Obsessed with my new gel manicure! I got a sparkly fade and its so pretty! The owner is super sweet, she came out and did my nail herself.Overall this nail salon is very clean, the ladies there are all super sweet and have great attention to detail. 10/10 would come back again!

Forgot to take a picture, but gel manicure was truly perfect. I couldnt find a single flaw - she even got all the way to the edge of my nail, which most technicians dont do for some reason. She was very meticulous and checked that the color looked the way I wanted it to before putting it under the UV light. Will definitely be going back.

I tried going in when they were almost closing tonight and they were so accommodating and let me get a manicure even though I didnt have an appointment.They didnt rush it or make me feel bad for coming in at almost closing time, they were lovely and did great work. Very kind staff and a beautiful decor and ambiance. Would recommend to anyone I know!

Im so happy about the entire experience with them! I looked up for a nail salon who knows how to do nail design and Im glad to find this place on Google. They made my nails so pretty that I always cant stop to look at. Definitely the place to go for nails.

I came to Vegas after my regular salon of two years was beginning to have horrible service. They did a full set and gel pedicure in 1.5 hrs, which was much faster than I am used to and they look and feel incredible. They took the time to ask me what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Ive already scheduled my next appointment!

I’ve been going here for months and I’ve been getting my nails done for years! Now out of no where I have nail fungas. I never got a refund because it was “under my nail” even though it was from GETTING MY NAILS DONE. The worst part is the lady seen my nail gave it a weird look, and still continued to put them on me. Then a week later I found out because someone else told me! Never go here

I hate to do this but I got my nails done and a Brazilian wax. The wax was fantastic and both ladies have always done a great job at it. And I will keep coming back for that alone. My nails however, the man that did them seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He said if i wanted the ombre design I would have to pay for dip powder when I know for a fact that even my husband could do it with regular or gel polish and then he pulled out a detail brush and absolutely demolished my nails. He left all the lines on my triangle french tip extremely dull and rounded on the sides. He kept pushing me to cure them before I looked at them and by the end they were so bulky and globular. I told them I was unhappy and they said that I would have to pay full price and come back to have them fixed for free by the best woman their but I have no time for that so I went home and drilled the polish off and fixed them myself. Next time Im asking for Julie for my nails and Jeanie for my wax and I will not let that man near my nails

I recently moved to Indy and thought I would give this place a try. In my opinion, I would not recommend. I got a full set with gel and some of the nails were very wide, one of my cuticles were cut, and I left with lots of gel polish and acrylic around my nails. Although the nail tech seemed to take their time while doing the nail itself, the painting seemed very rushed...probably why I left with polish all over the sides of my nails. In my opinion not worth almost $50 bucks. The reason I gave 2 stars was that they got me in quickly and the staff was friendly.

I felt a language barrier, but the tech was nice. Love my nail color and the level of pedicure I received for the buck was equivalent. Last minute, good service. Nice place!

Unfortunately this place is hit or miss. They have great workers. But the owner will over book app for money rather then customer service then have you waiting 30min pass your app time. Thats not good service. Customers that will come back are those that appreciate that care in detail for there specific time if theyre paying for. Some technician do a wonderful job! others will cut your cuticles back so far theyre having you bleeding. Speak up on what you want. Hopefully they will address these issues.

I used to go here and take my daughter every other week. They used to be great but now they are over booking people and rushing through everyones services. My last straw was last week when I went and I waited a hour after my appointment time my daughters nails came out bubbly, mine came out crooked and have started falling off after 5 days!!! I really would like a refund for my last visit. Dont waste your time or your money.

Only thing I can say that was negative towards Vegas Nails! I did sit in the pedicure chair a little bit longer than I should have. But other than that they are amazing I had Amy for the third time and shes one of the older ladies in the nail shop, shes amazing she knows exactly what shes doing and how to make you feel like youre beautiful thank you Amy on the bottom of my heart. First time going here and I loved it so much!! The staff was super sweet and there were plenty of people in there working so the wait wasn’t long at all. I’m always hesitant to get coffin style nails because they can sometimes end up looking super uneven but they did them literally perfect!!:)

They took good care of my wife. But totally ignored me when I kept saying that I wanted a pedicure because I thought it’d be nice to pamper myself for once. I asked several times about a pedicure and they just ignored me and kept taking care of other customers. I never been treated so rudely and Unprofessionally. I don’t think I’d ever come here again and DONT recommend you to come here. Go somewhere else.

