I hired Miracle Method in July to refinish our shower stall floor. When the job was completed, I contacted them and let them know that some areas looked like they needed attention. I sent photos and was told theyd follow up. They never did. Its been just over 2 months and the floor is cracking and peeling and the caulking they did was done extremely sloppily. I spent a lot of money and they basically left my shower floor just as bad as it was, if not worse. Absolutely wouldnt recommend this service to any homeowner considering this option over replacing the tilework, its just not worth it.

I have very happy with the fantastic quality of the work. I had my kitchen sink refinished. The technician, Michael Allen, was friendly, professional and very helpful. He did a wonderful job. My refinished kitchen sink from the 1950s now looks brand new. In a couple of months, I intend to have Miracle Method refinish my bath tub. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering refinishing a sink or tub.

We bought a condo in Virginia Beach in April of 2021 and it needed a complete renovation. The two fiberglass shower/tubs were yellowed and scratched, and we considered replacing them. We contacted Miracle Method and for 1/4 the cost of replacing them we chose to have them refinished. The result was amazing! The guy who did the work put in a 12-hour day taping off the work area, sanding and chemically cleaning the two showers/tubs, and applying the finish. He was meticulous and made sure that there was no overspray or damage to our new carpeting. The next day he removed the paper and tape, did a final wet sanding of the tub/showers, and made sure we were completely satisfied. The finished job is incredible! Both shower/tubs look brand new and so far the finish has held up beautifully. We could not be happier!!!

Hired to reglaze bathtub at the end of a remodel. Team was horribly unprofessional, did not communicate, and even did damage to our newly remodeled bathroom. End product was HORRIBLE… tub glaze has orange peel texture throughout, dents and imprints from tools, and deep scuffs and gouges plainly visible all over. Proper ventilation techniques were also not employed and left us with a house reeking so badly of fumes for days it was probably not at all safe for us to sleep here. Business offered to come “fix” the horrendously botched job they did but we still are not sure we want to allow them back in our home after what we were left with the first time.

We hired Miracle Method to fix and refinish our shower and part of the dinning room ceiling. They scheduled the work earlier than we expected. They fixed and refinished the shower and now it is looking brand new. Not only they fixed the dinning room ceiling but also they painted the entire dinning room ceiling and it is looking great. Miracle Methods commitment to provide outstanding services to its customers is a commendable culture.

This is the absolute worst business i’ve ever dealt with in my 50+ years. first of all they broke my jetted tub switch by standing on it while removing caulking at the top part, which they claim it was a tripped breaker but was wired on a different circuit by itself and a breaker never tripped .,it damaged my motor because it ran awhile with no water in tub before they came and got me to cut it off by the breaker as it was stuck on. this was first day of work. after spraying my tile i didn’t like how it looked and definitely not what i was told . the owner janice powell was called to come look and she stormed in cussing at me throwing things ripping down plastic and kicked my lamp over and pulled her crew out with an unfinished job and said geuss what you don’t owe me the balance due ( geuss not they caused a lot more in damage than i had already paid)still had tear down of plastic,caulking to do,put plumbing fixtures back on. and spraying on sealer. after we removed the plastic which evidently was put up very poorly we discovered the spray was all over the painted walls, ceiling, and light fixtures. we had to sand and repaint the entire bathroom. i filed a complaint with bbb and their response was were not a member of bbb.so got nowhere. i tried to go through commonwealth attorney to get a solution but she was still stubborn as ever and every communication response she told more lies which i can prove the lies. not sure if hiring an attorney is even worth it yet or not . i figure maybe just letting people know how this company does business may help someone go with another company in the future!! please stay away from this horrible business, the owner janice powell is a deeply disturbing person and a flat out lier!!

We used Miracle Method to resurface and refinish a bathtub last week--they made it look brand new. Michelle Snide was our main contact when scheduling the appointment, and she was flexible when I had to change the appointment and kept me abreast of the precise timing of the technicians arrival. Michael Allen was incredibly helpful and courteous from the time he entered my home to the time the job was completed. He was meticulous in his work and cleanup. We were refinishing our bathroom and decided to hire Miracle Method of Hampton Roads to refinish/resurface our Shower/Tub from a golden color to bright white as well as repair some minor chips. They showed up on time and got right to work. The installer, Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. he kept me informed me of each step of the process. The tub came out so good that the next day I called and set up arrangements to come and resurface my vanity. We were planning to replace it, but the job they did on that made it look brand new. Very happy and will use them again in the future.

