This may be the best shop in Greenville. I was in town visiting and need a nail repaired. I ended up getting a full set because I liked the vibe when I entered. John did an amazing job. He also has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this nail shop.

I had my gel nails done here after 1 week the foil started peeling so I came in at 6:15 to see if they could repolish them. when Ill got there they said they were closed but the sign on the door and online said they didn’t close until 7 I paid over $100 for my nails they should not look like this after 1 week

I pass several different nail salons to go to this place. They are creative at what they do and they are great at it.

I just visited this salon for the first time and will absolutely be back! First off, David and John are hilarious! I laughed the entire time. I never do any fun designs, but David made sure I had perfectly bright nails for my vacation. You can tell he loves getting to create art designs. Lala was so sweet while doing my pedicure and made sure I was relaxed the whole time. If you are looking for a new nail salon you absolutely need to make an appointment!

Went for a pedicure. Extremely short, maybe 12 minutes. She did a good job painting my nails, but no extras such as scrubbing legs or massaging. A little disappointing.

I waited awhile before someone could help me. Appointment recommended perhaps?

Walked in without an appointment and was seated right away. Nice range of color options. Very nice service- the man who did my pedicure was quite funny. Would recommend.

This place is the ONLY place I will go to get my nails done in South Carolina! I don’t know anywhere else that has the outstanding customer service that VIP nails has! Plus, they always fit me into a schedule with no problem or fuss.I’m just happy that I have found a great atmosphere that always completes my look with sophisticated manner!My nails always stay fabulous because of Anna, the owner, and every staff person in there! I brought my 2 daughters ages 8 and 12 years old to the salon to get 3 pedicures for us. There were 2 attendants inside and one was preoccupied w/ a client while the other remained unseen untiö I asked the one in view if they could possibly do 3 pedicures...simple ones. He told me they could only fo 1 and never even looked back up at me. He was rude and unprofessional and it was about 45 mi utes til closing time while he got up and locked their door at 6:34pm while myself and 2 daughters stood outside waiting on our Uber wayyy before closing time at 7pm. I will NE ER recommend them to ANYONE.

Dont go here. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment you’re still going to wait. The guy argued with me when I said my nails weren’t what I asked for. They’re doing multiple people at the same time and not paying attention.

I rarely get my nails done but I had just gotten acrylic nails done somewhere else and they were botched. I needed to get them fixed so within that same hour, I found VIP nails and first: they were so kind and understanding, second: I showed her a photo of what I wanted and my nails looked just like the photo! They were stunning! I will be going there every time I get my nails done. It was also very clean and up to date. Will post photo—

I came in for a full set, was told to wait 10 mins, 42 mins later i finally get called in, no worries it’s nail salon so i don’t mind waiting, but when i got to the table! No introduction or anything, just started drilling my nails and didn’t ask me what i wanted or what color i wanted! And then they use a old nail buffer that was obviously worn on my nails! Please someone go check this salon!

First of all they were SUPER fast! I came to get a dip powder set done at a little before 6 on a Monday night and even though they had great reviews the place was pretty empty so I was a little nervous. But they did a fantastic job! My set looks SO natural and thin! I love it! Plan to update with how long they last.

Absolutely love this place Anna always makes my nails look beautiful! I can even bring a picture in and she still “Nails” it every time. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth.

I found this nail salon over 6 years ago when I moved here and broke a nail unpacking. VIP nails is the only place I have ever gone since that day. John does a fantastic job and makes sure that you are fully satisfied. My daughter now also gets her nails done here. They treat you like family. I would never go anywhere else.

Came and got a pedicure, the lady was nice but they were using used nail filers and buffers! So unsanitary.

First time coming here and had a wonderful experience. Quick service with great results. I got the SNS powder and for the first time the powder was painted on instead of my fingers being dipped into the color. The outcome is noticeably different. John did a great job. My hubby and I were visiting from out of town. I read the Google reviews and decided to try VIP. It was well worth it. I got dip powder nail color for the first time as well as a spa pedicure. I really enjoyed the massage. My hubby liked the friendly staff and atmosphere. I will certainly go again if Im in the area. Id like to see a better price chart. The prices for the various services are on the wall but only a fraction of what you can get done. The pricing isnt as transparent as Id like.

VIP (formerly Nail Paradise) is Under New Management, New Staff, and Remodeled; it doesnt look like the same place. The staff is Very Friendly, Personable, and Conscious of your time. I found this place and John by reading the great reviews. I walked in with thick acrylic nails and the beginning of a nail fungus on several of them and walked out with beautiful natural looking thinner nails that I absolutely LOVE!! The reviews were correct and I will be coming back

Sometimes they are great and sometimes they aren’t. I read all the reviews and being new to town and trying a few other places I tried VIP. First time they were great! Second time though wasn’t quite a good as the first. Went to try again and the color and shape was exactly what I was looking for. Just visited this week though and got another okay job. Color isn’t even shades across my fingers and one hand has gritty pieces that don’t make a smooth finish. I see the reviews on how everyone loves them but I just can’t seem to get a solid job every time.

He does exactly what the picture looks like! Their prices are perfect for what you decide to get, and they always do a fantastic job! They do everything from acrylics, gel polish, the SNS powder etc. 10/10 would recommend for anybody!

I have been enjoying coming to this salon for years. Puypay, my friend and nail technician, does a fabulous job on my pedicures. She gives a great and relaxing leg & foot massage. The entire staff is very friendly, funny and professional. The owners, John and Michelle go out of their way to take care of everyone with A+ service. Try them! You’ll never go anywhere else.

Had a horrible experience previously with a dip powder manicure. As soon as I sat down in VIP, my technician (who I believe is the owner) pointed out the problem areas and assured me I would leave with better nails. He beyond delivered on that promise. My nails look the best they ever have. Very clean establishment with a knowledgeable team. I will certainly be a client going forward.

I drove from easley to Greenville in order to get my nails done. We got there with 20 minutes left, we didn’t leave until an hour later. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! Very personable, laid back, will cut up and make you laugh. The quality is off the charts!! This salon is a MUST!!
