If you are looking into finding an apartment around this area, please look somewhere else. These apartments are roach infested, poorly built, and have mold inside of kitchen cabinets. Trying to get a hold of maintenance personnel is 50/50 if you do it trough the resident portal either they will come or not but will come if you call their emergency maintenance number. Maintenance personnel are below average and will always find an excuse to not complete a job or state there is nothing wrong, pest control will come weekly and will not try to stop growth/spread of any insects/roaches and they will not clean up after themselves. Leasing office personnel will feel sorry for you when issues get brought up to their attention and forget all about you after sending an unqualified maintenance person to your home to not fix the problem.

I recently toured the property. It was gorgeous !! The renovations truly make Cambridge look like an entirely different community! The unit was so spacious, I absolutely LOVE the bathroom in the 1 bedroom unit I saw. The staff is amazing and so friendly ! I’m in the market to move and Cambridge is a HUGE contender for my potential new home !

I recently moved in and cannot believe how at home I feel! The office ladies were so helpful throughout my entire process & maintenance has been amazing. My apartment is so spacious and I cant wait to finish decorating :)

We have lived here since August 27. Every appliance in our kitchen has had an issue, leaking, broken, or non-functional. There was trash in our supply closet when we moved in. There are COCKROACHES, bugs, flies, spiders and other nastiness all over. Paint work is terrible, siding of the townhouse is very dirty and falling apart, there is paint overspray every where. Our living quarter was obviously not walked through before our arrival. Management team is non responsive regarding issues. The redeeming factor is the maintenance staff. They are quite obviously over-worked and under appreciated, they are all very nice and professional.This place needs a more responsive leasing team, more effective grounds work, pest control and above all better quality control.

Took a tour and was very pleased with the way the leasing consultant took her time and explained everything to me. The leasing consultants name was Theresa Dellaratta. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

The staff here is amazing. Situations are resolved in a timely manner. We are informed, reminded and updated on all community and in-house events! The environment is very welcoming, warm and pleasant! Entering and exciting the office there greetings are very motivating!!! Thank you for the making me feel like I’m at a home away from home!!!!

I love living at Cambridge apartments. They were so helpful with moving from out of state, more than I could have ever asked for. The staff are always so kind and helpful. If I ever have an issue they are quick to resolve it. I would highly recommend looking into living here if you are looking for a great place to live!

I moved away from here a few months ago. I absolutely love the office staff, and the cost of living here wasnt too bad, but there were just too many maintenance/pest issues (maybe I had one of the shoddier units, but if thats the case, it really shouldnt have been rented out). There was virtually no weathering on my doors and windows, so my power bill was always high in spite of how upstairs always felt too hot or too cold, depending on the weather. The crown molding was worn out and cracking, and paint was always peeling from the ceiling. Water was also always finding its way into my kitchen. The floorboards always squeaked and creaked so loudly. As for the pests, there was a flea infestation from the moment I moved in, and there was always a presence of roaches (though an effort was made to exterminate, and I know what a pain those buggers can be). One time I called emergency maintenance because my carbon monoxide alarm was going off, and I had no idea what it meant. The man who showed up to fix it complained very loudly to us about how he was just stepping out the door to go home when we called. It turned out the batteries were just low (Thank God), but he made an even bigger ordeal, saying we shouldnt have called.Maybe a newer or more renovated unit wouldve been better, because like I said, the office staff was *AWESOME* and the community facilities were like nowhere else. Id say if youre looking to move here, just make sure you check the unit out in person first.

Living at Cambridge wasn’t too bad. Maintenance is very quick so I loved that about Cambridge. My only issue was hearing every foot step and conversation upstairs plus my neighbors upstairs sometimes had the hallway smelling like weed but I can’t blame Cambridge for that. Also towards the end of my stay at Cambridge I noticed there was a water bug somewhere in my apartment almost everyday, which was the main reason I left. Even after requesting pest control, I just continued seeing them in my kitchen and bathroom and it freaked me out.

This is a friendly and caring staff! They work hard to make you feel at home. Never had any issues if I needed anything to get done. Very timely.

