I went got my eyebrows waxed Friday july 23, 2021 sat there from 440 till 540 lady usually does it didnt do it so gave another woman chance come find out she didnt know what she was doing the wax was so hot tell her stop it left blisters on my my eyebrows and skin under top and above my eyebrows red bumps and blisters than kept asking her for mirror see them she still didnt show me I had pull my phone out they were mess practically no eyebrows left different shape never in my life have had embarrassment today asking me what that what happen beautiful beautiful eyebrows ya they can grow back not the point they are horrible no it even shaped right un even doesnt match up right than took to much hair off than see start part gone one left I been going here since they open no more than makes matter worst drop hot wax my nose and face t was burning 🥵

Waited from 3:00-7:00 pedicure was good but the lady that did my nails rushed very quickly she cut one of my nails with file I want go back.

Honestly, it was worth the wait! The service was excellent. The people are kind and patient. I LOVE my nails. They did them exactly how I asked and my pedicure was beautiful. I highly recommend Angel nails. I went last week and my nails still look beautiful.

I was there for 3 1/2 hours. I got gel on my toes and The polish doesn’t look good. He cut my big toenails to short. When it was time for my manicure they took people before me. And then she drilled my ring finger so much it started bleeding. This is the 3rd day and finger is still sore. I got acrylic overlay on my nails and my index finger has already chipped off. I had to constantly tell the lady that my nails weren’t even. And to top it off the two female technicians were in there arguing so people started leaving. I will never go back. Worst experience ever.

I went in for mani/pedi. The place was packed but I waited the 35 minutes. I felt like I was being rushed because so many people were waiting. The polish was very sloppy and all over my toes and fingers. She didnt bother to clean it up. Part of one toe wasnt even polished. Very disappointed.

I come here every two weeks like clock work because it seems to be the best place in Greenwood. It is always busy, so definitely call and make an appointment. The owners are very nice and do a great job.

As much as I love this place, the service just wasn’t enough. My toes already look grown out after a day and my thumb is constantly bleeding now from how hard she dug the product to my cuticle without fixing my cuticles. And at the last second while in the middle of my nails she said she could do the design I wanted

I’ve tried to give this place several chances and keep hoping that I just haven’t found the right tech there. Unfortunately, after the last tech cut my finger and left me bleeding with a sloppy nail job, I can’t give them another shot. 6 days after my manicure, it’s embarrassing how bad my nails look. 70 bucks wasted!!

They serviced people who came in like an hour after I did. Took almost two hours for them to start on my pedicure.

Friendly and fast service for a walk in. Best pedicure I have had in a very long time. I decided to get powder dip after the pedicure and they did great with that too!!

I went for A Pedicure Feb 26. It took me over a hour to get in the Spa Chair. Then like an extra 25 mins before the lady was able to do my feet. I wanted Square Toenails.One Toe Was Round . She was being too harsh with the cuticle nipper. I saw my left toe bleed then it stopped so I thought everything thing was straight. I wanted Aycrlic on My Two big Toes how I normally get them so I got it done and now my left toe is infected with Pus. If she could talk fluent English and had of told me she nipped my toe too bad for the Acrylic then that would have been fine, but she proceeded anyway. Guess they are more about the dollar than the customer condition smh

I got the deluxe pedicure, felt nice. Monica is very friendly, but ehhh. My toe nails aren’t cut the same and my big toe is sore Bc she cut my nail too shot. Clay type masque was used and it fired white on my feet. Had to wipe them 3 times with the hot towels before i could leave. It was all over my legs and my pants! Do not recommend. Seemed like everything was 5$ more. Ended up being 96$ For pedicure & fill in with gel polish. Smh. And my nails aren’t even great. My pinky has a cut for her filing, the shine isn’t there and they’re not smooth. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Or maybe I just got a bad tech. Idk. I wasn’t happy. But after 2 hours I was over it.

I called yesterday and I made an appointment for 430 I sat there for 30 minutes and then they let another girl who came in after me go. And asked me to wait 20 more minutes so I walked out horrible do not go there they wasted 30 minutes of my valuable time after I called the day before to make an appointment

I will never use them again. Underneath my toenail was bleeding for some time. I ask why and they blame it on ingrown nail and the two techs could not speak English and very hard to understand. And to top it off my fingernails are very sensitive and sore from getting drip powder. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. If I could give no star I would.

During my first visit I was extremely unhappy with my nails however, the staff did everything to make sure they corrected my nails and for that I am pleased. Thank you for great customer service

Great atmosphere! Reasonable prices! Friendly and sweet! Gel polish for my baby girl, dip with tips for me - the nail biter and acrylic full set for my big baby girl!

I just tried this new salon and they were awesome! The nail tech, who has been doing nails for a long time, was gentle & she did a very professional job. My ombré nails are beautiful! The salon is very clean and right now they are offering a discount, so that was an added bonus. This will definitely be my new go to place! So glad I took a chance on them.

So I was charged an extra 10$ for coffin shape and they were not at all coffin shape as well as they are not were near the same length my birdy nail is way shorter than my index finger

My nails look great, but there is no reason I paid $100 for a fill in and pedicure !!! The management is so rude n unprofessional
