Wakes Carpentry just completed a 3 month renovation of our home. We took an old attached garage and made it into a Master Bedroom Suite with bath, walk in closet and laundry area. It came out magnificent and better than I imagined. They also replaced many windows, repaired roofing problems, ceilings, doors, crown molding, base boards and new siding for the entire home. We had a new Heating and Air conditioner with 3 zones installed and a new water heater. The work went on and on. But the one thing that can be said is that all sub contractor’s that Tom uses are excellent and we passed every inspection with Town of Hampton. The relationship was such that Tom listened to our needs and concerns and performed the tasks of this total remodel in an exemplary manner. We are very pleased in the way the whole project was handled. We recommend Wakes Carpentry for you home repairs or remodels. We want to Thank all the people who worked for us and for your excellent work. My home is beautiful and no longer a Handy Man style home. It is as professionally done as if it was built new.

I am very pleased that I decided to use Wake’s Carpentry for my bathroom project. I was given a quote up front and that was what I paid. They were able to schedule the work while I was on vacation and it was complete when I got home. The work is of high quality and we think the bathroom looks great. Perhaps best of all is that i was contacted immediately when a small issue arose and it was handled over the phone. I look forward to having them do more work at my house.

We had been putting off having our front porch redone, in part due to reluctance to deal with the whole contractor process. When we finally decided to move forward we wanted to deal with a local contractor and previous reviews led us to Wakes Carpentry. We couldnt have made a better choice! Tom and Dustin made the whole process completely smooth. Their price was fair, their communication was great, and their work quality...wow! We love our new porch.
