I loved this place and had been many times and gotten nail designs there before. I made an appointment with a friend to get matching manicures and pedicures and even though we got the same thing I was charged $20 more. Her nails looked great but mine were painted very sloppily and rushed. I called them and asked to come back the next day to get them fixed and they said that was fine. I got there and waited for over an hour before they even talked to me and said they wouldn’t refund me the money and kept making excuses of why mine were more even though we got the same thing. Then my nail tech proceeded to complain and yell to her coworkers about me while I was right there. Overall I was way overcharged, got poor service and it was handled very unprofessionally. I’m very disappointed to have to find a new salon.

They are clean and do a good job! 11/10❤️ Everything they used on me was single use and I watched her open it down to the cuticle sniper (it was in an autoclave bag). I loved my nails. Polish on my toes gel on my hands

I’ve come back to Victoria Nails since moving back this way, and I’m so glad I did. They’re quick but still really thorough and do an amazing job. I’ve always been able to get started right at my appointment time as well, which I really appreciate. My dip manicures last so long and I only go get them re-done because they look too grown out.

I enjoy coming here. The people are nice. They did a pedicure once, and it lasted way longer than I expected, maybe 2 months before flaking. Since, I dance, I dont have them do the callus scrub very hard, and they completely understand, and do it gently.

I started going here about three months ago. I am very pleased with their services. When you make an appointment you actually have your appointment time unlike other nail salons I have used. The employees are friendly and there doesn’t seem to be high turnover. They are busy so appointment recommended. The salon is also very clean.

I went to get acrylic nails, the guy who put them on was clearly distracted, he would do them for 2 minutes before running around for 10. He was not paying attention and did not care because he made multiple of my nails bleed. The only reason I am giving 2 instead of 1 stars is because the lady who did the design did a good job and was nice. I’m very disappointed and hope that I do not get an infection from this salon.

I had been faithful to Classy nails for years and the last couple of visits this year were awful. I love Victoria Nails, they are very organized and their dip powder process is more detailed and so pretty. May is the Best, she is very sweet, detailed, unique artist and makes sure you leave happy. She painted red and white stars on my blue nails for Memorial Day, I absolutely love it! The salon is very spacious, clean and has a serene ambiance. Its definitely worth the money. I may go for a mani and pedi on my next visit.

My husband and I had been searching for us a new place where the pedicure service is not rushed and they don’t cut your toenails crooked. We are sooo happy to have found this shop! It’s clean, decor is amazing and the workers are nice and professional! They paid attention to detail and didn’t make it seem like they were in a rush! I can’t wait to go back! My toes look amazing!

Rude staff. I had dip nails done and had to back 3 times in one week to have them fixed because they kept cracking. They always seemed annoyed that I wanted them fixed. Dont go here. Oh and it smells REALLY musty.

I got a dip manicure and regular pedicure. The manicure looks good, but the technician took my skin off when buffing my nail (it bled and still stings, hoping I dont get an infection). They also do not do cuticle work or apply oils/lotion with a dip manicure. The pedicure massage was nice but the paint job was not very good.

It was very good and peaceful. They did an amazing job keeping the employees and customers safe. If you are looking for a place to get your nails done, this is the place.

I absolutely love Victoria Nails! My SNS French and color nails are always spot on and beautiful! I have not found another nail salon that does a better job. In the past, it was always a hit or miss at other salons. Here, my nails look fantastic and so natural every single time! Clean, friendly, professional! I moved to Athens and I will not go to another salon. I make the drive to come to Victoria Nails!!

I have gone in yesterday to get my acrylic nails done and whoever did it wasn’t patient and he was doing other things in the middle of my nails from making phone calls for appointments. It just made me frustrated because he was rushing and messed up on my Hombre on my nails

I have been a happy customer for the past 8 months. I highly recommend SNS - its a healthy, long-lasting, smudge-free, and beautiful manicure process. Color lasts for 3 weeks and French lasts for 4 weeks. Also, the employees are kind and hardworking. Love Victoria Nails!