I recently moved into the apartment site unseen, listed online. The staff and maintenance crew went out of their way to get the property prepped and ready to move in. Juans Light maintenance problem upon moving in and I had barely hung the phone up before maintenance was here to take care of it and was resolved. The staff is friendly helpful maintenance is wonderful. The development is presently getting the entire property a complete facelift interior and exterior. They have done a great job, and continue to put a lot of effort out to be sure their tenants are happy. Very pleased with my choice.

I moved here recently the staff is amazing. The community is well kept and quiet. I commend them on their maintenance as well professionally and do the work ina timely manner no hassle no wait. Excellent family oriented community.

I love it here at Cambridge. Its a very welcoming and safe community. The staff is very helpful. If you have an issue they are on it quickly. The property is very well maintained. Facilities are always working on the grounds whether it be planting flowers or cleaning the common areas. The location is great no matter where you work in the Hampton area. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

I called this morning and spoke with Jade and was able to get a tour and application completed the same day. She was very patient, friendly and gave clear and informative information. The complex is clean and well-kept. I can’t wait to move into this place!

Cambridge has the nicest apartments Ive seen around the whole area. The value is incredible for what you get, all stainless steel appliances. I highly suggest you check out these apartments if you are trying to look for somewhere nice! The customer service is top tier and all the facilities around the area are top notch.

The worst apt complex Ive ever lived in, they keep erasing the pics i put up.. They filed a lawsuit & lied when i have papers showing they owe me, staff lies, apt was molded times 25 & ruined everything I owned & they lied acted as if they would pay for the damages, but new staff came in & acted as though they wouldnt help when I should just sue the apt complex...my health is back to normal I have pics & videos as evidence & they still didnt care to fix things in my apt...my new leather couch, queen beds, clothes, shoes, plus were damaged, destroyed, molded, black, & peeling & they did nothing...they charged me 1 months rent twice as well & owe me money.... YET THEY TRY TO TELL YOU ITS FIXED AND NOTHING IS WRONG.. YOU RUINED EVERYTHING I OWNED... I ASKED YOU TO FIX IT EVERY WEEEK CHECK THE EMERGENCY AND MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PLEASE AND STOP THE LIES. I only lived there 9months from day 1 they said theyd fix it before I moved. then theyd help move everything out,they said. then they did the 7layers floors with all my groceries, furniture, clothes, business & shoes now ruined & decayed with mold, how is that wear and tear, Jordans, Gucci, dolce & Gabbana, plus dont just start to peel in 3months after bought...my sectional, queen size, & king size bed frame were all new & damaged & trashed. I had health problems living there that I told your head managers and employees about when my face started breaking out & rashing. my hair started falling out, I was sleepy, achy, depressed, upset with how they wouldnt help or fix it. They violated many hampton/Newport news rules & regulations & would have had a fine out the door. the attic & insulation didnt exist either.

I’ve live in Cambridge for about a year and eight months and it’s been nice. They really work with you and are very kind. I always have friendly and good neighbors very dog friendly one of my favorite parts personally. The units are nice especially the nice yard.

I have been living here since late June and I love it!! The first thing that drew me here was the dog park and the optional fenced in back yard. Let me tell you, it was hard to find a place with a fenced in back yard for my dog and right as I was getting discouraged I found Cambridge!Before I even moved here I talked with a current tenant and she had nothing but good things to say about the community and the staff, and I would have to agree with her!The maintenance technicians are great as well!Anytime I put in a work order they respond in no time and help me with whatever I need. Just the other night I requested a new air filter and I was stunned when I got a knock on my door the very next morning.Thank you for being amazing!

Cambridge apartments became our first home moving here to VA. Samatha was our lease helper and she did amazing when doing all of our paperwork long distance. Everything was professionally done and made it very simple to deal with. We really enjoyed living here. It’s really nice you have an option for a nice little backyard. The outside storage room is great! Maintenance takes care of our staff in a short period of time. The ladies at the lease office are great! They are very active to the apartments community. They have events every month! Which we really appreciate.

I love living at Cambridge. ALL of the staff are welcoming, attentive and professional. This includes maintenance and grounds staff, too. My home is comfortable and affordable. The neighborhood is generally pretty quiet and always kept neat and clean and any maintenance issues that arise are dealt with quickly and properly.I love the monthly events that are planned for residents, too.

