First time to try this salon out. Let me tell you customer service was great! My nails and feet looked good and the prices was not to bad. She did an awesome job.She loves what she does. I do recommend this place. 😊

I couldn’t understand much of what he said. However after painting my toenails sloppily, I had to ask him to clean them up. He then put a huge amount of warm lotion on my legs, (so much that it needed a towel to remove it) but instead he quickly pulled down my leggings to absorb the lotion.Also the nail drying station is FULL of lent! I won’t ever return their for services.

So freakin obsessed. Got the acrylic tips and gel coat. Designs are so unique and fun and I am always satisfied with their work. I recommend any woman or male to come here! You wont regret it!!! :)

My mom went to get her nails done and she felt the nail polish they were using was old. She told one of the employees but they assured her it wasnt. Next day, less than 24hrs, nail polish was already chipping off.

Firstly, I can tell that some of these reviews are totally fake just by the quality of the pictures theyve posted. Looks like they used stock photos of nails. While I liked the price of the mani/pedi ($45), I quickly learned you get what you pay for. Went 2 days ago and the manicure I got has to be the worst job Ive ever seen. I had a gentleman do my nails and had to keep correcting him because of the way he was shaping my nails. They were all at a slant and extremely uneven. I asked for my index fingernail to be round but after several attempts to explain, I gave up and ended with a square shape. The paint job was bad too and only lasted maybe a day before it began chipping. And I mean bad chipping like I had it for 2 weeks versus 2 days. They eventually had another guy paint and he made it better but when I asked them to redo a nail, they did not. It had a big glob of paint that looked terrible. I eventually just removed the polish altogether. My moms nails also began chipping and it looks like they didnt even clean up the polish on her toes. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Been coming here for 7+ years, and the nails last they dont fall off.. they always do a great job on my nails and pedis.. I always go with the No chip

I love this place they did me n my bestie nails n eyelashes n got us right 😁💗 just dont go on Sundays at the end of the day. They be tired 😫 and rush through the last hour. I tried to get my nails dis n they is crooked and uneven.

1. the actual shaping and fill part was really good he did great but the design is so bad, i’m painting over it when i get home, i felt bad so i tipped well, but it looks really bad.. i should’ve just done a solid color2. i took my mom out to get her nails done and she said she asked for pink nails and got a french manicure with one pink nail and she was trying to tell them and three people were standing in front of her trying to fix them and they put a design on her pink nail instead lol she was rlly upset

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and have never had an issue before today. When I got home I realized that they were extremely uneven and one side was more waxed in the center than the other eyebrow. I called to complain and they told me to go back to get it fixed and I had to pay again and they still look uneven to me. The lady said that they looked fine and that it’s because one of my eyes droop but that doesn’t explain why one eyebrow has a different shape than the other. When I raise both eyebrows it is very noticeable. Don’t come here to get your eyebrows waxed if you care about your face.

Terrible experience. First and last time going. Also not professional for them to argue if you dont like their work. Place cannot take criticism without arguing***

Thats my go to place but these last few experiences have been horrible went for a manicure and a cut down for my nails well the person that did my feet was good but the one the did my nails was horrible she cut them down and left them. Each nail was a different length and not shaped I couldnt believe it dont know her name but she sit in number 3 so dont go to her save your coins please!!! Just find a nail salon thats cares about quality not quantity!!!!

The overall experience was good I guess I got a pedicure full set n eye brows (every shop always gotta argue with me when I tell them how thin I like my brows SMH) but I wanted coffin nails and if you look at my pictures its more square than coffin imma give them 1 more chance cause I need a fix/fill in and hope I can update my reviewUpdate I like the chrome and the guy who did my nails but the customer service from the ladies there is kinda rude

Cheap polish and they rush you

I got my nails done a week ago, the next day 2 of them popped off. so I just glued them because I live too far to go back. the day after more came off.. now it’s a week later and ALL of them fell off. I will never come here again, the quality is poor and I paid 70$ for a full set.

Sloppy work

If you’re working in a nail salon, wouldn’t you know how to work with a no-chip color?!. How is it professional when I asked a question and the nail tech, ( it was a men) answers with a shoulder shrugge.!? Love your job or go do some real men job.