Never going here again. Besides a sloppy manicure, the technician was extremely rough and lazy. While taking off my gel polish, his own nails were digging into my fingers and i thought he was going to cut me! He also didnt take off the gel properly and scraped half of my nails off. This resulted in a very uneven and messy polish job following. The manicure part was very basic in terms of cuticle care, lotion, etc. I guess its cheap, but I also guess you get what you pay for. First time there. Was visiting from SC, asked for pedicure and manicure. Did not receive pedicure after being told twice. Was told to sit at manicure table for about 30 minutes. Watched others get done when someone did come to assist me she didnt do as the others i saw getting the same thing done. She had color on my skin, as i was drying my nails there were 2 ladies getting what i asked for and they both had 2 people working on them. WHY COULDNT I HAVE THE SAME SERVICE?

I called & made an appointment. They had hand sanitizer by the door to use before entering & also require a mask before entering. All staff was wearing masks & gloves. Everyone was spaced far enough apart & they cleaned chairs In between customers. If you are looking for a great place that’s also following procedures - come here! They also have 4 chairs for children 👍🏻

Victoria’s Nails is the only place I go to get my nails done. Everything is always very clean and everyone there is amazing at what they do! Victor always does exactly what I show him and they always make sure you are satisfied. 10/10 recommend!!

Victor always does the best job with my nails! This is the first time back in the salon during the COVID situation and they put my mind at ease. Plexiglass at every station, masks, hand sanitizer available, and separation between pedicure stations. I highly recommend them!

This used to be my favorite place for a pedicure until they started requiring appointments post COVID-19. I had no issue scheduling the actual appointment however when I arrived at my scheduled time, I was ignored at check in while walk in customers were taken first. Really? What was the point of requiring the appointment? Now I’m looking for a more respectful salon.

I am usually not impressed with nail salons to even write a review, but my experience at Victoria Nails on Cecil Ashburn was fantastic! You sign in on an ipad so theres no confusion on what services you want. If youre getting nails taken off, they have plastic covers that go over your nail instead of aluminum foil. I got my SNS and a pedicure done at the same time. They were very polite and quick to get me in and out.

Awesome Nail Salon and Service is Outstanding. The Owner Victor is extremely professional and does his best to satisfy his customers. They take walk-ins but honor their appointments.

They sneakily overcharge you. Just happened to me. I chose the $37 pedi, my ticket said $52. They are crooked people for doing that. I wont return. You lose more money in the long run being dishonest because we will never come here again.

Ive been going here to get my nails done for about 6 months, I love the sns it lasts about three weeks. Not crazy about the pedicure that I got, the lady gave me a hard time about wanting a third coat of polish, I left feeling like I could have painted them better myself, Im not a big fan of pedicures anyway though. But for manicures, they are the best.

Peaceful, clean and always get great-looking nails. Never has that toxic nail-salon smell. Definitely try the hot stone pedicure...so relaxing!

Very dissatisfied. I asked the gal not to cut my cuticle... and she started cutting right away. I had to get the manager. He apologized and took care of it. Mani/pedi should and could have been done at the same time while I was in the comfortable pedi chair.If you go there and dont want your cuticle cut make sure they understand you.

Poor painting job. Eager for us to leave. My husband and I were both there after work at 6. They stay open until 7:30 and they couldn’t wait for us to leave. Rushed us so much that my toes were smudged.

Have only ever had a manicure here but they are the absolute best. The put me on to the SNS for nails and I will never go back. I will never go anywhere else in Huntsville to get my nails done.

They do not do your nails how you want them. I wanted regular polish and round shape and he forced me to change to gel polish and told me round nail shape was for old people and did square on me. He cut me numerous times. I was drying and they closed in 15 minutes and was told to leave because they wanted to close early and my nails were not even dry.

These people are thieves. I didnt authorize a tip on my cc because I had given cash. What turned out to be a 55.00 visit plus tip came to 80.00 on my credit card. Never again.
