Had the pleasure of working with Jeremy for purchasing a new tractor. The process was easy and fast. The second day at home we had a problem with the quick release for changing the bucket and loader and the service department came to the farm in no time to fix it! You cant beat that for service! Terrible experience ordering from here. We ordered a root claw attachment for our Kubota track loader 95 days ago. They told us that none were in stock of the one we wanted and they had to contact land pride (the company that makes the Kubota attachments now) and they had to build one. Which would be finished August 5th. Went ahead and paid in advance. We havent had any updates since ordering it besides when we contact the rep. And even then he would say he would call back and never would, and then would text instead. And even then he couldnt tell us where my attachment was. So we have $5,100 up in the air and nobody can tell me anything. So I guess I have to get my money back. Its not so much the wait time, as it is the fact that nobody knows anything about my order and no one seems willing to help.

After shopping for months for a first tractor, I decided on a Kubota. Not because of the tractor alone, but because their customer service was far superior to other local tractor dealers. I bought my L4060HST cab tractor here. Josh was great! The service manager Mike is the best and his mechanics are honest and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Agricon as they have the best pricing in the state. However their Service lady who does the service writeup is lacking some of the communication skills vital to someone in customer service. But maybe I found her on a bad day.......

Mr. Ford could sell ice to an eskimo, these boys have got it goin on like a 1930s juke joint in the piney woods with no windows. You need a tractor, a buggie or heck just some cool stuff they got no problem setting you up.

My husband went to Ocala kubota to purchase a tractor no one would help him. He went back in a couple weeks and got a card from a salesman. The salesman person never would return his call. I call and got a traveling salesman person and he’s the one that sold us the tractor. Took it back to get a part put on and my husband were looking for a grapple and again the salesman person did not come out to help him . The mechanic is the one that had to help him. Very poor customer services. Ocala kubota needs to clean house with their salesmans. I would not recommend anyone to them.

My company had a clutch replaced in a Kubota tractor at the dealership in Ocala, FL. at a cost of $2400. After 6 hours of use the clutch failed again. Agricon Ocala wanted to charge us another $2400 instead of warranting the replacement. It took me reaching out to Kubota International for them to tell me that there is a 90 day warranty on all parts. Agricon Ocala did not show any initiative to help me with this matter. Very poor customer service and customer appreciation. Do not buy or take your Kubota equipment to this dealership.

My husband and I have been looking at tractors for two years or so. We came close a few times to buying, but it never felt quite right. A week ago, we tried to get information on Branson tractors and couldnt get anyone to email us back. So, we decided on Kubota. We emails several companies for pricing and received 4 responses. Of these, Agricon was not only the best price, they were the best price on the first email! No bartering nonsense. No, lets see how much we can get.Add to that a massive facility that is clean, extremely well stocked with actual tractors, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff (thanks Josh!) and we know we made the right decision to buy a complete tractor package for the new year. Both my husband and I whole heartedly recommend Agricon to anyone - even backyard farmers like us.Update 11/18/2014The experience above stopped the minute the tractor rolled off the floor. AGRICON has zero after sale customer service. The story we were sold (Josh) did not hold true. Weve had several issues, from simple email responses, to unwillingness to inspect their own repairs, to poor quality service work. We are currently asking KUBOTA to find us another dealer to fulfill the warranty period. Bottom line, if you want the best price and dont care about after sale service - this is your shop. But, if you want someone to care about your investment, your time, and their promises - look elsewhere - even if you have to pay a few bucks extra.
