This shop has a lot of work to do especially on the customer service they saw me walking and no body cared about me I said hi and still no one at the shop responded in a proper and welcoming attitude.My hair cut was terrible, couldn’t get my edge up right, they looked terrible as well.I would say the place looked nice and clean but the people there they really really need a lot of training on how to welcome customer in it was a bad experience for me and dead sure i will never go back.

Mohammad was the barber for my haircut 7 years ago! Let’s just say it was the most professional experience I have had with a barber and I have been coming back ever since! My son needed a haircut and this place had a walk ins welcomed sign out front. So I dropped my son of to get a haircut. We waited for almost 2 hours before we decided to leave. When asked how much longer there was no response. Very poor customer service. Might be good if you had an appointment but do not just walk in. What a waste of time. Never again

Asian male with long hair: i received the worst haircut in my life from here. A year and a half of growing my hair out, requested it thinned with no length removed, and now I can no longer tie my hair up in a ponytail, and my full head of hair now looks like a shaggy, uneven wig. When asking for money back, was scoffed at and told that the barber had been cutting hair for 20 years and reluctantly gave me a refund.

Not sure who hacked into my account and left a bad review of Hair Zone under my account. But I can tell you there is not a better place nor more professional location to get your hair cut. I arrived early but was seen immediately by Wisam and I have to say he gave me one of the best haircuts of my life - and I am 67 years young! I made an appointment with this barber (artist) SALAM and he got me in the chair right on time, very professional, easy to talk to, very down to earth guy. I explained what I wanted and he nailed it perfectly and very time efficient for everything that he done. He got me in and out just like I needed and still done a very clean professional job. I attempted to get an appointment with other salons to get my hair cut but they could not fit me in. I walked up to Wisam, walked in the door & asked if they could cut my hair. I was greeted very courteously by the barber that was in the shop. I then asked for a military style haircut. The barber did an exceptional job on the haircut I asked for. If you want professional service, respectful barbers, then I highly recommend you try this salon/barbershop.This is how I wore my hair while in the military and love it. Great Shop.

I love this place. I was go for a while but stopped for a few months and came back and it was just as awesome as I left it. The staff are super friendly, the cuts are perfect, and the experience is top notch. Salam is my person I always go to and he always has it right. Like i said I stopped going for a few months and then came back and he remembered who i was and exactly how I got my hair done, so they’re personable there and that’s refreshing. I know there’s some people saying it’s pricey but just know, you’re not paying for just the cut. You’re paying for the clean cut and the experience that comes with it, so it’s understandable.

May 8th 2021 I was a walk In client, the A Frame sign out side saidWISAM Hair Styles and Haircuts $20. ( NAME CHANGE RECENTLY TO HAIRZONE BARBERSHOP)~ the Salon, very modern, and each Station had its own theme. I felt comfortable I showed the Hair style that I wanted to the Stylist/ Professional if it could be exactly like that before we started, I was reassured yes. He cut, blown dried, and styled my hair. I was never given a Mirror to check the back of my head.....I proceeded to check out at the Desk to pay, I was Blindsided with $45.00 to pay~ and I already had a $20. tip In my hand, Thinking, all is okay because I was going to pay the outside advertised price of $20. and the $20. tip~ Total $40 for a haircut...Heres where the unhappiness starts~ Releasing my hair is uneven, thick on the left, thin on the right and poorly designed, I have to go to another salon this week for another haircut to style the hack job. Im sorry for this review ~

There’s a sign outside that says walk ins are welcome so I walk in hoping for a haircut, I get stopped and told I can’t because I’m a girl and they’re only going to cut men’s hair since there was no female employee on duty. I have literally never been to any place that has denied me access for being a girl. I have had men cut my hair before too. I see this as extremely unprofessional and even when the female employee is working I will not give my business to a sexist place.

Have taken my boys there for a couple months now and they both love it! The barbers take their time to do their job and are beyond friendly and patient with them. Smells great, very clean, and is quiet. Perfect place!

Amazing hair cut. Wisam knew exactly how to style and treat my unruly hair. Looks better than I ever could have imagined. They charged me 15$ for cut, wash, blow dry, and style.
