Justine cut my sons hair and he couldnt be more unhappy. He was very detailed in how much length he wanted cut off, and texturing he wanted. Apparently she had her own ideas because he came out with A LOT less hair and a completely different look than he wanted. I would not recommend her for your cut unless you dont care what you come out looking like! Will obviously never go back to this salon.

Shes professional, charismatic - and most importantly - cuts and styles hair better than anyone Ive ever seen.Prior to finding HairM and Phuong, I never saw a need to revisit the same barber/stylist because I was never wowed by anyones work. She changed the game for me! I only go to HairM and I only book with Phuong!

I have been going to Crystal now for just under a year and without a doubt she is the best possible stylist experience you could hope to have. As someone with two cowlicks and kept having people give me this weird overhang thing I could not be more thankful to have found her. You’re probably going to have the best haircut of your life and that’s just going to be your new regular. She’s simply the best.Everyone else there is great too! Super welcoming when I come in and I truly couldn’t imagine a better experience.

I always enjoy my visits to the Lake Oswego location. Jenny knows exactly what I want for my Kings Cut. I am normally a very private and shy person but she make me feel relaxed so I can enjoy the experience.

I had called the Lake O location @ least a dozen times over the course of two days, but the nobody ever answered the phone.On one of my many calls, I waited on hold long enough to get to the Leave a Message option. I left a message, but it was never returned.Finally I called the Beaverton store to see if maybe the Lake O location had gone out of business.Turns out they didnt. I guess theyre in the market for a receptionist...?Needs a Cut & Shave

The front desk was very friendly and offered a drink right when I got into the door. I had Sergio take care of my hair and beard. Very friendly and knew his stuff. He took really good care of me and most importantly my beard, I cant imagine any better of a service.
