Come here once a week. I shoot for early mornings, because this place can get packed and fast. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the smell. Idk if the sewage is backed up or what, but sometimes is smells like .............. you get the point. Other than that, its good.

The place was a little crowded, but, most importantly, the place is clean. I took care of my business, quickly.

Ive never gotten such good customer service at any laundromat before. The attendant, Kris, was the sweetest, and such a hard worker! She was also constantly cleaning and straightening up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, just remember to get there **BEFORE 830** because that is there last load time. She was very polite explaining this to us though!

Drop-off wash, dry & fold services for $1/pound is well worth it! done the same day, had free & clear detergent, and super friendly service. will definitely be back.

Friendly, clean, nice place to wash your clothes

The old lady that works at night is extremely rude. I went in there to dry my clothes and I walked in she instantly asked me why I was getting quarters. Then she said that I wasnt allowed to get quarters if I wasnt using their facility so I go outside to get my things out of my car and she locked the door and told me that they were closed. You are supposed to be open until 10 but this last locked the doors at 7:50 and told me she was closed and refused to let me get quarters so I could dry my clothes elsewhere. Worse customer service ever!

Can you say washed, dried, and folded for $1 a pound AND very professional. Thank you Lord for establishments like this because sometimes I just cant!

This is my first experience at this business, and it’s leaving with me with a bad impression. While I was waiting for my laundry to dry, I was browsing social media and clicked on an instructional workout video and was proceeding to lower the volume to a low, personal level, and the attendant yelled across the room for me to put in ear phones. I did not mind doing this and understand that this is a good policy to have, however she was having an EXTREMELY loud conversation with another woman for what seemed to be at least 10 minutes. The volume of their conversation (yelling at each other even though they were standing next to one another) combined with the volume of the television which was obnoxious to bear the whole time, was borderline intolerable. If the volume of the television had been turned down a notch, perhaps the two women wouldn’t have needed to be yelling to speak. I am obviously annoyed by this because the attendant yelled across the room at me for having something playing for not even 5 seconds. I feel like better customer service skills could have been implemented there, like walking over to me and explaining the policy. Hopefully I will not have to return here.

Easy in and out. Change machines and Wi-Fi. No ability to take cards so make sure you bring cash. No ability to give change so you will want smaller bills. Has laundry service. A few washers had some mold/algae growing in them, so it would have been nice to for then to have been cleaned.

It has good washers and dryers. Its very affordable.

Last load in at 8:30 Ooen until 10pm. I got here with two small loads at 8:20 and the lady locked the door.

Attendant was extremely rude. Put first bag in an she locked my 8 yr old nephew out when he went to get other bag. It was 8:12 at this time. Told me what washer an dryers I could use. Her overall demeanor was negative.

Attendant is always there..there are security measures in place and is very clean.

Alot more machines broke than work, But easy in an out. Cheaper than most.

Very unclean, washers smell terrible, have hair in them and are downright disgusting. I tried using one of their washers and there was a TOOTH inside. Also extremely overpriced for such small washers.
