Was able to fit me and my friend in as walk-ins for pedicures - and was able to get us to sit together. The front guy was quick and nice, he noticed my flinch at the hot water and turned it down before I had to ask. The guy that did my pedicure was professional, I think he did a good job. It was worth $30.

Wonderful experience! Best place in Greenwood, Indiana to go get a manicure and pedicure! Very professional, friendly and received exceptional service! And my nails and feet look and feel amazing! Promise you will not be disappointed! Definitely a five star experience!

Older lady around 7:30 pm told me that my pedicure would be $35 and when it was time to pay said it was $45. Then when I tried to tell her what she had told me before she got a attitude and was very rude and unprofessional with me when telling I was wrong. I do not recommend this place because they will switch up there prices and you can’t do anything about it but pay. Never again will I come back.

Ive been coming here for several months now and I always have Jimmy do my nails. I never leave without feeling like a whole new woman. Everyone there always makes me feel so comfortable, theyre all so friendly. People ask me all the time what salon I go to when they see my nails which makes me feel so happy. I moved further away recently but Ill still make the drive just so I dont have to go anywhere else. Would highly recommend, as I always will.

I went to get a pedicure and manicure here today. First off the lady had gloves on I asked her if they were latex they made a big fuss about that. Im sorry but Im allergic to latex. Second of all she put cold water in for my feet had to tell her it was cold she got an attitude with me there. Third a dude ended up doing my pedicure he did one foot better than the other foot. Fourth water for my manicure was cold he made 4 of my fingers bleed when he cut the cuticles. I dont think there nail tools are sanitized. When I went to go dry my fingernails the hand dryer doesnt even work. The one-star review that I gave them should have been 0. I will not be coming back here.

I discovered this gem 5 mins away from my place! The girl took her time and carefully shaped my nails, which I appreciated, since most shops just rush through it. This place is clean and the tools are sanitary. I will certainly go back.

Needed a quick fill. My normal salon was booked. I walked in and Lay got me right in! She was so pleasant to talk with. Shes been doing this for 24 years! She was amazing! Prices are great, atmosphere is spectacular and relaxing, and it was clean. I will on go here from now on!!

Every time I have came here I have left more than happy and completely satisfied. As soon as I went in, I felt welcomed and had even been offered a drink. Anthony knew what to do as soon as I explained what i wanted and even said I had time to think about it while he worked up to the color if I wasnt too sure. He took his time and dis it right! I have been a customer of Lees Nails for 21 years, utilizing nail and waxing services at both Lees Nails locations. Although Ive been completely satisfied at least 95% of the time, on the rare occasion that Ive experienced a problem, they have been quick to do whatever is needed to completely satisfy me. I highly recommend this salon, operated by a very honest and hard-working family.

My deluxe pedicure was rough, not relaxing at all. They dont listen to what you want and try to convince you to get something else. They didnt have the color I picked out and didnt have any colors I liked in dip powder which my lady insisted on doing instead of the tips I asked for. She didnt ask what shape I wanted and proceeded to do an ugly shape that I hate. They offered no consolation when I said multiple times I did not like the result.

Just left this place. It is over priced and terrible!!!!!! I just wanted a pedicure and they tried to sale me this 45 dollar spa pedicure and when I declined. The nail tech just spent 15 minutes and rushed on my pedicure. He was very rough. The overall experienced sucked, and I will not be returning. I advise Future customers to do the same!!!!!!!!!!

I went to see them an hour before they closed to get a pedicure. They rushed though my feet, and did not direct or allow me to dry them at any station; I was told to wait in my chair. I have a visual disability, and I did not notice how bad my feet looked until my family friend, who had picked me up, noticed how poorly they looked. Never will return. I was so disappointed in the service!! This is my third time coming here, and I thought I could trust the employees. Unfortunately, I could not.

I just went and all I wanted was a French tip with a glitter line underneath! 1. When I said I wanted acrylic didnt listen just did my nails. 2. My tips arent even straight and the glitter line is not even how I wanted it 3. Made some of my nails square and some round. 4. Filed some of my nails to stubs and looks ridiculous. 5. I paid 38 for something I cant even stand to look at!