Cambridge is a great place to live. The apartments are relatively affordable. Maintenance works really hard to upkeep the property. They are always doing something on the property to keep it clean. I have never seen the property looking unkempt. The apartments look relatively brand new from the outside despite being built in the 70s. They sweep the apartment corridors regularly. If you have a maintenance issue they come fix it same day if urgent or within a few days. As far as the inside, if you get a renovated apartment it comes with stainless steel appliances and w/d which is great. No place is perfect and we have had our issues, but they always got resolved quickly just by talking with the front office. Gym is nice and spacious with plenty of equipment. You need a fob key to get in which is great for late night safety. Mail boxes are right outside your front door, so no need to walk far. This has been the best apartment i have lived at so far and i am surprised because the pricing is affordable. The roads are nice and wide, so no worries about your car getting hit. You have your own designated parking spot that is decently sized right outside your door. The big trees near the parking spaces offer shade for your car as well. You have front and back accessibility if your apartment is on a street. Our back patio is spacious with some green grass and a gate to leave the patio if you want. Front office is always gracious despite what they may have to deal with all day. Overall, my husband and i love it here. We would live here for the rest of our time in Virginia if we could. But unfortunately we have to move due to other circumstances. I have only had one big issue and that is the thin walls between apartments. You can hear your neighbors fairly well, but thankfully my neighbors were respectful and kept noise to a minimum. But there is nothing much you can do. I assume it is this way because of old building planning.

Moving is stressful alone.. especially 2500 miles away, Jade made it a lot easier with great customer service and promptly communicating throughout the process!My daughter and I arrived today for move in and so far so good. Complex and unit was as explained and were excited with our new move.. thanks again Jade!

I’ve lived here for about 8 months now in a townhome that’s newly renovated. I love my place and the area is really quite, minus a few incidents here and there that the neighbors have. There is a really bad bug problem here and I don’t understand how or why it is. Pest control does come and do the job even though one of my request wasn’t filled I’m guessing due to COVID, but it’s starting to get bad again. I wish they would power wash the outside of the places too because the spider webs and such on the doors and mailbox and windows are a lot especially when I’m entering my home with small children. All in all, minus those 2 issues, I’ve had a great experience so far living here and the office staff is really nice and helpful

I moved in with friends that already lived in Cambridge and then after I had to be added to the lease I realized they were all great in the leasing office! They helped me get my own apartment in cambridge and I love it here

We really do enjoy living here but we have had so many problems in this apartment since we moved in. Since we moved in about a year ago we have constantly had a cockroach problem because of Cambridge’s terrible response time to our complaints it got exponentially worst. They first sent their maintenance which had no idea on how to get rid of the cockroaches and it seemed they did not want to invest the money in helping their tenants but 10 months later they finally decided to contract terminex an actual vendor to help us get rid of the cockroaches. The reason we are STILL having the cockroach problem is because the weather stripping in our front and back door are non existent and we contacted Cambridge and they said they would get maintenance out to fix it but never put a work order in for it. Also which is interesting when they raised our rent almost $300, which is well over 20% and claimed “property values” went up when a new apartment in Cambridge is worth what we are paying when we do not have a renovated apartment. Very disappointed.

Cambridge is one of the better apt complexes around because they have a great leasing staff. It’s a great location for me, being so close to everything and being a nice neighborhood for my children.

Such an awesome area to live. Gorgeous community, great neighbors, an excellent pool and an awesome gym. The staff in the office is supper friendly and any maintenance request are completed almost instantly!! Extra bonus’ it is close to the highway for work commute and super easy access to just about any store you could ask for.

I recently moved to Cambridge and I absolutely love it. They have the best gym in the area by far. Maintenance is super fast and helpful. The people in the office a super friendly and always helpful, too. I always see people working around the grounds and it is a nice area. Neighbors have been friendly, too. I would recommend this place to others. It is reasonable and a nice place to live.

By far the best apartment staff Ive worked with on the peninsula. Moving in was seamless and the apartment was pristine. When it was discovered the refrigerator was not cooling properly, they had a new refrigerator in my apartment within an hour.