Just purchased a condo that needed some TLC. I contacted Miracle Method and Michelle was very helpful in explaining how they could update my fiberglass shower stalls. Upon the days of scheduling, Michael showed up promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. After the project was complete, I couldn’t believe how fantastic the showers looked! I initially called Miracle Method out to refinish the downstairs tub and tile, but when I mentioned having trouble getting someone out to repair the leak from the upstairs bath, Michelle jumped right in and offered to have Everett come out and look at it. He came the very next day and offered several options to repair it, with availability the next week. This was the third company Id asked to come look, and the first to actually show up! Everett showed up the next week ready to work- and Id already approved just removing the old shower tile to lay new, when he popped down the stairs to let me know the bad news: not only had the guy who flipped this house been a total dumb*** about electrical work, it wasnt just that the drain was crooked and the grout wasnt sealed--- hed applied the decorative tile directly to the wet cement upon install, rather than creating the drain pain, letting it dry, placing a moisture barrier, and then laying the tile properly. Everett offered the cheaper route again, but jumped right in when I asked him to just pull it all up and start from scratch with the drain pain. It took an extra day and it wasnt cheap, but the work is beautiful. Since hes coming back next week to do the initial job of refinishing the downstairs, hes going to apply another coat of sealant to the shower before replacing the doors. A++ work and Im honestly thrilled to know hell be the one coming back next week.

We had our bath tub and tile around it reglazed 3 years ago and they did a great job. Recently we noticed a few stains in the tub and they came back and removed the stains for us. I decided that I needed to redo the tile floor, tile shower, and tub tile surround for an expensive rental property that had become worn, cracked, and dated. I called and an appt was set for within a week. While I thought at first that the price was a little high, I nonetheless wanted the work done quickly and MM could do that. After I witnessed the extent of the labor and equipment needed to complete the job (very well done) I reassessed my earlier assessment of the cost. It was well worth it!

He was courteous, efficient, and a perfectionist. We contacted Randy the owner of Miracle Method of Hampton Roads. He came to our house, showed us samples of colors and told us about the spraying process. We chose a color that we THOUGHT would look great in our kitchen but decided to visit Randys showroom to look at that color that was already sprayed on a bathroom counter-top. Although we really liked the way it looked, we knew it wouldnt work in our kitchen so we chose another color which we absolutely love!!! It was so worth the trip to go to the showroom.Ben, the man who came to spray our counter-tops was wonderful. He has a wonderful personality and we enjoyed having him in our home for a couple of days completing the job. He is a perfectionist and wants it done right.........his work is impeccable!!! Although Ben tapes up a lot of paper and plastic to protect the furniture, etc., my recommendation to other clients would be to cover as much as you can with drop cloths, etc. as we did experience some over spray......nothing we couldnt get off ourselves, but the drop cloths would have prevented that.We expected the cabinets to look nice, but we didnt expect them to be GORGEOUS and they truly are! I would recommend Miracle Method of Hampton Roads and already have!! Thank you!!

Our tub had been that 50s pink and had been refinished (by another firm) 20 plus years ago but was coming off and always seem to still look a little pink. Miracle Method came out and did a new refinish and it looks like a brand new tub that started out factory white and not an old pink tub. Very pleased with the work.

Ordered the Clean Cut modification for my mother’s bath after she fell a few weeks back and broke her femur trying to get into the shower....The front office staff (Michelle) did an awesome job of coordinating estimate and setting up the install, that I felt that it was very effortless on my part...Today, the technician came out and were very professional, they did let me know that I was going to have to remove the vanity. They left and talked about needing to set up another appointment to do the install pending the removal of the vanity. Well, after they left, I completed the vanity removal within 30 minutes and called to set up another appointment and Michelle said that the guys were at lunch and that they would return shortly...They completed the install, cleaned up, and were done in only a few hours. What a great testament, these technicians were for their company.....I am greatly impressed!

The technician came over and worked for 3 days instead of 2 days to make sure the job was perfect. We had another company refinish the tub 12 years ago and did a terrible job. He spent an entire day removing the damage from the other company. This is worth the money spend and I would recommend Miracle Method to everyone.

Our large master bathroom was completely pink. Floors, tiled Jacuzzi surround, large walk-in shower, tub and vanity sinks were ALL PINK. Contractor quoted $40,000 to completely gut and renovate bathroom to make it brand new. Miracle Method was able to come in, change the color of the tile, the shower, sinks and tub and it was less than $3000. It took Ben only 4 days to do the entire job. We saved a ton of money and now we have a brand new bathroom. I couldnt be happier.

