AJ & all the barbers in the shop are always super welcoming when we come in! They take great care of my son & I. I must confess that Im not sure how AJs compares to other barber shops in the area because I havent been to any other. I dont see a need to try another to be honest. AJs little shop is always busy because he and his team do good work. All hair types. All ages. AJ is professional and very good at what he does. Make an appointment through Google and get on the schedule. Wear a mask. AJ makes sure all the patrons wear a mask so he is interested in keeping everyone safe. They accept walk-ins, but I encourage everyone to make an appointment. Ive never been disappointed and dont know anyone else who is.

Recommended by a few friends and finally went, great experience and fun atmosphere. Walked in and was immediately taken care of after a less than 5 minute wait (I had no appointment). Hair looks and feels great, will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends.

Talented barbers here. Shoutout to Bryan especially. I’ve never had a cut so good in a long time, and this is my first time with him. AJ and everyone have always been nothing but exceptional and very nice. I can’t express how thankful I am for the good cut. I always struggle to find a good hair cut and a good barber, but AJ’s is something else. 11/10 you need to get your cut here.

I used to go to Omar’s becuase I didn’t think there was any barber shop that came close to it. However I stumbled upon this one and I swear on everything I’ve had a better quality cut and the same cut I’ve asked for each and everytime. I will be a forever customer even if I don’t immediately live right In Harrisonburg. They have not once let me down...can’t say the same for the others

Was working out of town and had to get my haircut before New Year. These guys were open on NYE and were willing to work me in. Great vibe in the shop and the barbers were talented. First visit, I walked in no appointment, and was seen in 10 min . They were going the extra mile on making sure everything was sanitized, they all wore mask and gloves making sure all equipment was cleaned between customers. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The end result was I got one of the best cuts I had ever had . I will definitely be returning to their shop .

I went in last week to them as a walk-in. It was really small place and they didn’t have any type of social distancing and also I have seeing some people who didn’t even had mask and I left cause I didn’t want to get the corona. Also to include, it didn’t look clean to me. I don’t recommend anyone to go if you care about your self.