I enjoy living here for the past year. Everytime I place a maintenance order someone comes and fix it with 24-48 hours. Samantha and Jade always provide world class customer service to all my needs. The fact they remember my name where I’m from and other details about makes me feel right at home. I have recommended to two of my military partners to stay here and now they reside here. Dont be fooled when the leasing agent calls the APARTMENT a home because you are not getting a home. You are getting an apartment and all the BS that comes with it. Be sure to check the apartment and make sure you go into the actual apartment you will be living in to make sure it is up to your standards before you sign the lease because their standards are low and you will be disappointed.Got one of the Renovated apartments (The Abby). It was half-***, dirty and disgusting. The a/c Vents were covered in mountains of dust and were just painted over. The kitchen & bathroom floors looked like chickens lived in there, the oven and stove top were crusty, fridge and faucets had mold and didnt even look like they were cleaned. The carpet was CRUNCHY, heavily worn in the high traffic areas, and paint over-spray along the edges. The window seal looked like the have never been cleaned before and Best of all, the base boards & lower walls in the bathroom had the previous residents PUBES painted over and sealed in the walls for all ETERNITY. Which means the apartment wasnt cleaned prior to the renovation. Many of the things above were taken care of however, it should have been done the 1st time. Who would sell a home in this condition?I lived at Cambridge for 4 months. I broke a 9 month lease. Upon move out my apartment was immaculate. Everything was left in a better condition than we found it in. They decided to charge me $35 to stretch the carpet. They also charged me a Turn Fee of $533. They told my it was the cost of them getting the apartment ready for me. I understand that this is what I signed for when I broke my lease however, this is not was explained to me and I went into the office at least 4 times regarding the cost of breaking my lease. I think thats BS that I would have to pay that full cost due to the apartment being in such a poor condition when we moved in and finding that most of it was half-ass. Whatever, Its cool Ill pay it but, theyre going see me on all your review sites.The office staff was great depending on who you got. The new girl has a stank ass attitude and like to play games when youre talking to her on the phone. The property manager is straight GARBAGE! Good luck getting a hold of her if a situation gets escalated. Such a coward.Maintenance team was fast but dont do the best job. They came to unclog one of our bathroom sinks. He used this hand pumped suction thing on the drain that caused all the muk, grime, spit, snot, and hair from who knows how many years to splatter all over the counter, the mirrors, walls, ceiling, blinds, and our laundry. He didnt even attempt clean it up. My favorite part was when I went to brush my teeth and my toothbrush smelled like shit. Upon further inspection it had gunk all over it. Thanks Cambridge Maintenance team! Youre the best!With all that being said the Cambridge community is quiet, the property is beautiful and the amenities provided such as, the gym, park, computers/printer and coffee machine were nice and convenient. However, based on my experience and the fact I used to be a leasing agent and would be embarrassed if I worked here I would not recommend this apartment complex.

Awesome customer service.. I have been looking for a new home and have not been able to decide due to poor customer service; however, as soon as I walked in and spoke with Jade Randles who was amazing and so helpful I knew Cambridge would be my new home! She is really great and worked with me to find the apartment that I was looking for! Her customer service was amazing the complex had everything I was looking for! Also they work with military(which I am) and offer the RPP program which she informed me about! Highly recommend

The communication is excellent. The property staff is always willing to assist. Maintenance replies as soon as i put a order in. I can HONESTLY say i like it hear and this is the 1 property that i am really comfortable at. I will continue to renew my lease until i buy my house(5 YEAR PLAN). I have referred 3 people here. I LOVE IT HERE.

From inquiring, moving in and updating they’re there every step of the way...making all the process easier and smooth. Maintenance are excellent as well! Had them come out to work some stuff @ the apartment..waiting time is very short and finishes the job quickly. We have a town home with 3 bedroom and for the price that we got it for..UNBELIEVABLE! It was the best price in compare to other apartment.. and for the parking space, Its right outside my door!So far i have nothing but good experience here and i recommend this place 100%! Give it a try! I know you won’t regret it.

