Girl did a wonderful job on my hair.

I got my hair cut a few weeks ago like 9 inches and they did a fantastic job. I recently had my colored royal blue by Brooke she did amazing! My hair is naturally dark brown.

Not what it used to be... quality-of the food- as well as service is VERY low par. The quantity seems to have gotten smaller as well. Only reason for ⭐⭐ is that the milk shakes are still Good.

Make friends with a stylist and keep going to that same person. This is my recommendation for a 5-star experience at this particular salon, and if I were rating my current favorite, Id definitely give 5 stars because shes awesome. I cant say the same for the rest though, so I am knocking off a star. I have had bad service here but it was years ago - however I have also seen other customers leaving unhappy. Bottom line: If youre in a hurry and you dont want to pay top dollar, this is a good place for a quick trim. Its also good for kids cuts.

Get erykah! I have had long hair for almost my whole life and I wanted a pixie cut. She made sure she didnt cut it too short incase I didnt like it that short and she made great conversation. The only thing is if you want to get a shampoo then its a little uncomfortable for your neck I would rate my experience 4 and a half but I cant.

I am so upset. I took a photo of what I wanted and she tells me no problem it will take her a while but she can do it. She guesses itll be 2 hours..i scheduled an appointment. 930 am I show up she starts. She keeps saying things like idk why you want platinum. 5 hours later i leave with tears in my eyes and i just paid 140 for the same hair i came in with. Im so mad i feel ripped off, deceived, and my time was wasted. If i can put 3 pics up itll be wish hair platinum and blackBefore teal shirt and after mustard shirt.

June 2018 I was 6 months pregnant and made a last minute appointment to try and look nice for my baby shower photos ... I didnt know what was get someone that brand new until after I called to report her. But i asked for a long bob, even showed her a picture of what I wanted (which she glanced at and she acted as though she knew what I wanted) she then asked how short i whated it. I pointed to middle of my neck and said about there. So first thing she got out a buzz cutter and assured me not to be afraid. I was very nervous because she was back there for a long time! Then turns me away from the mirror and cuts the right side of my hair off to my chin line. Turns me back to the mirror and my eye instantly started to tear up. Trying to think how to fix what she did, she realizes i was upset and calls someone else over to fix it. She tells the other women she got to into doing the back she forgot to make it angled. I this point im panicking. But in hopes the other woman can make it look okay, i stay seated... so after the other woman is done she goes back with the buzz cutter and makes the back of my hair line so short i couldnt even pull in it with my fingers, after the other woman tried to fix it. At that point i was just trying to not to burst into tears! As she proceeds to act like she did a great job. And then is rude to my husband when he comes back and say didnt you want it longer, she looks at him and say no. Trying not to bawl and make a scene, I didnt say anything. just paid and left! As soon as I got into the car i burst into tears and cried all the way home. When I tried to call and report her i was treated as if it wasnt that bad. I only wish i could upload a photo of what she did! Basically a bowl cut layered in the back!

I would strongly suggest you skip this one as a lady of 50 years I have never been talked to so rude by Sara Berheart in my life. She made sure to spell her name twice. I went back to get my hair fixed but after seeing the way I was bring talked too I am finding some where else again Sara Berheart she was going to make sure I remembered it

Okay So hair cut with shampoo and blow dry is $16.75 And I somehow charged $38.00?? How is that possible? They added so much add ons I was definitely over charged! And on top of that my daughters hair wasnt shampooed because I told them it didnt needed to be because it was already cleaned. They said they charge for the length that they cut 4 inches .. if that was the case then I shouldve just gotten it colored since thats $46.00!! Jeeeez 😡😠

This is a decent salon, especially if youre looking for a good deal or are on a budget.

Attidudes. Management and long time stylist dont appear to wantl repeat customers. Just fast one timer cuts. Ive tried over 2 years w many new stylist. I stayed away from nasty mgnt stylist I observed. Not a happy enviornment.

Just had the WORST haircut here. Asked for split ends and got 4 inches taken off. My hair was all the way down at my back and now its touching my shoulders. She tried to layer it and came out with 2 different chunks. I will NOT be coming back here.

My daughter had a horrible experience here you should see her hair...the lady said she was not new but we went in for a simple trim,and she cut it more less like a bowl cut its only like 3 inches off her head and she had it shoulder length...and she was asked if she wanted bangs she said no and lady cut them anyway..its horrible..she is still crying over it,doesnt want to attend school because of it shes a high schooler and if you only could see it...wish i hadnt paid...if i was present i would have spoke up,but sent her in with out me...i am furious...wish i could upload these pics...cant even get anyone who wants to help fix it now..

Checked in online, was told to arrive by 7:30. I arrived at 7:25 and was told someone was ahead of me so they couldnt see me tonight. Fix your check in system.

If I could give 0 I would. worst hair cut ever! When I showed her spots the she missed, she just that it just looks uneven because of bad lightning, then she took scissors and took the chunk off ... Went there again, got different person - even worse!!!

Worst haircut Ive ever had. I dont do reviews but if I could rate at no starts I would. Only haircut Ive ever had that took less than 2 minutes.
