I have been coming here for a few months and I have noticed over the last couple visits less and less dryers are operable. Also, when using the hot settings on the washers very little or no water flows. I have to switch it to warm in order for water to flow and get sudsy. Lastly, access to the Wi-Fi would be great!

If I could give zero stars I WOULD!! Its trashed, dirty, change machines are empty and bathroom facility is boarded up...on top of that, half of the machines are out of order! I called months ago, when I last used the laundromat and they asked me to come back again and give them another chance. I did and the place is worse than it was. Not sure if this is the right business for yall...its failing big time.

I met the new owner and found him to be a wonderful man. He really had his work cut out for him when he took over this place. I forget his name, but wow, he has done wonders with this 24 hour facility. He refunded my money and then some, he has revamped the facility and has had close correspondence with authorities to provide a safe, clean business with quality machinery. Thank you, Sir. It used to be terrific, but over the years a new owner stepped in and raised the prices. She repainted over the old paint and did a cheap job on manicuring the inside, but it is not an optimal place to do laundry. This is the closest laundromat to my house and I will still make the commute to Gator Wash because it is nicer, better prices, and awesome owners. The dryers are not turned up all of the way so it takes way more time and more money to dry. The bathroom door doesnt even have a knob because of the prevalence of drug use. It is a sad state.

I love how the new owners have worked so hard to make the laundromat safer for customers! Cameras and a lock on the bathroom door. Theyre easy to get ahold of for any issues and tend to be in and out fixing up the place! Super kind people! Really turned this place around!

So many broken machines. I wasted my laundry detergent in to machines because I didnt see the blue tape. Then I had to wait on a dryer because so many were not working. Also, the restroom was out of service.

The washer, # 29, tumbled my slightly damp clothes around for ten minutes before there was any sign of detergent in the wash. This was 1&1/2 - 2 minutes before the rinse cycle started... Really?! I had to waste the time and money to wash them again. No answer or response to the messages I left at the number provided.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Do NOT bring your clothes here. My first and LAST time at this laundry site resulted in my clothes being STOLEN. This location has posted signs of camera surveillance that DO NOT work. The owner took two days to call me back, only to say “I’m sorry”. This was very unprofessional, a false sense of security, and UNSAFE. It is sad to say that a response to justice is only made after someone is harmed. Thank goodness I was not robbed at gun point because there would be no proof of evidence.

I was at Gulfport Laundry last weekend and the change machine took my $10.00 without giving me any quarters. I called the number listed inside the laundromat and left a voicemail with my name, number, and an explanation of what happened.About an hour later, the owner called me back. Not only did he sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but offered multiple resolutions. He even offered to mail me a check for the $10.00, if I wasnt able to get back down to the laundromat!Since I live less than a mile away, I met him down there. Once again, he apologized, and then reimbursed me the $10.00.The owner was incredibly polite and easy to work with! It makes me feel significantly more comfortable doing laundry there, knowing that if anything goes wrong, theres a real person to contact who will actually get back to you and get the problem resolved!

Place is filthy. When i went one of the washing machines had overflowed, there was two inches of water on the floor. Apparently the maintenance person or owner had been notified and they put wet floor signs out and left the slippery mess.