Well...from the very moment we have moved here it has been No peace. This company that owns the Cambridge apartments have made it their full agenda to discriminate against my health and my religion and oh, A claim that I am making cash sales out my home. Which I will go back to but...I dont report a lot of things, but someone on their particular team has a young man among other young men that comes in and out of their home who broke into our vehicle and stole my husband wallet roughly about A month ago. And furthermore, the one kind neighbor thats in the military just like my husband informed us about somethings because they have had run ins with such A matter as well. The particular neighbor was seen, taking a package off my door according to that neighbor then later given to me as it was A accident.The funny thing with that is any mail tampered with from someones else mailbox is federal and its illegal. Now...lets hop back to accuracy concerning my online business. My customers make all purchases online and their mostly from my home state Houston, Tx. I have proof by sale records that I have yet to make one sale in the state of Virginia. Hmm...how do A online purchase equals to cash sales out A apartment home no customer has A direct apartment number to? Going to google with assumptions gave you proof that A cash sale was made?Because I recieve personal and business mail and packages at my home? So UPS theyre coming to make a cash purchase? FedEx theyre coming to make A cash purchase? Oh! DHL is coming to make A cash purchase?That reads like a accusation. When my customers make A online purchase which isnt cash, I can schedule for A pickup which is my business, and I can hop in my vehicle and go to A delivering company I choose to deliver my products which is not cash and off the eyesite and premises of 5128 Goldsboro Dr. Hampton, Va 23605.And furthermore without A apartment number its A deadend is in not? Delivery companies can deliver packages and mail. And I can recieve packages and mail. Your fishing ignorance. There isnt one person who can give you proof they know my home and that they put cash into my hands for A purchase. I dont even accept cash and need proof A purchase was made.So were being threaten to move in 21 days on that. And oh, me as A residence email is blocked. I wonder do the corporate office knows about that? I wonder do the corporate office knows that their allowing A company team member run heavy traffic out their residence? Or...do they know when night comes all these individuals is living their? Aggressively running up and down stairs making loud club type noises at unacceptable hours?I even read and saw one previous resident show pictures of his restroom. Its funny mine starting to look the same exact way. I dont go to their office because I feel prejudice, and Virgina is A slavery state so...its no suprise that I feel as A Hatian and African Decent their prejudice and Agenda towards my family. Be mindful of the neighbors they take all their time and aim it towards you, your race and your religion.

Maintenance are prompt and sometime they are there within ten minutes. Staff the women in the office are very social and happy and LISTEN to your issues and take time with each residents. The housekeeper makes sure everything is taken care of. I dont have an apartment I rent I have s home and I dont want to move. It is a beautiful place to live.

I have never had a problem. Each and every time I needed help they were there to do the job. My neighbors are great the neighborhood is the best. The staff really keeps the place well clean around the trash bins and living areas. I would also say that you are living in a great place when the staff takes the time to learn your name and do not make you feel that you are just a number. So, if you are looking for a great place to live Cambridge is IT!!!!

The staff have been very friendly from the time i walk into the door to the time i leave. If you have a problem they r on it to solve the issue at hand. Very quiet besides the kids outside when its warm. The renovation they are doing is great, a new club house and pool area and grill area and big dogie park and play ground for the kids. I feel safe and at ease being here and most stores are in walking distance if you dont have a car.

I love the community, it’s super diverse and all the new amenities are great and convenient! Location is near everything I need including interstate. Jade and the entire Staff is always willing to provide and help when needed.

Came in needing a new apartment but couldnt move in when one was open. They held the apartment for me till I could. Door stopped latching and they fixed it within an hour. Always hold my packages for me and know me by face when I come in. Great customer service and willing to help with what is needed and always friendly. Recommend this complex 100%

