I had to pay them several months of no service just to not deal with their lies….very disappointed at all their tellers and specially their supervisor for allowing all the misinformation, I’m sure this is not THE WORST trash company but I think it has to be one of those . I’m supposed to receive a refund but if i could never get an straight answer nor a call back from then when I was their customer I’m almost certain their level of professionalism won’t allowed them to do me right. I never asked to be their client, the company I was with got bought by this company.
This company recently bought out Tri-Country Trash and we received our first bill yesterday. After looking at the bill and talking to my neighbors they are charging everyone different rates. I called in to ask about it and was told that new customers were being billed the increased rate. I ask how do you consider me a new customer from my neighbors when we all had to switch at the same time. She doesnt know she will find out and call back. I do not recommend this company.

Supposed to pick up our trash on Tuesday’s havent for over two weeks but get our neighbors? When we called they said it’s just a new driver 👏🏼 Guess they didn’t fix that problem with the first week of this new driver or the second, congratulations on not doing your job right and picking up the house right next to us and not ours y’all are impressive 10/10 recommend 🙄
Worst trash company ever!! They have literally taken trash bags off my can and thrown them in my yard before leaving them there for me to pick up. They go up on the prices every billing cycle and at this point have doubled the price since I started with them. They all of the sudden without any communication decided they are only taking one can a week, yet continue to increase prices! Do not recommend!
I cancelled the service due to a 40 dollar increase. However, they had already charged my account. It has been 7 weeks and they have yet to refund my money. Every time I call I am on hold for at least 15 minutes, and each time they tell me in 7-10 days I should receive my refund. Today, after calling bi-weekly and hearing the same thing, they told me that it was submitted for approval 2 days ago, literally 7 weeks after the service was canceled and the first time I was told it was be 7-10 days. Today they told me once ir was approved, it would be 2-4 weeks. Never ever will I use them again!!
Expensive one day a week collection if you are rural. Inconsistent. But they do offer bulk pickup once per month.
Update: After I cancelled my service and was told I would get a refund on March 4, I’ve since received bills and robocalls demanding payment when customer service says Waste Connections owes me money. The customer service agent I’m talking to is very nice and is as frustrated as I am.Don’t waste your time or money on this company.if you live in the Campbell area and have a choice for your trash provider, don’t use Waste Connections. While they have a great customer service department, their coverage of the Campbell area is horrible. I kept them when I moved here because they were great when I lived in West Hunt County.However, in Campbell, my trash is regularly not picked up without me calling to complain and when they do pick up, they don’t take all of it about half the time.This has happened at least once a month, usually more, for the two years that I have had their service.

I have had to call multiple times to complain about them not picking up trash or picking up recyclables on the corresponding days for pickup and dealing with the rudeness/unprofessional of the drivers just driving past my house when we have the cans on the curb or not willing to pick them up saying it wasnt closed all the way (which I or my brother make sure it is firm with the bin) we have talk to our neighbors about this situation and we are tired of it!!