I was in a panic, when I was in the middle of my bathroom remodel, and found the white sink I ordered was not really white after all. It was more of an almond color and I did not think I liked it the way it looked against the accent tile on the wall. I could not return it, so decided to see if having it surfaced in white was an option. Janice at Miracle Method was kind enough to squeeze me into their tight schedule since I was under the gun to get it done while the contractors were still working on my room. When the technician arrived, he was very polite - and patient. I wanted to make sure the color was right before I made the commitment, so he suggested actually putting the sink in its proper place so he could do a small area for me. That truly helped and I was very happy with the color change to white. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the work that was done!

Had a crack for in my rental tub. I thought it was going to need a very expensive replacement, but Miracle Method gave me options. A fix to the crack or a full resurface. I bit the bullet and asked for the more expensice resurface. I pai my deposit and when it came time to do the work the tech said the whole resurface was not necessary. They only chraged me for the repair which came with a 1 year warranty and saved me money. Honesty is huge and clearly they are an honest company!

We had a very large stone shower stall refinished with Miracle Method. The stall consists of thousands of individual tiles and grout lines. Ben, the installer, did excellent work. The entire shower stall was cleaned, all grout lines were refilled, etc. Several layers, including an epoxy bonding agent, and semi gloss clear coat were meticulously applied. This was a 2 day job. The shower looks beautiful and the layers of coating will make cleaning the shower much easier.I should mention that Randy, the franchise owner and Brian, the sales rep were all great. The builder I work for gave this information as an avenue to consider rather than completely demo an entire bathroom.I was skepticle but called these folks.My position is as a construction superintendent so naturally I keep a keen eye on work practices.I will say that I am very impressed with the work performed and with the mechanic that did said work (JP). JP was polite and very professional and his whole presentation and work done.I can say without any hesitation that this is definitely a better avenue to follow than completely gutting a bathroom and starting over. We had two big holes in our fiberglass bathtub caused by our grandson and his favorite tubby toy. Called around, got an estimate of $400 per hole to patch them but the guy said we would be wasting our $800 and should just go ahead and have the whole tub replaced - to the tune of $2000+. Holey Moley! Looked online and found Miracle Method out of Hampton. They had no trouble coming to Virginia Beach to make the repairs and they really knew what they are doing. They repaired both holes for under $400 total. Honestly, it looks like there was never a hole, much less two holes. Amazing job and the tech was so efficient and polite. If you need a hole repaired in your bathtub or sink, or need countertops refinished to look like new - at a price you can really afford - Miracle Method is the only place you should call. It should get 10 stars!

Very unprofessional techs and the work is awful. Had two shower units sprayed and it took only a few hours of work to complete the process but the tech sat out in his truck for hours over several days. He didnt even remove the protective paper when he finished. The cracks reappeared after a couple of weeks and they were called back and came back and applied more of the finish to one tub and had to be called once again to have the cracks in the other tub repaired. The last techs had a serious attitude problem and informed me that it was the homeowners fault for not going with a more expensive option. The finish on both units is awful. Please beware and dont be fooled.

I had the bath tub repaired before with Homax tub and sink refinishing kit...It started pilling off. I called Miracle Method, I went to their expo and decided to get the bath tub redone with Miracle Method. They did a very good job, there was a spot not per my standards but the owner made sure they came and fix it. Looks great, white and shiny. They worked very clean, no mess, they cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed. Highly recommend their service. Do not do your bath tub with anything else, just call them, great job. Thank you.P.S. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!! The owner is unprofessional and extremely rude!! I am a first time home-buyer looking to have my bathroom tile glazed. I set up an appt. to have him take measurements. My realtor was 5 mins late letting us into the property and he angrily stormed off. I understand his time is precious...as is mine, a business professional in the midst of buying a home and planning a wedding taking place this month. I understand the value of time and was looking forward to this company making this a pleasant experience but it was the complete opposite. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND to my other first time home buyer friends and colleagues.

We wanted to update our master bathroom but didnt have the budget to completely replace our double shower, which had nothing wrong with it. It was just an outdated color and we wanted a bright white. After reading reviews, we decided to try Miracle Method and are glad we did. Wesley was sent out to refinish our shower. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. It took him about 3/4 of a day. When we discovered a flaw, he came back out and redid that part. We had no issues and are happy with the result - a shiny white shower that matches the rest of our bathroom makeover!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for an estimate for over a month. I have had a couple of email responses asking me to call which I have done several times with no response. I dont know how they stay in business with this type of customer service.
