Super busy which is great to me because that means they have a lot of clientele. I did get nipped once but I’m completely satisfied with my nails. Everyone is friendly. Yes there is a wait. My wait was short because I had a 6 pm appointment. Great conversation and family owned. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I wish there was more dip options as far as colors. Overall satisfied and will come back.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon!! They are super friendly and make sure you walk out of there with what you want! Anne is who I always use and she is wonderful and will take her time to make sure you are happy. I highly recommend this salon!!!

Absolutely rude to my fiance. Terrible customer service and attitudes

I called ahead & asked for a fill in & got an answer but could barely hear the person on the other end. I arrived OVER an hour before closing & as soon as I walked in someone asked what they could help me with. I responded I just need a fill please & someone came up to me & asked if I could come back. i responded with okay what time should I come back?? & all he said was go. No explanation was given. I will NOT be returning.

Post pandemic raised prices cut time to less than 20 minutes . Nails look nice but skin around toes andfeet do not feel like a good pedicure.

I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to the day for my daughter and myself for her birthday. Appointment was at 1 and i got there at 12:45. I told the lady i had an appointment and she just rushes us over to the chairs and we do our pedicures. My daughter is done in like 10 minutes mind you nails and toes. And i am getting rushed out the chair in 15 mins. Not what i paid for. I got out of chair and told them i needed my fill in also. I had to wait 20 mins before they even started on my nails. They charged me 50$ for a FILL IN to turn out lumpy and none the same size. I will never use this place again ever in my life. I made an appointment and they didnt even bother to assist me first

My friend and I went for mani/pedi. My friend had Sheila, I got stuck with the older man, who was great. I can’t express my disappointment with the older lady who did my mani. I have never had such a rough manicure I’ve ever had. My friend got the usual massage and lotion that are standard with manis, I received neither. The thing that really got my goat was the lady doing my manicure and another manicurist obviously laughed at my deformed thumb. They were speaking in their native tongue and she picked up my thumb and said something and the other manicurist looked right at my thumb and they started laughing . Won’t go back.

Just left with the worst and most painful pedicure of my life. Tried to have a set of gel nails done, but she was so rough she was making my fingers bleed. I left without finishing the appointment. Stay far away from this place!!!

Never had a pedicure done in less than 15 minutes. My heels were still rough. Not worth the money. Definitely disappointed.

Anh is amazing with my daughter. She is very kind and patient with my 4yo and they have good conversations. She only will go to lady with butterfly chair and no one else. Kevin is also the GOAT with the pedicures ❤️

I asked for a deluxe pedicure, white coating. I received a very basic pedicure and not even 4 days later my toe nail polish is chipping. I also asked for gel polish and they stated they weren’t doing gel polish yet they were able to offer SNS. Yet they did gel polish for an associate the next day. WILL NEVER come back to this establishment and will be sure to warn others.

I went in to have another nail dalons mistake corrected and they were so kind and made my nails look amazing. I will not be going anywhere else!

First of all, my friends and I got there and the people were very rude and short with us the whole time. We waited for an hour to get gel nails done. We were there for a total of 3 hours. The woman acted frustrated with me when I told her I wanted a full set, even though it is her job to satisfy the customer. When working on my nails she made me bleed 3 times. I have had the same thing done at other, way more respectable salons, and I believe they overcharged for gel. I have never written a review on anything before, but this experience was the WORST I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I will not be going back and I do not advise anyone looking for a place with nice people with respect and good customer service to even consider going here either!

When to get a pedicure. The lady rushed the whole thing. Cut my skin multiple times and and cut my toe nails too short cause three ingrown toe nails which has never happened to me before. Will not be going back.

Service was great, my Mani and pedi felt amazing.But after ONE DAY air bubbles showed up under my nail polish and began flaking off.Wont be back

Been going here for 5 years and I love it! Good prices and the ladies are always nice. They have a lot of polish or gel/dip polish to choose from, and the message pedicure chairs are great!

BEWARE: I went to this establishment on Dec. 5, 2019 for a pedicure. A few days later, I check my bank statement. THIS PLACE PUT IN AN UNAUTHORIZED $10 TIP when I clearly wrote down $30 which was the amount for a pedicure and $0 for the TIP. $10 is a lot when its stolen from you or taken without your permission. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT BACK IN THIS SALON!!!

They made me wait 2 hours for my acrylics then they sat me down and kept leaving and we’re on there phone the whole time. They didn’t put a top coat on and they are chipped 15 mins later... this is the second time this has happened l. Literally disgusted with this service. Never returning.