The only reason why I am not giving this place 1 star is because the nail tech who did my hands actually did a decent job. I requested a design that was out of her element and she did well. She accidentally nipped the cuticle of my pinky but immediately apologized and wiped the blood from the small cut. Im not saying the apology made this OK in anyway, just pointing out that she had the decency to apologize and attempt to remedy the situation.Now the nail tech who did my pedicure did a HORRIBLE job. While cutting my cuticle he accidentally cut me on my big right toe. Instead of apologizing he continued with the pedicure. He didnt even acknowledge the cut. He then cut and filed my left big toe down so far that I had to snatch my foot out of his hand. He was filing my skin! When I tried to explain to him that he cut my nail way too short he picked up his nail file and attempted to CONTINUE filing the same toe! At this point I realized he did not understand English well (or was playing dumb), so I stopped him and tried to better explain. I put my feet side by side and showed him and several other Vegas nails employees that he cut it down too short. My big toe nails arent even the same length. They all nodded and said oh ok ok or oh yes I see and began to speak in a dialect in which I do not speak. A suitable remedy wouldve been a fake nail, a discount on service or even a discount on a future service. Instead they charged the full price🙃I will not be back.

I come here often and not once have I ever had issues. I got my nails done 5 days ago and I’ve had to fix two nails now 3 just popped off like if I were wearing press ons. Not worth the $50 I put into this!! Very frustrating!!

Poor quality and over priced. I have received better service and the same exact Mani and pedi but waaaaayyy cheaper. This was not with $130. Normally I pay $90 for this type of service. I will not be back and do not recommend. I run a store in the mall and could have gotten this place tons of business. I will not recommend it.

Got my nails done. Julie was great, she listened to what I wanted. They were a little far from the critical like they needed filled but they look great so I’ll deal. Hopefully next time we can work on that as well. But I’ll for sure be back.

Horrible!!! They tried to put my feet back in dirty water that they used to clean the tools - My nails weren’t cleaned underneath. They weren’t clean at the cuticle -Within 24 hours the paint chipped and my entire design came off . I spent $170 here and it wasn’t worth $20.Dirty unsanitary unprofessional just all the way around sucks-The business should be close down, directly across the street from the mall to I am appalled

Omg, I went in because my gel nails didnt cure all the way the day before. The girl that did them tried to just wipe the nail with polish remover rather than put a top coat on a couple nails and stick them under the light. She did but acted like she was mad about it. Then, while I waited, I saw a lady take a cup and put water from one foot bath into another! So okay, hygienic? NOT! Wont be going back.

Its not that clean.... after less than a week my nails started coming up and I had to go some place else to get them fixed and repaired. Ive been going for awhile on and off but I think this last time kinda turned me off from returning

Worst manicure I’ve ever had Their stations are not set up to accommodate social distancing and I felt very uncomfortable as close to the other client as I was. My technician wore her mask on her chin until she coughed and then she moved it up over her mouth.. I had no polish on to be removed and did not want polish applied. You would think they would have spent a little more time on the other task but she did not. She sawed on my nails instead of filing them. The hand massage lasted approximately 10 seconds and I am home right now addressing the rest of my cuticles which was the one thing I ask her to concentrate on. Definitely not worth $16.

Got my nails done on Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday morning one fell off.

I had to get a soak off and full set Michael was nice and very attentive to my nails when he was done I was very happy with the results I think this my new shop

Got in and out pretty quickly. Everything was very clean and I also seen a woman wiping down all the chairs. The only issue I had was with social distance going on I wasnt thrilled that they sat someone in the chair right next to me when there many more pedicure chairs available.

I was disappointed at first, the lady didn’t cut the nails short enough! I was almost ready to leave, then she figured it out, and did what I asked! Yeah!

I walked in, and was able to sit right down. I wanted dip powder, and they had lots of color choices. The guy that did my nails was friendly. I have noticed a few small mistakes after I left, but thats true almost anywhere I go. We will see how these nails hold up, and I will update this review if needed. Overall, I would go back.

This a OK place. Julie does nice job on acrylic nails. They are not very talkative or inviting. The fountain is not working. They have a wine bar but never offer so one doesnt feel comfortable asking. This place has potential to be really nice if fountain was fixed and the bar was updated. Especially if the staff would be more Gracious and upbeat. it cost me $45 to get a full set of acrylic with gel polish. They never offer me designs. Kind of get you in and out. One plus is that they can get your nails done in around 30 min. Another down side is that when they tell you to go wash your hands. You dont know where the nail brush or where to put the hand towel when your done.

