My waxer was good. Made me feel comfortable since I am a thick lady only problem was she did not remove all of my hair even though I got a Brazilian wax and the room is not completely enclosed meaning its an open ceiling so you can hear the next room conversation not a big deal buy still a little weird.

Got my usual full Brazilian and I was so scared because my usual girl left, and was replaced with Sabrina. Well let me tell you about how magical and quick Sabrina was. She made sure I was comfortable explained the process, engaged in conversation with me about myself. I even got a complimentary vagina facial lol (a facial for your lady). It was literally the best experience ever and I can’t wait to see her again on the 4th 🗣💕

Went to BWS to get my back and shoulders waxed after a year. The place was super clean, and they appear to be doing everything w covid protocols. My technician was Jasmine and she was fun, friendly and extremely professional. At one point I asked her if she was using painless wax, bc I felt little to no pain, even around my neck, which usually stings. Im def going back before summer starts!

Rose is my skin savior! I always leave with beaming and pure skin! I get facials every other month and she extracts EVERYTHING without scarring my skin at all! It is painful sometimes but typically thats the price of extractions. Highly recommend.

I thought i would try this place out. I am glad I did! I had Sabrina. She is sweet and great at what she does. Explained everything and was knowledgeable. Waxing hurts..but their use of hard wax..i was shocked at what a difference!! They have a new client for sure!

Ive been coming here for several years, and several aestheticians have attended to me. Every experience has been positive and front desk is ALWAYS pleasant. I have no reason to go elsewhere.

I was really happy with the service actually by Rose. Really good don’t get me wrong. But what I don’t understand is their late or cancellation fee. It doesn’t specify how late you can call befor you get charge. What I don’t understand is Rose was the one who asked me to come back because she doesn’t wanna do my microdermabrasion. I agreed to it. She said to call anytime if doesn’t work out let her know. It wasn’t my idea to come back in the first place! But when I call wanting to reschedule, they want to charge me for rescheduling???! what the heck do you mean?? I work in an outpatient clinic!!!! we never charge our patient if they want to freaking reschedule! And the worst part is, this DANIEL who works there, made me feel that I am not an important client! No retention for their clients when I said just cancel my appointment, she just said okay and dropped the call!!!!! WOW!! Super wow!!!!! Talk about no passion with your job!!!! Very Very disappointed! That great service just went to drain because of one uninterested person! I was going to recommend my friend, but never again!

I called and got an appointment for 5:45 pm. a little over an hour wait for me. I said no problem Ill see you then. She asked me to come in a little early to do paperwork. I arrived at 5:40. I walked out at 5:54. Noone was at the reception desk. I called at 5:49 to let them know I arrived. no answer. Terrible customer service.

This was my first time visiting and it was great! Id caught a Groupon deal for a Brazilian wax. When I first walked in I didnt really know what to expect. However, the receptionist Dominique was very courteous, helpful and welcoming. I was assisted by Jasmine. She was awesome! We talked during the whole process she was also quick it took maybe 20 mins at the most!! Btw for New customers Groupon has a $17 brazilian wax promo going for this place... I randomly walked in for an eyebrow wax. Good experience. Great prices on all services. Staff was very friendly. All reason to have my repeat business. Only negative is lack of privacy in rooms. They are more like partitioned off sections. A waxing new comer may hesitate having services for that reason.

Unprofessional and very rude staff. I booked a facial appointment, then I found it on groupons, I called the lady that I spoke to back to ask her if this deal on groupons was the same as what I booked, she said yes and she sounded nice so I bought the groupon, she said just make sure you tell them you have a groupon when you come for the appointment. I went for the appointment, two ladies upfront told me that what I booked is not what the groupon covers, and wanted me to pay full price $50 and not use the groupon, I asked for the lady that I spoke to on the phone, they said she isnt there and she is not in a position to even say anything, When I said but if its your staffs mistake you should honer your mistake, they were very rude speaking as if I did something wrong and they kept saying we cant afford the Groupon price and then one of them with very short hair got so mad when she heard the the other lady is trying to work something out with me and she said that they are done with me and she asked me to leave. She was very rude and I wanted to call the police on her in that moment because I really felt that they scammed me, they advertise on Groupons, I called to make sure that the facial I booked was covered in that Groupon before I bought the Groupon and their employee said that it is, and asked me to go ahead and buy the Groupon, then I go for the appointment and they treat me so badly and ask me to either pay $50 or get something else that they made it sound as if its just burning my face with chemical for 10 minutes which is what they cover in the Groupon. And then one of them gets so rude,and insult me ! I think no one ever should deal with such bad experience and get scammed the way I did today with this place. I had to click on one star just because I cant post without choosing the star rating. I give them zero stars, they dont deserve one. They advertise on Groupons and they treat you so badly because you have one and refuse to service you unless you pay full price!

Got my first Brazilian wax done and i absolutely love it (I used groupon since I wasnt sure if i wanted to pay full price on something i had never tried before and they were so nice and accepted it with no problem) . Christina was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time, I even had my 4yr old with me and it wasnt a problem. It did hurt for a brief moment but it wasnt at all what i expected the pain to be even when the lady next door yelled and made me nervous lol I certainly wont shave or use the cream hair removal anymore

I came here with a Groupon and I dont think I will be back. Service was just ok. The rooms werent completely private as the separation walls didnt go all the way up to the ceiling, so you could hear what was happening in the adjoining room. Furniture was older and, while it wasnt dirty, it wasnt spotless either. I think there are better places in town to go for a wax.

It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and they happily squeezed me in 30 minutes after my call. They were polite, and the whole procedure was so clean. Even though my hair is a bit on the thick side, it was probably as painful as ripping off a bandage at most. So really, not bad at all! The wonderful woman who helped me, Christina, was so personable. They didnt give me any fuss for using a groupon, the whole procedure was easy and quick. Im definitely coming back. Its so inexpensive, that maintenance would be the least of my worries. 10/10! Oh, they also do raffles for free dermabrasion and waxing on their facebook! How awesome!

This is a perfect choice if you are super busy and need to get an appt soon. Do not expect lots of pampering, but Rose gives excellent facials and microdermabrasions. It works for me because I dont have much time. I havent had waxing, but again, i believe it is done well and very reasonably priced. On Sept 24th, there is a Specials Day with give-aways and free food!

Im one of those people tht believe customer service is everything, techs were nice did a great job on brazillians for my self and 2 of my friends, but No privacy, can hear literally the wax being snatched off other clients skin in the next room and all of their conversation. Owner just decided to but doors up and call it a studio, on top of that the owner was very rude. I hadnt been to this location in almost a year but after getting there and realizing id been there and Before checking out I voluntarily and honestly offered the information that i wasnt a first time client and they told me groupons were for 1st time clients only which is fine i paid and didnt mind paying the difference, but i wanted to know where to find that info on the groupon app for future ref, she proceeded to show me on her computer which isnt what i asked because i didnt purchase from that platform, the owner then states idont know what you want me to tell you groupon is groupon. well at 60 yrs old you should probably lay off the blonde dye and anti aging serum i think the chemicals ate going to your brain because like i said i want to know where to find this information on my phone because i wont ever be purchasing a groupon from your computer and the layout is different. after she argued w me, the customer for 5 mins i gave up with tht ... my 3rd friend comes out and asks ME whats wrong and the owner buts in OUR conversation and says she didnt read the fine print is all... lol i then had to remove myself from her sorry excuse for a professionally ran establishment before it got ugly i rather pay 4 more dollars at the birthday suit for privacy and respect
