Well, I reached out through their online form to see about touring the facility for my grandmother and nobody ever responded to me. Not a single phone call or e-mail whatsoever. I guess you dont want the business then. Dont bother with them, because they very obviously dont care. As much as Ive done for her, it still absolutely appalls me when people act this way towards her or even towards me when Im doing something for her. People nowadays care more about the money than they do the senior citizens. Enjoy the one star. Dont bother reaching out to us after the fact. You can conveniently lose my contact information... Permanently.

THE WOODLANDS, is a great place to live.The staff is outstanding. RAHZHEENS STEWARD the community manager is a outstanding person. She cares about the residents in this senior complex and work very hard to address any issues that the residents may have. with a smile and understanding what needs to happen . NICOLE JACKSON leasing specialist is a very kind and sweet person. very respectful and listen, to what it is that you may need addressed . I love both of these young ladies, they are very professional . I hope that management knows how great they are..
