Hello, I moved into Fox Hill apartments a year ago but I never really had anything to review about because things werent being fixed and cared for, but now .......All of a sudden we have a whole new management that has come in and taken over and make a difference in so many ways so quickly that I just had to stop what I was doing and to let people know that this is an excellent place to live and the management is just spectacular!! Nikis our manager now in the office, he is excellent at what he does with working with people and he gets the job done and if he cant by himself yes he will find someone who can promptly! I have had much needed work done that was necessary in the last 3 months that I have not had in the 9 months from our old management company, so I know things are very different here for the positive !!! I just have to commend the crew !!! Kellys our new maintenance man and hes non-stop helping people with any necessary fixing of things n is just an all-around great guy helping residents with whatever needs they have without question always offering assistance!!! Woo is our other maintenance man who sure gets the job done as well!! I have no complaints now of where I live. Without a doubt I would recommend living here without thinking twice now, I feel safer now to live here more so than I ever did before! ! Its close to the beach, and the residents are very kind and thoughtful I feel blessed to live here now!!! My hat is off to our new management team!!!! Their name is First Communities we all welcome them !!!!Rene Baker

For the price and location its a great place to live. The maintenance team is quick responding and fix multiple issues in the same day! Polite and understanding people as well.

I have been a tenant for a month and a half. Overall, a nice place to live. Lekeisha has exceeded my expectations. She is always willing to answer my questions and makes me feel valued as a resident. I know she is busy, but she is willing to have a conversation when previous managers have made me feel like they are only after my rent money. However, this place has a water bug issue. The bug issue makes me miss my old apartment complex.

Our garbage disposal broke and needed to be replaced; Mark from maintenance was both friendly & polite & replaced/fixed our garbage disposal in less than 20 minutes

Lakeisha is a wonderful manager!! She has made my move to this area and this apartment complex very easy, pleasant and smooth!!My apartment is great! Its peaceful here and everyone Ive met so far have been friendly!!!

I love living here always helpful for whatever I need been here two years now and I can say honestly that the office manager is great

I am very happy to have moved into Fox Hill Apartments. Lakeisha Moore is the property manager and an absolute Delight to work with. She is extremely professional and very courteous, not to mention very helpful! I highly recommend moving in here. I have gone to many other places and not experienced the exceptional customer service I have had here. This is a very quaint place to live in and the atmosphere and people are a delight.

She showed me around and answered all my questions, thank you for the prompt responses to my emails. I would love to give her a 10but only have 1-5. She is an asset to the company and community!!!!!

Finding Foxhill Apartments was love at first sight. Once I looked at the reviews online I felt comfortable enough to do my application process, and make a deposit to secure a move in date. Upon meeting Lakeisha property manager she is very polite and helpful. She is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns. Even on a day Lakeisha was out Ms Wendy was filling in she was very nice and helpful. Since moving in Ive met Gideon maintenance supervisor he takes his job seriously. Hes knowledgeable about my concerns and has addressed all of my requests in a timely manner. Overall the team here works well together and made my move in process more relaxed and feel like home.

Lekeshia Moore the Property Manager has been extremely helpful and kind during my move in process. Just when I started to get a little anxious, she was prompt with responding to me. She has made my experience very plenty thus far. Ms. Moore is very professional, and her personality is delightful.

This is more than an apartment complex it is a community where neighbors talk to neighbors and kids play on the playground. The grounds are well manicured and property is a little older but well maintained. Property maintenance is handled by Gideon and Aida who are wonderful. You can often see them chatting with the residents and they are always smiling and quick to wave hello. The property manager Keisha is the reason I chose to live here, she made it an easy transition and is always there is you have a question or concern. Always smiling and happy to see you. I highly recommend Fox Hill!

I came on two separate occasions to inquire about moving into these apartments. Both times I came during their office hours and no one was there. I called to make an appointment to view an apartment and I arrived at the proper time and again no one was there. I waited for ten minutes then left. How can you run an a papa down not have people there to greet possible future residents?

The application process was fast and easy.I received an approval within 48 hours of submitting my application. Lekeshia was professional, and answered all of my questions. I look forward to getting settled in my new home very soon.

Ms. Moore has been extremely pleasant and helpful, willing to answer all of my questions. Maintenance staff (can’t remember his name) was also willing to hear all of my concerns and has assured me that they will be taken care of. I really appreciate their willingness and positive disposition! In an era with such poor customer service (including my last apartment complex), interaction with this staff has definitely been a breath of fresh air.

I had fun viewing Fox Hill Apartments yesterday. The manager there was very nice and helpful. She made me feel welcomed, and told me everything about Fox Hill Apartments. Fox Hill Apartments are nice and clean, with nice friendly people, and in a safe neighborhood. I would like to move here one day.