Got my nails done here for my wedding. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do NOT let these people touch your nails!! Its a waste of money and time. They dont know what they are doing. Ive warned you.....go somewhere else...or just do them at home! HORRIBLE!!

This place is awful. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted they proceeded to argue with me to get something else that absolutely turned out terrible.!! Was there for two hours cause all Jimmy done was talk on his phone. I was told my total was 45 then check my bank statement and he managed to give himself a 5 dollar tip without my approval so my total was 50.00 which is ridiculously over priced. Will NOT be going back here. Bad customer service and they steal tip money off your card.!

I only like there pedicure lady. She always does great but over all the place is terrible. Lets just put it this way i wont ever get a manicure from there again.

This nail salon was not time efficient at all. the pedicures took an hour when the sheet said 30 minutes. The manicures did not turn it good at all. If you have all the time in the world go here but if you just want a quick mani and pedi this place is not for you!

I made a mistake by not reading the reviews before I came to this place. My pedicure was rushed through & not a relaxing experience at all. The lady who was doing my feet cut my toe and it was gushing blood throughout the whole time I was getting my pedicure. She repeatedly kept pouring acetone into the open wound and even put super glue on it! It was a very painful experience. I was still charged full price for a horrible, painful pedicure. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money & take it to a business who actually cares for their clients.

Dont go. If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the workers, Samantha, gets an attitude if you dont want fancy $80 nails and does a poor job all while harassing you the whole time about getting a design or something more expensive. I got my nails done there again and came back one day after getting my nails done to change my color because the color I got was already chipping. The guy, Sang, who had done them in the first place, was very nice, understanding and professional and was going to do them for free. Samantha butted in and charged me $10 to get a different color when she wasnt even the one doing my nails. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Go see Samantha, guys!! Shes amazing and does a gorgeous job, Ill only see her when I go, I dont want anyone else touching my nails but her.

My roommates daughter and I went to get fills with gel polish, the people we had doing our nails were both rude, seemed in a hurry with no-one else waiting. They did not listen to what we wanted. We both showed tyem pictures and neither one did what was asked. And to top it all off my lady tried to tell me I was dry and could leave and when she touched my nails they were sticky still and got messed up. She didnt fix it, just said put! ( meaning under the uv light again. ) I will never go back again! I couldnt believe how rude they were to us and other customers.

I used to love this nail salon and used to come see a particular nail tech; but, over the last few years its slowly deteriorated and it’s not as nice as it once was. The staff are really not that polite and are very pushy in trying to get your nails done the way they want you to with having little diamonds put on, or having an ombré set. It’s awful because they don’t tell you that once you get the ombré with the two different colors it’s hard to get it filled in with the new colors.It’s like no matter what I said when I told them no to having jewelry put on my nails and saying no to having the ombré, they still wanted to do it anyway. And then as if that wasn’t bad enough they beg you to write a review on Google and urge you to say good things about them to get clientele in.I’ve also read on here where they have overcharged people ...well I am totally agreeing with that because the last time I got my nails done the girl who did them told me it was $50 once done and was like “oh is that OK “ well if I say no, it’s not OK, are we gonna renegotiate the price?

This old nail shop is very dirty and unsanitize and stink . i had been here the 2nd time. it look like this nail shop will be closing or going out of business. the shop doesnt have any customer at all . I went in for a regular full set of acrylic and the guy trying to sell me a set of ombre nail without telling me the price first after that I paid him $50. after couple days 3 of my nails broke but I wait for about 10 days came back for a fill in and I want to change the color and they said I need to take my nail off and do a new set because they cannot change the color on the ombre nail. I was very dissappointed.

Abdolute WORST pedi & service Ive ever had in my life, and WAY overpriced. $55 for a kids mani pedi with gel polish, it took them 20 minutes.My pedi was supposed to be the best Deluxe one they offer, & it was more basic than the Basic at other salons. He burned the bottoms of my feet with rocks that were WAY too hot! The massage was awful, at no time during the pedi did I feel anything good or relaxing. I kept waiting for it to get better; it didnt. He messed up my gel polish & said it looked fine, & didnt fix it even when I said I didnt think it looked fine... charged me $96 for the service, then both techs hovered like flies waiting for their tip. I was furious but did not want to confront them in front of my daughter because I would have gotten ugly about it, & didnt want her to see that. I regret going there, & will never return. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Not very clean, chairs are wobbly & broken, service was awful. Id give it NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could.