Let me start off by saying ...THE CAMBRIDGE ROCKS...I LOVE LIVING IN THIS WELL ROUNDED SAFE COMMUNITY.YESTERDAY I HAD A HARD DAY AND WHEN I GOT TO THE RESIDENCE THEY OFFERED THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY BIG CROCK POTS OF SOUP UNLIMITED DO IT YOURSELF GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES, BOTTLED WATER,SODA, CROUTONS,&CRACKERS. I TELL YOU IT MADE MY DAY .I HAVE RELOCATED FROM NEW YORK AND IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE .I PLAN ON BEING A RESIDENT FOR THE ENTIRETY OF MY LIFE. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY TOWNHOUSE.THE CLOSET SPACE ALONE IS TO DIE FOR,MY BACKYARD IS ADORABLE AND TO HAVE A VIEW OF A LAKE IS BREATHTAKING.TO WAKE UP EVERYDAY LIVING IN THE CAMBRIDGE IS A TRUE BLESSING.THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COURTEOUS AND THEY DEFINITELY PUT THE RESIDENTS NEEDS AND WANTS FIRST.IF I NEED A REPAIR WITHIN THE HOUR SOMEONE FROM MAINTENANCE IS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TO DO THE WORK.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO RAISE CHILDREN OR JUST IF YOUR STARTING YOUR LIFE OVER SUCH AS MYSELF TO BECOME A RESIDENT OF THE CAMBRIDGE.LIVING AT THE CAMBRIDGE IS A DREAM COME TRUE AND TRUST AND BELIEVE THIS FORMER NEWYORKER IS LIVING PROOF THAT THERE IS LIFE HAPPILY EVER AFTER.APPLY TODAY LOOK NO FURTHER IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. Weve lived here for almost a year now and everyone who works here is amazing. Ive never had any problem with the workers. The women in the front office are so sweet. And all the maintenance men work hard and will help you with anything

Donna was super helpful, I went in to the leasing office just to ask a few questions before coming in to apply and she walked me through an apartment and helped me with the questions I had. Im excited about applying here and look forward to dealing with Donna in the future. Shes definitely amazing!

Love how spacious the apartment is and the school district. The maintenance team is awesome considering all of the issues the apartments have. I have been here going on 4 years and have been complaining about how I cant park in my parking spot when it rains. My neighbors have complained as well and as you can see the issue has never been resolved. Thank goodness this will be my last year here.

Ieesha was great and very welcoming. There was no drama and the grounds are well kept! Will update after my wife and I move in.

I’ve finally had enough and am done trying to be positive. I’m currently writing this early in the morning trying to sleep in and all I hear is squeak thud squeak thud. That’s all I’ve been hearing for the past months. I Hear EVERYTHING the people above me do or say, even their dog! I’ve complained about it to the manager and we’re moving to a townhouse where we have to pay more money for what we should already have! I want to be compensated for all the sleep I have lost! This apartment isn’t worth the amount they lost it for and they cheat you out of your money. We also have had so many other problems from the apartment not being properly looked at from when we moved in ( 10 different issues) to our water heater breaking and it taking 3 days to fix. I understood that they needed to order it, it was the fact that the maintenance team had no idea they had to drain the tank leading to our apartment flooding multiple times in those three day. Also people park in other peoples parking and on the yellow line making it hard to get into your parking spot. The only good thing about this place is the friendly staff members they actually do their job.

This place is really turning around. they are changing everything and making it so much nicer. it really is a different complex than it was years ago. the maintenance guys and the office staff are all so helpful!

Cambridge has a fantastic and friendly leasing staff, the were very helpful during my move in. I never had any issues living here and maintenance was timely and it was very rare I had to contact any one to fix anything. I really enjoyed living here.

I’ve looked a ton of places and this has far the best gym, leasing staff, and dog park!!! Is definitely top 3 on our list!!!!

My daughter had been living here almost two years. I don’t like it, Where I’m from the state would of closed this place down with all the problems she has experienced. She goes on deployment this year and she will not be moving back to these apts. You are doing patch work and not fixing the problems. This was her choose not mine, but I will most definitely speak up next time..

If theres anyone looking for a new apartment id highly suggest Cambridge. When you first turn in to go the the office its reminds me of a fancy Resort. Its maintained really go they have a clean up crew that walks around every morning and picks up trash. I love CAMBRIDGE

I have been here going on 3 years now. I love the staff especially Victoria P. She was extremely helpful and professional with my transfer process. Maintenance is cool and on time. I only had 2 issues with them and Victoria got it straight for me. Other than that it is a nice place to live with affordable prices. IJS!

Ive lived here for a year now and I can say that the property has been great! Very quiet and clean. Any problems Ive had they are very responsive in getting it fixed. They are always making new improvements to the grounds and I am excited about the new clubhouse they are building!