For The first time In a long time I decided to go back to Cali nails and they convinced me to get a no chip for the first time which I loved and she did a great job so I decide to go back and get a no chip lady wasn’t there from first time my biggest mistake by still staying and letting someone else do my nails but anyways I went on a Sunday December 30. By Monday night my nail polish peeled off So I went back Tuesday and I told her I payed $40 for a no chip why did this peel she said cuz the way I layed my hand to let it dry 🤔 okay later on that day two other nails polish start peeling, so okay r we paying for a no chip but really ain’t a no chip, or they just adding to much polish on, what’s really going on.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now. I love it! The staff is always very friendly, they greet you even when they are busy and get you started right away. Very reasonably priced and they do a great job!

I asked for a pink and white ombré on acrylic nails. WAY too thick and long even after I asked her to cut them down. $60 wasted. Had to wait 25 mins into my lunch time which was fine but when my friend sat down at the manicurists chair, that lady’s appointment arrived and she asked my friend if she could wait longer! Rude.

Lisa has talent, but she is rude. This is the only reason as to why I would never return. I gave her two visits to get it right and it didnt work. Also, she should update the business license since EXPIRED years ago. Why would you have that on display?

Unfortunately my husband took my sister, my daughter and I to Cali nails to get our nails done. The next day my daughters nails started falling off one by one. They didnt crack or nothing just the whole nails started coming off. So I called them and they told me to come in and get them fixed. They fixed them and that night her thumb nail fell off and yesterday she is without four nails. This was a gift for her before she got on the plane back to Alaska. While waiting for them to fix her nails I had them do my eyebrows. Welp now I am sitting with huge bumps around my eye brows it looks horrible. They rush. They dont take their time and theyre not practicing sanitation. When they tell you to wash your hands they have one scrub brush sitting in a bowl. No soap dispensery and one towel to dry your hands off. Im very dissatisfied after spending 150$ with them.

I have standing appointments with the technician Kay. She is prompt and does her work efficiently she does great work I highly recommend her. She is available on Sundays.

They take forever to attend to you. And when they do, if they do, they are very rude. They talk about you in your face and get defensive when you ask about prices.I would not recommend this place to anyone. There’s a place across the street that is better.

Today is march 23, 2017.I arrived here at 6 oclock there was barely anyone in here. No one greeted me. Here it is 6:45 and she now tells me I have to wait an hour .Very unprofessional. Not a good variety of colors. Basically if you dont have an appointment youll just be waiting here for nothing ! I do recommend anyone to go here. Im someone that gets there nails done once a week and this place is horrible !

They have hit or miss days. The veteran staff are good, new ones are average.

I have been going there for 20 years, since they were located across the street, and I have never had a bad experience. I love the service that I receive and would not consider going anywhere else.

Ive been going there for years but lately everytime I go there I leave disappointed. Either my nails are too thick or they rush painting my nails and leave streaks. Twice now Ive had to come back because my no chip lifted within 24 hours. Currently looking for a new nail shop.

It was okay. The manicurist did not speak English so there was a lack of communication. I also thought it strange that there was no receipt given and they requested cash.

Wednesday November 16th I went into the shop to get a no chip manicure, as it was referred to me by a friend. Two days later my nails began to chip, but they were supposed to last for about two weeks. I didnt have time to return to the shop until Sunday the 20th. Upon entering I showed them my nails and they agreed to fix them. They started but, left me sitting at a station, and switching me from station to station and taking customers ahead of me insisting they would get to me soon.After an hour of this game I had enough and just ask for my money back. Manager refuses and gets really rude. I had to call the police this lady was so impossible.She tells me i have to speak to the owner and to call M-F. I didnt want to because i didnt trust they would hear me out if I left. But after calling the police and still getting no where with her. I ask for the number....would you believe this woman hands me the shops number???????? She then says i cant give out the owners number. Im thinking wasnt that your idea in the first place.Thats not even the best part! She then tells me the owner is on vacation and wont be back until the following Friday! Yet this entire time she was saying call anytime M-F! unbelievable!

Fake no chip doesnt last a week

I went to this shop for years and put up with waiting even having appointment the last time one started on my nails she had another customer come in, so some lady she call from the back to finish my nails

Tina is not that friendly on Greenbay Road but the establishment on Grand Ave is much friendlier.

So rude !!!! Plus made me wait over 45 min for a nail repair.

Never will I ever go back! Rude, and the work is rushed, and sloppy, and their customer service sucks