Nice comfortable furnishings...soothing atmosphere (until someone comes in and lets their kids be rowdy)...fast, friendly. My group did a different services--no complaints and going back when needed again. I got a mani--week later and it is still shiney and unchipped....as long as the work stays consistant, it will be my go-to. I need walk in, as my schedule changes, and so this works for me. I would go 5 star if they could find a way to separate the waiting area from the service area or deal with the kids left unsupervised by moms getting services.

WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN A NAIL SALON! I dont even know where to start! I went with a friend (every other salon that weve been to together has seated us together), but we sat across the salon from each other. The guy that did my nails was F***ING HORRIBLE! He was rough, every single one of my nails was crooked, and not the same lengths. I went to beauty school so I personally know how to do nails and what he did was not correct. The acrylic was really thick and looked bad. When I sat down to begin, I specifically asked if they had a matte top coat because if they didnt, I would pick another color. He said they did so he continued. When it came time to put on the top coat, he started using a regular clear coat. I pulled my hand back and told him I wanted matte. He said, I already used this one, sorry. I asked if he would just do the matte coat over, he got up and stood at the front door for a minute or two pretending to look for a top coat, then came back to inform me they didnt have one. I got up and let my nails dry then sat next to my friend, who was getting a matte coat on her nails, how ironic... We asked to talk to the owner, who was extrememly rude, and made someone fix my nails. My friend went to sit at the nail dryer and she asked the man that had done my nails to turn it on, and apparently he was mad that I complained... He got up, and in the angry process of turning the machine on, knocked everything off the top of the counter and then stormed to the back of the salon and slammed a door. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. We left afterwards. Our nails were sore for 4 days. I had lost 2 nails in the first 4 days after having had them done. Acrylics have always lasted AT LEAST 2 weeks for me. So we went back to get our money back, because after 6 days I only had one thumb nail left on The owner again was very rude and said he couldnt refund us, but he would fix our nails. He said it was a 30 minute wait. We sat there for over 2 hours then finally said he could just fix them the next day and we left. When we went back again, he tried to have the people that originally messed our nails up, re-do them even though he said he would fix them, we declined and requested he fix them. He immediately had a bad attitude about this request, but he agreed. HE WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST GUY. He was way too ROUGH. He would file too long in one place and burn me, when I tried to pull a way he would squeeze my hand and hold it in place. One of my nails was filed so thin that it has hurt badly for over a month. My friend that accompanied me experienced all the same. NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I was just in there and was treaded so unbelievably rude I an flabbergasted !! The male nail tech was rough with the nail file making me bleed on two fingers . When I spoke up he never apologized he said nobodys perfect ! Then went on to complain continually about my lack of being able to relax my hands . He really got aggrivated about it . I apologized several times feeling kinda foolish but he was so rough I was alittle hesitant with him I think . Then after my nails were drying he said Ill be glad when your done ! I said your really rude, Im the customer you know.! He then said, your rude ! Another customer that overheard the whole thing spoke up and defended me and suggested he be fired but it fell on deaf ears . Ill never go back I can tell you that.

I used to regularly go here a couple years ago. I loved them. I was in the area recently and wanted to stop in for a full set and a pedicure. When they sat me in a chair for my pedicure the lady brought my a sheet for all these upgrade options and was really aggressive at trying to get me to upgrade my pedicure aka up-sale. The guy who did my feet spoke no English so at one point there were 4 people standing around me trying to figure out how to put a diamond on my big toe. THEN when I got my full set the guy was so busy looking around the entire time worried about everything else going on and stopping to help others while doing my nails. He honestly half assed my nails. The design I showed him a picture of on my phone was very simple and he still messed that up. Did not look professional at all. I could of done them. I was charged $70 total for horrible service. Then to top it all off. when I got home I noticed the diamonds they charged me $15 EXTRA were on upside down! Needless to say, I will NEVER go back. Worst service I have gotten in a nail salon.

I had a french tip done and they screwed it up big time. The gel coat had bubbles in it the hard layer was uneven and peeling two days after having it done. I will never go back.
