man there told me theyre only cargo and sent me to a different address, which was a UPS Store in San Bruno... This location is more of a catch-all office for cargo freight

2 days from Hong Kong to SF! So impressed on how fast they are!

I called to request my package to be sent to a pick up location office and they didn’t notify me that upon request my package will be delayed by another day. The lady was rude and got smart with me. Will not be working with this company again!

They steel the driver takes packages and they don’t do anything