Do not pick up bagged trash set right next to your Barrel when they have two men on the truck and was told to lighten up. I am a 67 year old Nurse and my wife is a 61 year old Nurse and we are doing our part during these trying times and did not appreciate this rude, unprofessional and partly done job.
The pick up service has been good. However there is a problem with customer service and billing. My recent statement showed I owed an additional months payment. They said I missed The June payment. As we spoke I was looking at my bank statement which shows the payment went through my bank on the 5th. She then said for me to send this proof. The problem is on their end and I consider this a very sloppy way of doing business so I cancelled my service.
After these people took over our service is terrible. All the time the previous owners owned it, I never had one problem and my receptacle (I paid for it) was in great shape. Since this new company had taken over my can Is tore up. They can’t even dump overhead anymore because they busted it. I called the office, the girl was rude and snappy. She was going to arrange for someone to call about a new receptacle. No one ever called back. They have stood at end of driveway and literally thrown it down the drive. We have noticed the amount of a different companies receptacles up and down the road, I know why.
I see a lot of people complaining about Waste Connections and there services. I would like to see anyone that complains try to do the job and see if they can do it better. These guys work in all types of weather regardless and do the best they can. If I’ve been missed I’ve called them and they respond quickly and take care of it. They can’t help all the people that say they had it out but really didn’t by the time the trucks been by. But it is good to know they have cameras on the truck and can pull video to help them out when a actual complaint happens. Again let’s see any of you get on the back of the truck and do what they do over 800 times a day more so in the blistering heat, rain, cold. I dare you.
Hate to make a payment and not have the a exact day and time of when the 30 yard trash can will be delivered. Its a waste of time and money not having it there while my crew is working. There is another company that I am trying out called Tri Country Disposal and they are better at delivering a trash can the same day or on the next.
Certainly wish we had another altenative. They skipped picking up our trash for two weeks. Called to ask why. Claimed we hadnt paid our bill. When I stated that wed not received any bills we hadnt paid, they said their January bill didnt reach all their customers. Really??? You couldnt re-send me a bill or otherwise contact me? You just stop picking up my trash?? Not a way to to do business at all.They are late picking up trash, occasionally miss weeks, etc. If you have another alternative, Id suggest you explore it.
Edit: someone is supposed to come dump it tomorrow (Friday, which is supposed to be our normal dump day anyway.) Since we cant put our trash out because its full, theyre going to give us a free dump immediately when its full again. I really hope that happens, and I can change this review to five stars. Well see....We just signed up for service this week. We were promised a dumpster on Wednesday, but didnt get it. What they brought today is not the big one we ordered and the dumpster was FULL of the previous owners trash. They said this one will have to do until one the size we requested is available. Ok. Thats not what we paid for though, and since we dont have many options out here in BFE I guess we have to deal with it.Lessons in customer service:1. Dont say you can do something that you know you cant.2. Dont take peoples money if you cant do what you say you can.3. Dont deliver dumpsters full of your previous clients trash.4. Be available to talk about your bad business practices.Its not that hard.
Horrible service, rude . They lie and say you owe them when they dont pick up trash. The prices have raised every few months . I caught the girl on the phone in a lie .she I ignorant. And rude
This company is horrible. I started my service in March 2019 and since then they have missed my pickup at least once a month. Once was due to the high winds recieved in Greenville 2 days prior to my pick up date. There was no call to let us there would not be trash service that day. I have had to call them numerous times. Each time to get a person on the phone I have to wait over 20 minutes. Then my bill goes higher. They say they are commited to customer service but it is a joke. I tried to cancel my service last month, but the person I spoke to assured me she would escalate my issues to a supervisor and email me the next day. The email I recieved simply stated that she didnt know why my trash wasnt picked up but would be picked up the following day. I havent called back because whi has a good hour to spend on the phone. SAVE YOUR TIME AND HEADACHE, GO WITH A DIFFERENT SERVICE.
Continuously having to call in for missed pick up on Tuesdays. On Tuesdays and Fridays are our set days yet one week out of the month they might make the pick up on a scheduled date. When we ask for a supervisor to call us back only once did we receive that and it was later after they had picked up our trash the day after never will he call us on the day of. This is a community for Senior and they count on the trash dumpsters being emptied out on the scheduled day so that when they walk their trash out to dispose of it, they are able to do so without finding that dumpsters were never emptied. Will contact the city again and this time I am also posting on the BBB.
SINCE WHEN DID WASTE CONNECTION START CHARGING EXTRA TO DO THEIR JOB? CHARGE EXTRA FOR HAVING 2 CANS. (ALWAYS HAVE HAD 2 CONTAINERS THAT WE BOUGHT 10 YEARS AGO @ $100 EACH@HD) AND NOW WE ARE DEMANDED TO USE WCs CONTAINERS????? THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH OUR PERSONAL CONTAINERS???? IN ADDITION TO NO MORE LARGE PICK UPs IE FURNITURE OR EXTRA BAGS...@ ONE TIME IT WAS 2 CANS AND UP TO 8 BAGS AND YOU CALLED IN FOR LARGE PICK UPs 1 TIME A MONTH IF YOU HAD LARGE ITEMS??? Not sure if it’s Dallas or Greenville that services Terrell but they are awful. They don’t provide cans so we bought our own (which is fine, but ours cost over $100) and over and over they literally throw it from the truck to the middle of the driveway and it crashes down. It’s annoying that they leave it in the middle of the driveway but really upsets me that they are so careless with my property. We called several times but nothing has changed. I’m going to record it next time and post the video.
Missed our pickup the Friday after Christmas, called in everyday after without a pickup, no explanation and no callback from anyone. If there was another option in this area I would use them. Sadly there isnt one except this crappy company.

Most of the time my trash isnt dumped all the way and still has trash in the bottom. Today I seen the trash come early so I rushed my trash can to the curb before they passed my house . Even though they hadnt finished my road they didnt pick up my trash. I pay for the service and expect them to complete their job.

Unreliable A little cheaper but lucky if they empty your trash once a month when it is supposed to be once a week. Trying a new company
