The lady that worked here when I picked up was super nice and made it really easy to pick up and return. The reason it only gets 2 stars is that I specifically ordered one of those big fancy 9 tall cargo vans, but the only thing on the lot when I arrived at my reservation time was a regular van, which is smaller. We couldnt stand up our queen bed/box so getting everything in there was a pain. If wed gotten the van we reserved, this would be 5 stars.

The dealer was very friendly. The only thing that I dont like about U-Haul in general is that their mobile system is bugged. You cant return the truck after 4 PM without using the system. In Android it didnt work with Chrome or Firefox. I succeeded only using the Duck-Duck-Go web browser. So 5 starts for the dealer zero starts for the mobile system.

MARSHANN IS A ROCKSTAR!!! Hands down, one of the BEST experiences I have EVER had for this sort of thing. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and JUST SO KIND, which, at the that time, was LITERALLY a game changer!! We were almost at the VERY end of our rope with the whole moving process, but Marshann was patient, helpful, and as mentioned so kind! By the time we picked up our trailer (also several days late, which she was so patient about), we almost felt rejuvenated and ready to continue. THERE ARE JUST NOT ENOUGH WORDS to express our gratitude!! Great people, great service!! A++++++++

This is my go-to UHaul spot for SV. Chantal is especially awesome. I like how they are efficient and accommodate your schedule.

They overcharged me for one extra day of rent despite that I returned the moving truck on time. Had to write dispute letter to U-Haul and sent them pictures with odometer readings to prove the time of vehicle return by using the time of picture-file was created. U-Haul responded a day later and returned me amount of money this local provider overcharged me for.Other than that, good service. Just should be more careful with not over charging!

I rented a Uhaul minivan from here and am very happy with the service. I was unable to return it the same day due to extenuating circumstances, so I called Marshann and she was very helpful. I was able to rent the minivan overnight and return it the next day without any problems, and she even gave me a discount since I called ahead. Great communication and nice people.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME A FRIEND BECAUSE WE WERE STUDENTS. THEY OVERCHARGED US AND WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND. I WAS ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH TWO, ONCE THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST TO FIX THE VALUE, THE SECOND TIME I CALLED AND THEY PICKED UP AND I STARTED EXPLAINING THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED AND THEY HUNG UP AND I COULD NOT CONTACT THEM AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!

The tire guy and the U-Haul..womanAt this place are very Horrible at Customer service...They Harrasse any one that stops at their lot eve if you are renting on inquiring a bout tiresThey threatened to call the Cops just because I stop their to inquired a bout a Rental truck (U-Haul)...my advice to you is... Do not Rent a U-Haul Truck here or Buy an Tires from this 2 Knuckleheads.....will Call U- Haul Management and let them know a bout their satellite U-Haul Busyness at this location (1905 E. Bay shore RdEast Palo Alto.. go figure....

This is not your typical Uhaul place. Its a tire repair shop that also rents Uhaul trucks/vans. There is also no store (if you expect to buy packing material).Service was excellent, quick and personal.

Marshann was so incredibly helpful, professional and kind. I ended up having to use the Uhaul longer (my dad had passed making my move time longer than expected) and she was so understanding and made sure that everything went smoothly. I would definitely use the service here again! Thank you so much Marshann!
