My nails are not what I asked for it’s not smooth they are unprofessional lumpy and definitely would not recommend. refused to refund, call and they were so disrespectful.

(I went Monday September 13 2021)Poor shaping I want pink french tips on my thumb and middle finger and the nail isn’t smoothed out you feel lumps in my nail. I asked for a specific design the girl at the first left chair said she could do them but IShe gave me something other than what I wanted. I wanted square nails and they not shaped into a square my toes I had got regular nail polish on them and the lady didn’t finish polishing my toes my toe nails was chipping because she didn’t let them dry all the way A WASTE Of 96 dollars.

I have never had my nails done and my daughter wanted hers done for homecoming. We go there for eyebrow wax and have no issues with that. We had her acrylics done and left. We took a closer look when got home and they look unprofessional. Some are too big for her nails and they arent even shaped well. They are lumpy and not smooth. The color was blue and you can see thru them. I called next day as she didnt want to go to the dance with with them on. She just wanted them off and for me to either paint them or use press ons because they look better. I called and the lady was very rude. She said nails looked fine not fair to go to her dance and then want them off. I said she has not went to her dance yet its tonight and she wanted it to look cute and they do not. She said we reshape but no take off and refund...her nails look fine. Reshaping is not going to help. Very disappointed and will never be back there. This was her 1st nail salon experience so very sad she wont trust others.

I usually have my eyebrows waxed here and decided to have a mani as well, very impressed with cleanliness, friendliness and how efficient they are, I highly recommend this place to anyone!

They were nice in fitting me in for a basic gel manicure between large groups, but it was a mediocre experience at best. It was quick, impersonal and the manicure was chipping in 2 days! Yes they give you your nail file and buffer to take with you, but I question the cleanliness of the cuticle trimmers and such. I did see them wiping surfaces and such but cant confirm their other tools. She spent a fair amount of time on my cuticles which she said looked very nice and healthy and now they look pretty rough, but that could also be the fact the gel polish is peeling up some at the cuticle.I rarely get my nails done,but do them myself, my manicure looks just As good if not better than what I paid for.

I had a full set done yesterday by Kevin, and he did so great! Ill be returning, not only do my nails look amazing but he was so fast. Truly impressed. All while maintaining a convo with me. They follow all covid procedures and keep everything changed out/cleaned. Hopefully if your reading these to decide on a place to go, my review can help your decision. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the second time I have gone to Jade’s the first time Kevin did my nails and they looked amazing Today I had a fill in not an enjoyable time. A girl did it zero personality and I felt very rushed not enjoyable or relaxing. Nails are not even, toenails clipped not really shaped by the time I got home about 10 minutes the nail polis already off of the top end of my nail. NOT happy cost to much fo a sloppy outcome.

Ive used MANY Nail Salons. This was hands down the BEST Pedicure that Ive ever had.Very, very clean and Sanitized. Bowls are wrapped in plastic bags that get thrown out and replaced after each use. The Files and Scrubbers are individually wrapped Bags and were given to me after use. GREAT Sanitation.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Hands down the best quality no-chip manicure I have ever received. And I am very picky about it.I walked in on a Saturday and did not have to wait long. The owners are pleasant and professional. I am excited to go back so when we are in town again.

I have been to this place twice and had very rude technicians both times. Will not be going back.

I recived a full set about a week ago, obviously there a little grown out but the acrylic went under my nail bed, so now as there growing out they look uneven and gross. There already starting to fall off some. I recieved just a regular full set. No design, no fancy stuff. Just short, plain light pink nails and the owner wanted to charge me $50 after I had just read $35 full set on their board. He tried to take advantage of a young girl that was alone.

Very beautiful salon. The man did a great job on my nails. He was very kind. Price was reasonable also.

I received dip nails and they were poorly done. Nail tech didn’t know how to add tips. (Her name is Anne) The acrylic was so brittle that 5/10 nails were broke by the end of the day.Giving two stars because at least the pedicure was great.

This pedicure wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t great either. I paid $51 plus tip for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. Pedicure was pretty rushed (started at 3:50 and ended at 4:35). The tech did not clean the old polish off from the sides of my nails before applying new polish. There was also not really a massage (about 1 minute each leg/foot on average)

Great job on my pedi & mani dip

It was my birthday last month and me and my daughter were in the area. Lived the service and I was very surprised when I was given a cupcake for my birthday. I was so pleased and grateful that a total stranger appreciated me on my birthday. I enjoyed speaking with the wife and her daughter was in fourth grade so delighted to tell me about her school day. Ive never had this experience before usually their so busy speaking their own language that you have no clue whats being said. I loved my experience and totally appreciated the liners and the buffer and nail file. 5 stars is an understatement!!!!!

I have been going to Tammy and Kevin for over 15 years. Their salon is immaculate. I have never had a nail break or had a fungal infection. I drive 40 minutes one way and pass numerous nail salons but they are the only two I will have do my nails.