They rush to fast, one of my nails were crooked and all he did was file it down some but you can tell it is crooked and my finger nail polish did not cover good nor did he let them dry good enough between coats . Will never go back !!!

I just walked in and they sat me right down and started doing my nails! I got a gel polish manicure and she did the entire thing in maybe 35 minutes ! It was so quick and she was super super sweet and very gentle! I will definitely go back! This was my first time there and my first time getting my nails done in a really long time!

I love them! I have been trying to find a good nail salon and they are it! I drive 45 minutes just to get my nails done it’s a great salon and wonderful atmosphere.

I got my nails done two days ago and two of them broke and the owner wouldn’t offer to redo the set for me or to give me my money back. I will not be going back please do not waste your time. And he stated the it wasn’t their responsibility that it broke but when I paid $40 for my nails I’m not expecting them to break. Smh

I’ve been coming here for the last few years every other weekend. Unfortunately the last few times they have been rough with my nails, kinda rude, and this past time I believe I acquired a fungus. My toenails were red, itching and inflamed for days. I took the polish off and washed my feet and cuticles with disinfectant soap and that seemed to help tremendously. My fingernails didn’t itch but I had a massive peeling skin flap under my thumb nail, and pinky nail. So embarrassing. Did I just pay 80 dollars + tip for a fungus? Jeez. Love Vegas nails but they need to pull it together. 2 stars because sometimes people mess up. And forget to clean a tool or two. And my nails were nice liking when I still had the polish on.I will be happy to edit or change this review in a few months if things improve.

I love this place...

They were rude I couldnt get my color I wanted because they forced me to sit down the lady was hurting my feet I was telling her no but she kept saying yes and I cam in there to get my toes and my feet done but we left after the feet they kept rushing us to pick a color but the color I wanted was in the back and the lady that said she would.get the color would not get it for me at all no matter how many time I asked and the sad thing is that I was in here two weeks prior and was absolutely in love they offered drinks they took there time on my hands and feet that time I got gel because I loved what they did and my nails came out perfect but this time the lady kept forcing me to get gel and I didnt want it then she left walked around for ten min then came back want to add a picture but I hate my feet so bad and not to mention it was just me and my mom that got our feet done the total was 135 dollars it wasnt worth it.......my mom suspects its because that day they were busy and they cant handle pressure in my eyes thats no excuse

Julie is awesome! Julie is always looking at improving her craft, that is why she is so good! I get the dipped nails done and they can last up to 4 weeks!

Went for a manicure and pedicure appointment. Still had to wait 30 mins with an appointment. My pedicure was painful and the lady cut so hard into my toe I started bleeding everywhere and it wouldn’t stop and no apology. Then when it was time for my nails the man kept pulling my hand and cut my cuticles multiple times and ignored it. Even the license he had displayed next to his table was expired. Do not waste your money here.

Based on some of the reviews I have read, I have held off writing a review until today. Julie has done my nails now for three visits. She does beautiful work, tonight I decided to try the powdered gel nails because I hate how thick acrylic nails look, and I kept breaking my own with just the gel polish. I am thrilled with how they look, and the new product (new to me anyway) seems strong, but yet is not bulky in any way. My nails look like my own! Thanks Julie!!

Had a great first time experience here. We were able to call at 10am and they had immediate appointments available. We arrived at 10:30 and they took us to our seats right away. The pedicure was amazing. I did pay for an upgraded pedicure but it was so worth it. I also got a gel manicure. My friend got an back fill for acrylics and the nail tech did an amazing ombré on her nails. We absolutely loved our experience and service. Thank you Charlie and Steven. We have a new go to spot!

I was a new customer and just got the basic pedicure for starters. I have to say that I was very impressed!! I will definitely return and most likely get more services done on my next visit. They were very clean and very friendly.

Ask for Kim or Daniel if you want PERFECT nails! Kim did the best that anyone has ever done on my nails, and I plan to go back just for her. My sister in law always goes to Daniel, but honestly everyone in there is very good. If you have a specific request or like yours done a certain way, tell her when you go in and shell give you to the right person for what you need.For people complaining about the atmosphere, its a family business and its not quiet and soothing, but you get great service and great technique. Theyre busy for a reason.