Ive been living at Fox Hill apartments for six years. If you are looking for a quiet and clean community to be apart of, then this is the place to live. Ms. Keisha is always nice, helpful and welcoming. Gideon is on top of things the same day you put in a maintenance request. Ms. Ida makes sure the buildings are smelling good and the entrance is always clean. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would definitely give Fox Hill Apartments a 10.

July 2017 made 7 yrs I have been living at Fox Hill apartments.The maintenance and housekeeping staff are awesome people .Any needs I have are addressed quickly by Gideon who is very patient and respectful .There are things that could be addressed by the company that Management has no control over..Management did get them to give me new carpet which is awesome.At this time I intend to remain a resident unless there continue to be an increase. in my rent then I will be forced to move. Also young men that are not tenants at Fox Hill are lottering, disturbing the peace and littering late at nightIf my safety become an issue I will regrettably have to make decision to move.

Omg !! I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE with my leasing consultant Lekeshia Moore!! She is great when it comes to delivering phenomenal customer service !!! Because....Wow!!! I myself enjoyed her Accommodating, polite, friendly, and extremely caring attitude !!! SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME when leasing my apartment!!! In numerous ways!! And the best part is, Lekeshia was just doing her job!!! You are greatly appreciated For the way you handle business !!! The Fox hill apartment community must be delighted to have you on their team!!! You rock Lekeshia!!

I’ve been living here for almost a year (I WILL NOT be renewing my lease!) The first three or so months were great! If I had bugs or anything they’d send someone right away to take care of it. Well now if I try and call they don’t answer, I try going down there and it seems to me like someone is always on their “lunch break”. My neighbors are horrible people. Always making loud noises and blaring music, but when I walk across my floor the old bag downstairs bangs on the ceiling. The neighborhood is nice, but don’t like the people in the leasing office fool you, THEY DO NOT CARE. My husband and I need papers filled out to move and we’ve tried to get her to sign papers 3 times and everytime she seems to “loose them”. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Affordable, nice location and the staff are good people. The only reason I dont give a 5 star is because some of the appliances need upgrading( like the stove & refrigerator) and the laundry facility could also be upgraded with new washers and dryers.

The management team and maintence here are always on point. My needs are addressed quickly and to my satisfaction every time. Customer service is excellent. The property is maintained to a high standard.

I have lived in the Fox Hill Apartments (FHA) for over 5 years. It may be a long time to stay in an apartment community but this is why. The staff and management at FHA are the best I have met anywhere. They are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and feel more like family then service providers. As I come and go I am greeted with smiles, kind words and hugs. Have I ever had problems in the apartment, of course. Life is about problems cropping up to cause confusion in your life. When that happens I either visit the office or call the 24 hr phone line and report the issue, then I forget about it. Within hours my problem is resolved. Mr. Gideon cares for the property like it is his own. He has come out on weekends, after hours and anytime something can be fixed (or freshened up). Ms Aida stays busy making certain the interior of the buildings are clean and presentable. Ms LaKeshia is in the office doing the work the resident manager must do but she helps and manages in many ways. Ms LaKeshia plans activities as well to encourage the residents to know each other and the FHA staff. The picnics and barbecues and holiday meet and greets keep the atmosphere warm and friendly. There are even door decorating contests and egg hunts for the children. A laundry is on the premises and it cost less than at other apartments. The grounds are quiet and refreshing with benches where you can sit outside and relax. So do I miss the gym, swimming pool or club house that Fox Hill Apartments does not have? NO. I can go to the Y or join an outside club if I do. I like the feeling of home when I arrive and the peace I have when I lie down to rest. Can they do anything to improve? YES. Stop the rent increases. You dont have the unnecessary amenities that other apartments have so dont try to match them in rent charges.

My fiancé and I are so excited and so happy we finally moved in ! We moved in last Friday and everything has been so wonderful ! We were wanting to move in last year August 2017 but due to family issues we couldn’t and we came back last week and Lakesha the manager is such a sweetheart and a very amazing women and knows how to run her apartment complex ! I walked in the door she remembered exactly who I was remembered all that we wanted and got us set up and moved in 2 days later ! It’s such a beautiful place for a family and couples ! So quiet, peaceful, no loud noises, nothing suspicious and it is such a clean complex . The prices are great for the set up of the apartment as well ! We got lucky this time around to get an amazing special for 12 months it’s 100 off each rent for a 2 bed 1 bath for 12 months and it’s just enough room ! AMAZING ! Most of all the staff is so professional and on top of everything !

I give the staff: Lakeshia, Miss Aida, and Gideon 5 stars. They are always considerate and hard workers. All maintenance problems are handled promptly. The location is excellent and the grounds are routinely maintained. The apartments are older and outdated, especially the kitchens, which is usually the first thing people look at. If you are a non-smoker, like me and sensitive to smoke, it can be a daily challenge.

Great community, its like living a residential area, great landscaping, clean, nice units, and the staff is amazing!