I really enjoyed my apartment! It was spacious and fit my needs. The girls in the office were always great! Teya was super helpful and happily answered all of my questions! I have no complaints! :-)

Great pace to live and at a great price. Maggie C at the front office is amazing any issues you may possibly encounter she will annihilate! If the problem come slinking back shell give It a double dose of the beat down so you know it wont bother you ever again. And shell do it all with a smile. She truly makes sure things get done!

Ok everyone. I have lived here for almost a year and in all that time I have had about 5 mice in my house total. I’m A stay-at-home mom and I’m ALWAYS cleaning but I guess that’s not enough. I have a 9 month year old that gets into everything so it’s unfortunate that I am having to deal with nasty illness-carrying mice running around. Also, there are rat-eaten holes in my storage closet right outside my apartment so I’m sure that a lot of them are somehow coming in through this sort of opening in my backdoor that I just so happened to notice today. And I NEVER OPEN MY BACKDOOR nor keep my front door opened for long. Their maintenance is great but this place MUST do something about these problems or at least do better with pest control. The first time my husband saw one, I called maintenance and they checked everywhere for holes in areas they could be and found none. Only put down a few traps and then left. I had to spend over $150 so far in mice traps just to get rid of them and caught four. Now, I am currently dealing with a fifth one as we speak (Heard sounds his morning). So I would advise EVERYONE to NOT move here because if you don’t like mice, this is not the place for you...

The leasing office staff are so helpful and friendly. Very fast on maintainance work orders. They care about noise complaints and prioritizing parking for the people that live here. Clean playground, dog park, grills and pool on site. Great prices and glad to be here.

We moved here from next door at Abbington. So far we LOVE Cambridge and have only had minor issues. I must admit though I do hate that my park is beside the storm drain :( but besides that everything is well. Jade in the rental office is always SUPER SWEET and helpful! She is usually the person I talk to when I visit or call. Thanks for caring about residents Jade!

The grounds were beautiful and the leasing staff were so helpful. I fell in love with the Abbey floorplan online, and decided to check out the property the same day. There was not one available to see however the consultant showed me the model style home and pointed out the differences to the Abbey. She also showed me the youtube video with the exact layout. Hoping my husband loves the community as much as I did! Plus I cant wait to check out all the restaurants near by!

I just moved here recently and so far everything is great! i looked at quite a few places and this one had everything i was looking for. the office staff has been nice from the behinning and the maintenance men who i have met are very helpful! i hope to be here for a while!

After a talk with the nice people at the office the issues I had with this apartmeant were resolved promptly. I thank them for there consideration and timely response to my initial complaints.

I will admit the apartments have a decent amount of space but the apartments are very old, Notice how the leasing office is BRAND NEW. water spots on ceiling where they just paint over. Before we officially moved and the first 2-3 weeks had a rat issue, Of course insect issues. They did have a break in next door was another issue. Maintenance is decent and fixed most issues in a timely manner. Be noted once you move they start acting funny. We only stayed a year and was ready to leave after the first month.

This is my first apartment, I picked Cambridge because of the warm customer service Ms. Donna provided. She walked me through the entire process and even shared decorating tips with me. I am happy to be here and look forward to the new clubhouse coming this spring! I recommend this community!

The spacious townhomes are so worth it! They have the best price around for the square footage. plus the pool looks great for summer!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The process of applying and getting my new place went very smooth with the assistance of Maggie at the front office. The town home I moved into was everything expected and in great condition and very clean upon receiving the keys.

This is wonderful and well staff community with great customer services and a new stylish clubhouse on the way. This community is well groom and always improving its property. Great place to live specially since its my first.

It is a beautiful property snd the staff who work here and super helpful. I havent ever had an issue they cant fix. They are quick too and very professional.

I came home from work and noticed that the apartment was unusually warm, and continued to get warmer throughout the evening . I put in a repair request, and the matter was taken care of with no delay.

The grounds a nicely kept, maintenance is quick to fix issues and the office ataff is very friendly. We enjoy the newly renovated amenities and community activities.

Im a new resident and I have no complaints the neighborhood is quiet and the office staff is very friendly. The townhouses are spacious and clean. Love my new place!