This place is amazing.... I will be going back... very friendly staff they did amazing on my nails... they know how to make you feel welcome. Also while I was there a lady came in and it was her birthday... they went a bought her a cupcake and sang happy birthday to her. I love this place

Have always had a great experience here. The place is very clean, they give each person their own nail file to take home and bring back. Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails recently!!! I could tell he took his time and made them look amazing for Christmas!!!

Best pedi I’ve had.I liked the different options available for the pedicures, all at good price. I didn’t wait long as a walk in, and the pedicure wasn’t too long or too fast. Very cute salon and clean. Awesome massage chairs too!

Oh my gosh ! I love this place so much ! I only come here for my nails to be done ! The best is Tammy she is the wife of the owner and I personally think she does the best out off all of them ! But the owners name is Kevin and he does an amazing job too! I would for sure recommend this place ! They are VERY clean and they use liner for the pedicure chairs so you are not soaking your feet in the same tub as someone else that we previous and for your first visit they charge you a $1 for your own nail file a buffer so you dont use the same one other people have used on there nails. It may seem like that they take a long time but they take there time and do there job the correct way. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

Always friendly and very clean

Two of us came in to get a simple eyebrow waxing, waited twenty minutes plus with no acknowledgement or wait time, then left when they started giving pedicures and ignored us. Will definitely never go back. Very unimpressed.

Had a lovely conversation with the gentleman doing my nails but before 1 week had past my gel polished peeled off 1 finger. By 2 days later, I had 2 more off and the polish of several others lifting. I cant speak to whether it is the polish and process used or the person doing my nails. A nice gel manicure should last 2 weeks at least. My experience is disappointing with results.

I loved it here. They are so nice and friendly. They are clean with your nails and the shop. This is the best nail shop Ive been to and wont go to any other. They have all kinds of different colors and the wait isnt that long.

Great selection and price, but the few times I have gone there was always an issue with how the polish turned out, like some warping or uneven distribution when all I got was a gel polish application. The technicians are all very nice!

Literally the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I got a very simple gel manicure and I could have done it better myself. I’m not one to write reviews but I wish I would have been warned before going here. It looks like a third grader painted my nails. The girl who did it rushed through and I was the only person in the salon so it was completely unnecessary to rush. Do yourself a favor, and never go to this nail salon.

I love this place, its the only place I will go. Kevin usually does my nails or his wife. Kevin is very nice and they know me by name. Totally recommend!

Apparently they dont want my business as the man answering the phone is always rude and in a rush. He actually said call back some other time, and hung up when I recently tried to make an appointment with Lynn for brow wax. This was after calling a week and a half prior, and being told by same man that she was on vacation and would be back next week. What??? I had gel done by Harry in the past, and tho he was very nice and pleasant, my nails started chipping within days. This has never happened to me before with gel. I couldnt return, as we were on vacation, which is why I got gel in the first place. I can not recommend Jade Salon.

Had nails done with wedding party. Told the lady no gel 3 times. She insisted gel last longer, gel better. I gave in this was a Friday wedding Saturday. Sunday gel was cracking (french tips) they looked horrable. 3 weeks later still dealing with damage. So when customer said NO GEL. Give them what they want. Customer knows best.

Love love love Tammy, Kevin and the gang. They never ever disappoint. I get in, have a nice chat, get gorgeous nails and pedis then out I go in no time at all. I cant recommend them enough to people. I get a fill every 2 weeks & a pedi occasionally as a treat. They are AMAZING!

The staff at Jades are really nice and salon is clean, but they all rush on your nails & pedicures. Not only that their “gel polish” doesn’t last long two days later they started to peel & this isn’t the first time.

I was new to the Indianapolis area, and had previously had a bad experience at another local top rated nail salon, when I fortunately found Jade Nail. Harry, Kevin, and all the staff at Jade Nail & Spa are incredibly professional. At my first walk-in, I watched Kevin run out to buy a cupcake for a customer upon his discovery that it was her birthday. Leaving her delighted, and I impressed.The shop is OCD clean to the point of disposable liners for each spa pedicure tub and each client receives their own take home file and buffer. The environment has air of new about it, without smelling too sterile or trying too hard. Though busy most afternoons and during the warmer months, with an appointment you usually wont wait long for a luxuriously thorough mani/pedi . No spot left untouched. Each rough spot meticulously smoothed, every nail a gleaming success. After 6 appointments, this salon feels like a second home to me. My only silly complaint is that the water could be much hotter than it is. 5 stars, well deserved.

This place is horrible toward African Americans. Im new to the city stopped in on Thanksgiving eve to get a manicure, the sign on the door said they closed at 7:00 pm it was 5:45 and they said they were closed. A white lady walked in right before me and they took her with no questions. I told the owner this was ridiculous and clear discrimination.
